WASHINGTON, DC- Take heart America. While you spend an average of around $5 per gallon for gasoline, cannot find baby formula, and Iran is on the precipice of obtaining nuclear weapons, sleep soundly knowing your government is in action, with a clear grasp of what the priorities of the American people are.
Breitbart reports that the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), a division of the Department of Justice (DOJ), is hot on the trail of an organization they can drop $1 million in taxpayer dollars on in order to create something called a National Resource Center of Justice-Involved LGBTQ+ and Two-Spirit Youth.
“Two spirit youth?” What’s the other spirit? The ancient scriptures (New Testament) have something to say about having two spirits. “Department of Justice to Spend $1 Million to Create Center for ‘Two-Spirit’ Youth” https://t.co/VgbQLfCRQx

“Justice involved”…in other words, criminals.
According to the OJJDP website, it explains that the proposed center will “develop and disseminate resources (e.g., fact sheets, toolkits, online curriculums, webinars, training, and guidance manuals, etc.)” and the program will also work to provide “training and technical assistance to juvenile justice practitioners to assist them in meeting the needs of justice-involved LGBTQ+ and Two-Spirit youth.”
It will also “inform justice systems policies, practices, and/or programs.”
The document goes on to explain that your federal government, in particular the Department of Justice (when it’s not targeting school parents and people who trespass on the US Capitol grounds, aside from Colbert producers of course) is offering a $1 million reward for a grant recipient who will develop the National Resource Center for Justice-Involved LGBTQ+ and Two-Spirit Youth.
Now, we all know what comprises the alphabet community…kind of. However the DOJ’s document never defines what the hell a “Two-Spirit Youth” is, aside from noting that “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Gender Non-Conforming, and Two-Spirit youth, is an ‘umbrella’ term” and that such terminology refers to “youth who identify with a sexual or gender identity other than cisgender.”
A LGBTQ Glossary (forgot the old “plus” sign) published by Johns Hopkins University (there is apparently such a thing) defines the term as being used “to describe certain Native American and Canadian First Nation people who identify with a third gender, implying a masculine and a feminine spirt in one body.”
In other words, they’re very confused individuals.
According to American Greatness, the post identifies the goals and expectations of the lucky organization to score the $1 million grant. One of the goals is to “increase the field’s knowledge of, and capacity to address, protective factors such as: family engagement and acceptance.”
Another goal is to identify “gaps in knowledge related to LGBTQ+ and the intersection of youth of color.” The grantee will also be required to report back with frequent updates on “gender responsive program models that are culturally and linguistically competent,” as well as “samples of innovative youth justice policies and practices addressing the needs of LGBTQ+ and Two-Spirit youth.”
The webinar explaining the program was led by a woman named Leanetta Jessie, currently a Program and Grants Management Specialist at the Family League of Baltimore as the Director of Disproportionate Minority Contact and Social Justice Initiatives, here LinkedIn profile reads.
The Family League of Baltimore’s website explains the organization’s goal, which is to “address inequities in education, health, and economic opportunity through an anti-racist lens.”

