This is an insurrection: Pro-baby killing zealots give out Justice Thomas’s home address for more illegal protests

The following includes content which is editorial in nature and which reflects the opinion of the writer.

WASHINGTON, DC- Well, we all kind of knew the leftists were going to melt down once the Supreme Court rendered its official decision on Roe v. Wade and they did not disappoint.

Despite Joe Biden mumbling and bumbling through a speech in response to the Court’s decision to overturn the “landmark” pro-abortion ruling in which he asked for “calm” from his nutjob base, it doesn’t appear the leftist lunatics got the message.

According to Gateway Pundit, pro abortion activists were seen handing out the home address of conservative Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas after the ruling was announced.

They have apparently become emboldened since Biden’s Department of Justice under the useless Attorney General Merrick Garland has allowed protests to take place unfettered outside the homes of Supreme Court justices since the opinion was leaked a month or so back. This despite the fact that such protests are forbidden under federal law.

Garland’s lack of enforcement led to a California man driving cross-country two weeks ago with the intention of killing Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh and possibly his wife and two young daughters.

Since the draft opinion was leaked [the identity of the leaker has still not been uncovered], pro-abortion zealots have taken to launching attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers, as well as a number of churches in response.

A pro-abortion group called Ruth Sent Us [apparently in “homage” to the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg] was responsible for originally doxing the justices and called for protests at their homes when the draft opinion was leaked and on Friday called for protests at the home of Justice Thomas as well. The pro-abortion loons were told to meet at a train station near Justice Thomas’s home to “carpool” at 7:00 p.m. Friday night.

The opinion was written by Justice Samuel Alito and Justice Thomas wrote a concurring opinion in which he said it is time to “reiterate his view” that the due process clause doesn’t protect the right to an abortion.

He also stated in his opinion the high court “should reconsider” previous rulings from the court which codified rights to contraception, same-sex relationships, and same-sex marriage. Alito’s opinion, however didn’t go that far so it doesn’t seem like Justice Thomas’s desire to revisit those rulings will be coming any time soon.

Thomas wrote, “…in future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell. Because any substantive due process decision is demonstrably erroneous.”

Aside from Thomas and Alito, Kavanaugh, Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Neal Gorsuch and Chief Justice John Roberts joined in the majority opinion; Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor and the retiring Steven Breyer all dissented, as expected.

The ruling returns the question of abortion back to the states where it belongs. A majority of the blue states will be expected to continue to allow the practice, while some red states, such as Texas and Missouri have already outlawed the practice based on the Supreme Court decision. A number of states have legislation which is automatically triggered to ban abortion based on the Supreme Court’s ruling in overturning Roe.

While many pro abortion zealots claim the ruling “outlaws” abortion, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Women who still wish to murder their unborn child, for whatever reason, are still able to do so. They may just have to go out of state to do so.

You may not recall that Joe Biden was against abortion before he was for it. In case you forgot, here you go:

The following includes editorial content which is the opinion of the author, a staff writer for Law Enforcement Today.

WASHINGTON, DC- For all the bloviating Joe Biden did on Tuesday about the leak indicating the Supreme Court was likely going to overturn Roe v Wade and return abortion decisions to the states, forty years ago Biden himself voted for a constitutional amendment to do exactly that.

A draft opinion that violated hundreds of years of Supreme Court precedent after being leaked to the press has gotten leftists panties in a bunch, although most legal experts say the decision would likely have little overall impact on the baby killing industry.

All the decision would do is comply with federalism outlined in the Constitution and return those decisions to the states. It is believed that few states would completely outlaw the practice.

In a statement released to the press from the White House, ostensibly (but doubtfully) written by old Joe himself, he said:

“First my administration argued strongly before the Court in defense of Roe v. Wade. We said that Roe is based on “a long line of precedent recognizing ‘the Fourteenth Amendment’s concept of personal liberty’…against government interference with intensely personal decisions.”

Interesting. Biden himself has no problem whatsoever violating that exact premise of “personal liberty…against government interference with intensely personal decisions” when it comes to forcing people to take an experimental vaccine. All a matter of politics, apparently.

