A mugshot released Sunday showed the actor giving a slight smile to the camera.

Another passenger was inside the vehicle Vaughn was driving, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The passenger, who was not identified, was also arrested.

Sgt. Sabosky said Vaughn’s passenger, a male, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication as well as resisting, delaying or obstructing police, reported NBC Los Angeles.