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A vote for massive spending that leaves out Americans but pays for radical policies passed in the House.
In under 12 hours, House members and staff were expected to read 2,714 pages and consider the ramifications of $1.5 trillion in spending. With little knowledge of its content, the bill passed in the House and was separated into two votes.
Part one was based on security funding and passed with 361 votes in favor and 69 against. Part two, which included the remainder of the massive spending, passed with 260 votes in favor and 171 against. There was much confusion within the Democratic Party that caused a delay in voting on Wednesday.
Included in this massive package was an allocation of funds for expanding diversity, equality, and inclusion at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Avril Haines, the Director of National Intelligence, will now have the power and monetary might to increase workforce activity relating to “diversity, equality, inclusion, or accessibility.”
Heritage Action for America penned a letter in opposition to the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2022 (H.R. 2471). They state their disapproval, saying:
“The House and Senate will soon vote on a 2,741 page, $1.5 trillion omnibus spending package along with an attached $15.6 billion for ‘COVID relief’…Members of Congress will have mere hours to read through the entirety of the bill, which was crafted behind closed doors and by only a handful of leaders.
“In an attempt to fool Americans, the House will take two votes on the bill as a nakedly political and cynical way of ensuring passage. The first vote will break out ‘security’ funding, including military support for Ukraine.
“The second vote includes the remainder of the discretionary spending, ‘COVID relief,’ funding for earmarks, and a host of unrelated policy changes like the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) reauthorization.”
Heritage further summed up the content of the package as follows:
“The bill is loaded with the Biden administration’s radical progressive policies. It fails to reverse the COVID-19 emergency or the Biden administration’s vaccine mandates…and instead adds even more emergency COVID-19 spending.
“It would increase annual funding for the IRS to $12.6 billion. It doubles down on the Green New Deal style government subsidies for green energy and climate policies, such as ‘a historic level of funding’ for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). It also includes more than $4 billion in Congressional Direct Spending, or earmarks.
“Even though the Hyde Amendment is protected, taxpayer funds will still flow to Planned Parenthood through the $286 million in funding to the Title X program….Furthermore, the bill includes thousands of earmarks airdropped into the omnibus without transparency or thorough vetting.”
In addition, Ukraine will receive over $13 billion in extra aid to assist with humanitarian, economic, and military needs due to the conflict with Russia. And, Venezuela will receive over $40 billion for “democracy programs.”
Moreover, $6 million will be provided for an international leadership fund that gives money to Russian participants “engaging in free-market development, humanitarian activities, and civic engagement.”
More funding will also be allocated to “border security” for eight foreign countries, while zero additional funding will be provided to construct a border wall along the United States-Mexico border.
A Democrat spending bill, negotiated with Republicans, uses American taxpayer money to fund “border security” measures in eight foreign countries while including no new funds to construct a border wall along the United States-Mexico border. https://t.co/nKrHgHQMRo

Other problems with the bill include over $100 billion in spending on Green New Deal initiatives, $100 million devoted to environmental justice activities at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and $75 million allocated to low or zero-emission vehicles.
Additional issues include $26 million in food stamp funding and $66 million for Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH).
To complicate matters, hours after the bill was released, changes were made that removed the billions of dollars initially allocated for Covid relief.
Speaker Pelosi stated that the changes were made because the Democrats disagreed on paying for this relief by decreasing spending in other areas.
The Democrats claimed that it was the Republican party causing the delay; however, Pelosi’s party disagreed with the content within the bill.
This bill doesn’t do a THING to open up American oil and gas production.
It does give $14.1 billion to Biden’s Department of Interior, which has not conducted A SINGLE onshore federal oil and gas lease sale this year. https://t.co/pdK4puR2bs

This bill is a costly way to fool Americans and gain more votes, ultimately doing more harm than good.
The “emergency” around Covid funding was a fake attempt to jam this monstrous spending package through.
In the midst of a self-made, intentional energy crisis for Americans, brought about by the Biden Admin and his band of clowns, Dems passed a spending bill with $100 billion more for green energy. . . Which will never meet America's energy needs. https://t.co/P0uj0wKkK4