Continuing, Biden made his second point:

“Second, shortly after the enactment of Texas law SB 8 and other laws restricting women’s reproductive rights,  I directed my Gender Policy Council and White House Counsel’s office to prepare options for an Administration response to the continued attack on abortion and reproductive rights, under a variety of possible outcomes in the cases pending before the Supreme Court. We will be ready when any ruling is issued.”

Joe apparently is unaware that as a co-equal branch of government, there is nothing the Executive branch can do other than to accept the ruling.

Finally, Biden said:

“Third, if the Court does overturn Roe, it will fall on our nation’s elected officials at all levels of government to protect a woman’s right to choose. [Unless it’s Ketanji Brown Jackson, she doesn’t know what a woman is]. And it will fall on voters to elect pro-choice officials this November. [always about politics] At the federal level, we will need more pro-choice Senators and a pro-choice majority in the House to adopt legislation that codifies Roe, which I will work to pass and sign into law.”

Unfortunately for Biden, the internet is forever, as noted by David Harsanyi on Twitter:

“In 1982 Joe Biden proposed a constitutional amendment that would overturn Roe v. Wade and allow states to choose their own policies on abortion.”

Twelve years later:

“In 1994, Biden wrote a letter to a constituent bragging that he has voted against abortion funding on 50 separate occasions.”

The Catholic League wrote:

Joe Biden entered the senate in 1973, the same year the Supreme Court legalized abortion in its Roe v. Wade decision. He has evolved from being strongly pro-life to rabidly pro-abortion. Here is a list of his changing positions.

1974: A year after Roe v. Wade was decided, he said the ruling had gone “too far” and that a woman seeking an abortion should not have the “sole right to say what should happen to her body.”

1976: He votes for the “Hyde Amendment” which bans federal funding of abortions.

1981: He introduces the “Biden Amendment” which prohibits foreign-aid funding of biomedical research involving abortion.

1982: He votes for a constitutional amendment allowing states to overturn Roe v. Wade.

1983: He votes against a constitutional amendment allowing states to overturn Roe v. Wade. [that’s correct, one year after voting for it]

1984: He votes for the Mexico City Policy which bans federal funding for abortions.

1987: He becomes chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee and leads the fight against Supreme Court nominee Judge Robert Bork, whom he said was opposed to Roe v. Wade.

For a previous piece we wrote about women being forced to get abortions in the DC Metro Police, we invite you to:

WASHINGTON, DC – The Assistant Chief of Police for the Metropolitan Police Department for Washington, DC is alleging that, as a teenager, she was told to have an abortion or be terminated from the department’s cadet program.

She claims this occurred when she was eighteen years old, and she is not the only one.

Assistant Police Chief Chanel Dickerson states she was a part of the Metropolitan Police Department Cadet Corps, a program designed for young adults hands-on experience in law enforcement when she became pregnant.

Dickerson claims she was approached and told that if she wanted to continue in the program, she would have to terminate the pregnancy.

Dickerson said:

“My choice to have a baby was personal and it should’ve been mine alone and not for an employer ultimatum.  I was told I had to have an abortion or be fired from the MPD cadet program”

Dickerson made her alarming claim while attending a community meeting.

Dickerson continued speaking and referred to another female officer who had been promoted to sergeant around the same time that she was.

Dickerson did not identify the woman but alleged that she was forced to do things that no “woman should have to” so that she could be assigned a shift that was conducive to her being a single mother.

Dickerson is not the only woman to make a similar claim – there are several.  Nine other separate women have filed a lawsuit seeking more than 100 million dollars in damages from the police department.

Their claim, beyond forcing abortions, is that there was an accepted culture in the program of culture and discrimination based on race and gender.

One of the other women involved in the lawsuit, and a part of Dickerson’s cadet class, Karen Arikpo, claims she too was told to get an abortion or be booted out of the program.  Arikpo alleges that she tried to at first hide her pregnancy until she completed the academy.  Arikpo told Fox5DC:

“It’s so unfair…and now I’ve never been able to have a kid.  All these years, I’ve tried and I’ve never been able to have a baby.”

