“Transgender” man who claimed to be former cop arrested for sexually abusing multiple children

CITRUS COUNTY, FL – A biological man has been arrested in Citrus County, Florida after several allegations came to light that he had sexually abused several children.

He has been arrested and charged with several crimes, including lewd and lascivious battery.

In 2017, Diana Elizabeth Guevara made headlines for becoming one of the first former law enforcement officers to have his sexual affirmation surgery at an LGBTQ clinic at the University of Miami.

At the time, Guevara claimed that he was forced to leave law enforcement at the Miami-Dade Police Department due to a vehicle crash which eventually led him believing he was a trans-woman.

Guevara went on to become a celebrity of sorts, being interviewed by Spanish-language television network America TeVe over him leaving law enforcement and having surgery to look like a woman.

During the interview, Guevara very convincingly explained how he had to leave his career and was later arrested for drug use and getting engaged to be married.

Now in 2022, Guevara has made headlines again, not for being some sort of LGBTQ hero and role model, but instead for allegedly sexually abusing teenage boys in Citrus County, Florida.

According to the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office, they first became aware of the allegations on June 30th when a parent contacted them and voiced their concerns.

According to deputies, the parent claimed to have overheard their son talking with another juvenile about being involved in sexual activity with Guevara. When the child was confronted, he allegedly told them that Guevara had also sent several explicit photos and videos on social media.

As detectives with the Sheriff’s Office got to work, they allegedly identified several more juveniles that had also reported being involved sexually with Guevara. Detectives reported being able to locate evidence of the sex abuse, sexually explicit videos, and pictures.

Armed with evidence and sworn victim statements, detectives with Citrus County Sheriff’s Office requested and obtained an arrest warrant for Guevara.

The warrant charged Guevara with the transmission of harmful materials to minors, unlawful sexual activities with certain minors, and four counts of lewd and lascivious battery. Citrus County Sheriff Mike Prendergast said in a statement:

“Guevara manipulated the young victims in this case and then took advantage of them. She was able to foster a relationship with one victim, and identify her next victims through them, showing a pattern of predatory behavior.

This conduct will not be tolerated in Citrus County, and the SVU detectives will work tirelessly to bring justice to these young victims.”

Guevara was taken into custody for the active warrants and assigned a $47,000 bond. It is unclear if Guevara is still in custody at the Citrus County Jail or if he is free awaiting future court appearances.

As for Guevara’s claims to have been a law enforcement officer with the Miami-Dade Police Department, a spokesman for the agency has flat denied him ever being an officer with them. The spokesman said:

“Based on the information provided in various articles, a records check of this individual’s current and former names was conducted and they are not listed as being previously employed by the Miami-Dade Police Department.”

Biden pick who bragged about being drag queen, having sex with animals gets top secret security clearance at DOE

The following includes content which is editorial in nature and which reflects the opinion of the writer.

WASHINGTON, DC- Another chapter of the freak show known as the Biden administration has come to light. Earlier this year, Law Enforcement Today reported on one of the hires made within the Department of Energy, headed by the inept and unqualified Jennifer Granholm.

That individual, San Brinton’s claim to fame is he at one time worked as a drag queen. Oh, and he bragged about having sex with animals. Putin and Xi must love this sideshow. Our previous report may be found below.

To make matters worse, not only did Brinton serve as a drag queen, but he also defended underage gay prostitution sites. He has been rewarded, according to documents received via a FOIA request, with a salary that places him in the top one percent of all government employees, The National Pulse reports.

Brinton earns a cool $178,063, which is five times the national median individual income, the outlet reports.

Moreover, not only does this clearly deranged individual make a substantial sum of money, he also enjoys what is referred to as the top secret “Q clearance” within the Department of Energy. That clearance is defined as information which “the unauthorized disclosure of [which] reasonably could be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security.”

Brinton was offered the job on Jan. 7, 2022, as follows:

This is a tentative offer of employment with the U.S. Department of Energy for the Senior Executive Service (SES) position of Deputy Assistant Secretary for Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition, ES-0340-00 in the Office of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition, with a duty location of Washington, D.C. with an annual salary of 178,063.00. This officer is contingent upon successful results of employment suitability and all other internal clearance requirements which includes the Office of Personnel Management Qualifications Review Board (QRB) approval of your Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs).

Clearly that “review” process isn’t very thorough, since one has to wonder how someone who defended “underage gay prostitution sites” made it through a background check.

Then again, this is the Biden administration and as we’ve seen, qualifications ain’t exactly a factor. For more on that, watch any White House press briefing…or any appearance by Kamala Harris.

In discussing security clearances, the Department of Energy uses its own terminology to describe them, with the Q-level clearance defined as being “similar to what is completed by other agencies for a Top Secret National Security Information access clearance.”

“Access to Secret Restricted Data requires a Q access authorization,” the DOE says.

According to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the initial job description for Brinton’s assignment defines the position as being “Critical-Sensitive (CS)/High Risk.” That classification entails, as described by OPM:

Potential exists to bring about a material adverse effect on the national security, causing exceptionally grave damage. Any position receiving a position sensitivity designation of CS shall automatically carry with that designation, without further agency action, a High Risk designation.

In case you wanted to lose a bit more sleep at night, Brinton explained in personal Twitter posts what an important guy he is:

I lead a staff of hundreds and a budget of millions (with a Nuclear Waste Fund I’m responsible for at over $45 billion) as the leader of the office overseeing the management of the nation’s spent nuclear fuel.

It isn’t known exactly what Brinton’s qualifications for the post were, but given this administration’s obsession with drag queens and the trans community, that was maybe all that was necessary.

In its initial expose on Brinton, The National Pulse revealed that Brinton had at one time “worked as a drag queen, LGBTQ+ activist (there’s your qualification), and someone who has ‘lectured’ on kink at college campuses and participated in interviews about fetish role play,”  they wrote.