After deliberations, Speaker Pelosi announced the removal of $15.6 billion in Corona Virus relief. She called it “heartbreaking,” but necessary to move forward with the omnibus.
The passage of this bill increases the deficit, further leaving future generations of Americans with a hefty price tag to pay.
The bill moves to the Senate and must be passed before Friday to avoid a government shutdown.
For more on Democrats’ attempts to sneak things into legislation, we invite you to read more:
WASHINGTON, DC- We have been hearing ad nauseum about the Democrat’s “infrastructure” spending bill which is really just a socialist’s dream of big government handouts to far-left special interests.
And now, the Republican Study Committee has identified 31 policies contained in the spending albatross they claim will “wreck America,” Fox News reports.
The warning came about after Democrats released a draft of the spending bill they hope to push through a closely divided Congress where they have no mandate to do so from the American people.
Democrats hold a razor-thin margin in the House and the Senate is tied 50-50 with only missing in action Kamala Harris holding the tie-breaking vote.
“Now we have new bill text. And we wanted to give you an update on what’s in and what’s out,” the memo by the Republican Study Committee said. Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) said, “Because it’s not about the topline ‘pricetag’ (and it’s NOT $0). It’s about the underlying policies within the bill.”
The memo continues saying:
“And there are 31 devastating policies that would wreck America still left in the Democrats’ reconciliation package.”
The original list had 42 policies which Republicans scoffed at, however while Democrats fight amongst themselves to trim the package to appeal to both moderates and progressives, the list was “trimmed” down somewhat.
The memo shows items such as policies promoting AOC’s “New Green Deal” in schools, would give more power to labor unions, and some portions of what is referred to as the “Democrats’ social justice agenda” have been removed.
Also missing is language which would waive a number of grounds for immigration inadmissibility.
They have also trimmed paid parental leave, a capital gains tax increase, and healthcare provisions. However there are still those 31 provisions in the proposed legislation which could destroy the country as we know it.
The legislation—the “Build Back Better Act”—will further the current labor shortage by incentivizing people not to work by providing welfare benefits for able-bodied adults, which will increase taxes and lower wages for working families, the memo says.
Biden and the White House have claimed that the bill will not raise taxes for any person making less than $400,000 per year, which is absurd.
“The bill’s trillions of dollars in tax hikes will be felt by those making under $400,000 per year, contrary to what the White House says,” Banks said in the memo. “Individuals at all income levels will be affected.”
One might say that Americans making under $400,000 have already been affected—by the “silent tax increase” known as inflation.
The American people have seen, for example, gas prices skyrocket since Biden took office, up by as much as 60% or more. Prices for consumer goods have also taken off, which means people have less money to spend on items such as food and clothing.
Where the environment is concerned, congressional Democrats will punish red states which don’t adopt provisions in the Green New Deal, increase heating bills with taxes on natural gas, and will fund a $10 billion dollar so-called “environmental justice” program in college, an allocation which Republicans call a “slush fund to indoctrinate college students and advance Green New Deal priorities.”
There is also a provision for $5 billion dollars in “environmental and climate justice block grants,” whatever that means.
How about immigration? A mass amnesty program is included with would create a pathway to citizenship for millions of illegal aliens is still inside the bill, as well as a program to make illegals eligible for student aid and tax credits, while programs to recapture green cards from past years are also still within the bill.
There are also provisions in the bill to put a significant damper on non-government run daycares. For example, it would block faith-based providers from participating in the childcare system, which would lead to many of them being closed.
Likewise, the bill would also require pre-K staff to have a college degree.
In order to further Biden’s dictatorial obsessions on COVID, the bill would increase OSHA penalties on businesses that fail to impose Biden’s vaccine dictate up to $700,000 per violation, while including nearly a billion dollars in funding for the Department of Labor to increase enforcement of those penalties.
Despite all the hand-wringing of Democrats on wanting to tax “millionaires and billionaires,” the bill looks to possibly lift the SALT deduction cap, which means many of that wealthiest 1% would pay less in taxes.
That deduction allows taxpayers in high tax states (read Democrat states) to deduct local tax payments on their federal tax returns. Former president Donald Trump instituted a cap on the SALT deduction. The bill looks to remove that cap.
The bill would also create a new tax credit program that would give tax credits of up to 40% of cash contributions that are made to university research programs, once again benefiting the wealthiest taxpayers.
The framework also still includes the “IRS spying” provision, where banks would be required to report any bank account with over $10,000 worth of transactions in a year, with $80 billion allocated as a slush fund to hire some 87,000 IRS agents to target and harass middle class taxpayers.
As of the moment, the spending package has been sidelined as moderates and far left loons have been unable to reach common ground:
As Republicans closed in the memo:
“This isn’t legislating—it’s looting. And working-class Americans are the ones they’re stealing from. As their defenders in Congress, we need to use the platform they’ve afforded to us to embarrass and shame them for what they’re doing to this country. We do that by highlighting the policies contained in this document.”