Arikpo claims that a female sergeant stood up in front of the class and announced to all women that if they were pregnant that they had to get an abortion or be terminated.  Arikpo said:

“If we were pregnant we needed to get an abortion or we would be fired.  So later that day, I went and told my class sergeant that I was pregnant.  And she said I needed to have an abortion and she referred me to a doctor in D.C. to get it done.”

Arikpo claims that she had never told anyone else of her situation, not even her husband.  She said that she only got the courage to do so because of Dickerson speaking out against the situation at that community meeting.

All of the women involved in the lawsuit claim that they brought their grievances to those in charge at the time as well as the equal opportunity department.  They all claim, regardless of how many times they complained, nothing was addressed.

The women went further to state that they did receive retaliation for making the complaints and some even allege they were forced out of the program.  What exactly the women were subjected to beyond termination was not made public.

The Metropolitan Police Department has refused to acknowledge the claims or make any statement at this time.  This is normal procedure for any government entity as they will not make any comments while there is any type of pending litigation.

“Re-Fund the Police”: Law Enforcement Today launches nationwide campaign for Americans to back the blue

Editor note: In 2020, we saw a nationwide push to “defund the police”.  While we all stood here shaking our heads wondering if these people were serious… they cut billions of dollars in funding for police officers.

And as a result, crime has skyrocketed – all while the same politicians who said “you don’t need guns, the government will protect you” continued their attacks on both our police officers and our Second Amendment rights.

And that’s exactly why we’re launching this national crowdfunding campaign as part of our efforts to help “re-fund the police”.

For those looking for a quick link to get in the fight and support the cause, click here.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA – You back the Blue.  You support the police.  You quietly buy an officer a cup of coffee at your local coffeehouse.  You bring homemade cookies to your local police station.  You make it a point to thank an officer when you see one out in public.

You watch the news, aghast to see crowds of anti-police protesters and rioters committing acts of violence and massive property damage.  You pray daily for the Blue family.

And yet, you may feel quite alone.

Politicians and the mainstream news media would have you think that police support is at an all-time low.

Some of you may have found it necessary to take down your Thin Blue Line flags from your house, or to scrape off the Thin Blue Line sticker from your vehicles, due to the potential for violent retaliation by those who hate the police.

Yes, it is the loudest voices that are the ugliest.  They revile and attack those who back the Blue.  They call, “Defund the Police!” at every turn, fueled by the lie that police officers are racists who are out to kill.

But you are actually in excellent company in your support of the blue family.

According to a Gallup poll, 85% of Americans support law enforcement.  That means supporters of the Thin Blue Line are 285 million strong.

This is an insurrection: Pro-baby killing zealots give out Justice Thomas's home address for more illegal protests
85% of Americans support Law Enforcement

That would be 285 million who, like you, refuse join in the calls to defund the police.

And that means you are in the company of those who have logic and reason on their side.

After all, we at Law Enforcement Today bring you stories daily of exploding crime in police-defunded areas such as Austin, Portland,  New York City, or Los Angeles.

Homicide rates since defunding are up 58% in Atlanta, up 533% in Portland, and up 37% in Philadelphia.

Shootings in post-defunded New York City are up 64%, and they are up 51% in Los Angeles and up 18% in Chicago.

In addition, you have also followed our disturbing and often tragic stories of attacks on police officers in the era of police defunding.

Felonious attacks on police are on the rise, as documented by the FBI’s Law Enforcement Officers Killed and Assaulted (LEOKA) Data Collection.

According to LEOKA:

“The 50 law enforcement officers feloniously killed in the first 8 months of 2021 represent a 51.5 percent increase compared to the 33 officers killed during the same period in 2020.”

370 officers gave their lives in the line of duty in 2020

Also thanks to defunding, police departments across the country now lack training, resources, and equipment.  Ironically, calls for additional training in cultural awareness, de-escalation, and use of force often have to go unheeded due to the lack of financial resources.

Another irony is that the push to do away with less-lethal options such as Tasers and tear gas will simply lead to more fatal police shootings.

These alarming stories and statistics indicate beyond a doubt that defunding the police is absolutely the wrong move for this great country.  You know this, yet you and 285 million other voices are all too often silenced by social pressures as well as physical threats of violence.

You are even told, “Silence is violence,” when it comes to refusing to stand against law enforcement.

Your voice matters, and you need to be heard.

As Law Enforcement Today National Spokesman Kyle Reyes points out:

“Americans have stood by in disbelief as this ‘defund the police’ movement has spread across America and ravaged our communities.

“We’ve watched our cities burn, our officers be attacked and violence skyrocket.

“It’s time to come out of the twilight zone.  It’s time to fight back.”

LET Unity

Law Enforcement Today, the nation’s largest police-owned media outlet, has developed a way to make your voice heard and oppose those who would seek to remove funding from those who protect and serve.

It’s called the “Re-Fund the Police” campaign.

Reyes explains:

“We wanted to make the “Re-fund the Police” campaign something that everyone- whether you can spare $1 or $1 million – can be a part of.

“People will donate to politicians all day long in hopes that person will get elected and possibly make a difference.

“We are asking for people to come forward and support those who make a difference and save lives every single day.”

Through your generous donations, Law Enforcement today will direct a media and advertising blitz to rally other Americans who, like you, are done with attacks on law enforcement, both physical and financial.

Here’s what the funds go towards:

  1. We’ve assembled a “strike team” of researchers and reporters who will delve deeply into the devastating impact that defunding the police has on communities and families.  They’re going after not just the “leaders” in Congress who are pushing to defund the police… but they’re exposing everyone from the local politicians and city councils who are behind it.  They’re also tracing the money of exactly who is funding this “defund the police” movement.
  2.  We will focus on publicizing all the negative effects of defunding police while expressing support for our brothers and sisters in blue.  The advertising blitz will be a show of support for police officers all across America.

In addition, we will be sending a team of reporters into our communities to share positive stories of law enforcement, stories which are consistently ignored by the mainstream media.

As a thank-you for your generosity in standing strong for the blue family, we are offering access codes for Law Enforcement Today’s Wounded Officer documentary and Border Crisis documentary.  In addition, we offer additional perks such as stickers and Thin Blue Line face masks or yard signs.

Donors are also able to honor or memorialize a member of the blue family.

For those who cannot afford to contribute, we invite you to be a part of a nationwide chain of prayer warriors.

You can join our prayer chain along with other supporters who are willing to pray for our brothers and sisters in blue.

We support those who protect and serve.

Also, when you sign up for our newsletter, we will keep you informed on how we are continuing to back the Blue, and bring you the stories the mainstream media will not touch.

Now to small businesses who are sick and tired of watching our cities burn as the “defund the police” movement spreads.

For business donors, we are pleased to offer a unique opportunity to make a difference in police departments across the country.

Reyes explains:

“We wanted to make sure small businesses could get in the fight, so we are rolling out the ‘adopt a police department’ program.”

Your business donation will be used to cover stories in the community of your choice, and expose those who are attempting to defund the police.  Those stories, if you choose, will also include a thank you to your business and a link back to your business website.

In addition, your generous business donation will go toward advertising campaigns that highlight the negative effects of demonizing and defunding the police.

We’ve got your 6.

This will give you the opportunity to show to millions of Americans that, unlike “woke” anti-police organizations, you support and appreciate law enforcement.

Reyes points out:

“Corporate America rallied around the Black Lives Matter movement, donating hundreds of millions of dollars to a campaign that brought widespread looting and destruction in our cities.

“This is an opportunity for businesses to show America that law and order and keeping people safe still means something to them.”

Please join your voice with Law Enforcement Today in this campaign to support all those who protect and serve us.

We invite you to visit the Re-Fund the Police website for further information.
