Senator asked if FBI investigated child porn on Hunter Biden’s laptop. Response? “You just made the connection”

Share:

WASHINGTON D.C. – Top Republican and chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, Ron Johnson recently acknowledged the possibility that the FBI investigated and found child pornography on a laptop and hard drive that allegedly belonged to Hunter Biden.

Journalist Maria Bartiromo asked Johnson about a recent report from Business Insider that discussed a subpoena served back in 2019 to a Delaware computer repairman, who was given a water-damaged laptop to repair, but was never retrieved. The hard drive and its contents also were never retrieved.

Allegedly, the hardware contained data about foreign business dealings and other matters related to the son of Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden. According to the faintly written subpoena, the FBI agent who delivered it was “Joshua Wilson.”

According to reports, there was a Joshua Wilson FBI agent based in New Jersey who spent nearly five years investigating child pornography, but it remains unclear if it is the same “Wilson” and what exactly the bureau was investigating.

Journalist Maria Bartiromo asked Johnson, a lead congressional investigator, twice if he knew of any connection. During his appearance on her Fox News program, “Sunday Morning Futures,” he said:

“I think you just made the connection. Again, this is what the FBI, I think, has to come clean about.”

Johnson was referring to the letter he sent to Wray, noting that a “whistleblower” had reached out to his committee back on September 24th, the day after the release of a report by himself and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley.

Bartiromo pressed a second time after Johnson’s initial response, however, the senator said he could not comment any further. He said:

“I don’t want to speculate, other than to say that, what I said publicly before. Our report uncovered so many troubling connections, so many things that need to be investigated, that I really think we’re just scratching the surface.”

He added:

“And, yes, I have heard all kinds of things that I think will probably be revealed over the next few days.”

Many Republicans, including President Donald Trump, have repeatedly said that Hunter Biden’s foreign business ventures are corrupt and could stem all the way up to his father, Joe Biden, who is the Democrat presidential nominee for the 2020 election.

The New York Post first broke the story on Hunter Biden’s water-damaged laptop by posting photos of the emails. Joe Biden has called this a “smear campaign,” however, neither Hunter Biden or the the Biden campaign have come out and disputed the validity of the data that has generated the wave of headlines over the last several days.

Allegedly, John Paul Mac Isaac, the computer store owner in Delaware is the one to have copied the hard drive of the laptop that he later gave to former Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello. Isaac told reporters that he “did not see” child pornography on the hardware.

An FBI spokesperson told the Washington Examiner that the bureau declines to comment, keeping with their standard practice of not confirming or denying the existence of an investigation.

Allegedly, the Associated Press reported that the FBI is just not investigating whether Russia was involved in the release of emails tied to Hunter Biden. The authenticity of the emails remains unclear, including whether they were hacked or possibly forged or both. However, Giuliani claims that the material is “authentic as hell.”

Trump called Biden a “totally corrupt politician” and suggested that Biden could not stand up to scrutiny if confronted with a Mueller investigation. He said:

“The whole thing is insane. Joe Biden is a corrupt politician. I’ve been saying it for a long time.”

10/16/2020: Emails show Burisma top adviser gave Hunter Biden “list of deliverables”, said “ultimate purpose” was to close down Ukrainian investigations

According to emails obtained by the Media Action Network, a top executive of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma tasked Hunter Biden and his colleagues to help “close down” Ukrainian investigations into the company and its owner.

Allegedly, in the previously unreleased emails, Burisma board advisor Vadym Pozharskyi, one of the company’s top executives, wrote to Hunter Biden and his partner Devon Archer that the company’s “ultimate goal” in their hiring of a well-connected public relations firm was for U.S. policy makers to help stop investigations.

The New York Post reported that Hunter Biden first introduced his father, then Vice-President Joe Biden, to a top executive at Burisma less than a year before Joe Biden pressured government officials in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company.

Allegedly, on April 17, 2015, about a year after Hunter joined the Burisma board, Pozharskyi sent Hunter Biden a reported salary of up to $50,000 a month. The email reads:

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent some time together. It’s really an honor and pleasure.”

In another email, from November 2015, Pozharskyi wrote to Hunter Biden’s business partners, which Hunter Biden was also cc’ed on, outlining a set of “deliverables.”

Allegedly, the emails clearly show that Hunter Biden and his partners were expected to arrange meetings with U.S. and Ukrainian officials with the goal of “improving Nikolay’s case” and his situation in Ukraine.

Nikolay is an apparent reference to Mykola Zlochevsky, the head of the highly controversial natural gas company. Allegedly, Zlochevsky had fled Ukraine in the midst of numerous criminal investigations and the United Kingdom had frozen $23 million of his assets.

Pozharskyi wrote that the “list of deliverables” included “the ultimate purpose” of stopping cases/pursuits against Nikolay, as noted below:

“My only concern is focus to be on the same page re our final goals. With this in mind, I would like to formulate a list of deliverables, including, but not limited to:

a concrete course of actions, uncle. meetings/communications resulting in high-ranking US officials in Ukraine (US Ambassador) and in US publicly or in private communications.comment expressing their “positive opinion” and support of Nikolay/Burisma to the highest level of decision makers here in Ukraine: President of Ukraine, president of Chief of staff, Prosecutor General etc.”

“The scope of work should also include organization of a visit of widely recognized and influential current and/or former US policy-makers to Ukraine in November aiming to conduct meetings with and bring positive signal/message and support on Nikolay’s issue to the Ukrainian top officials above with the ultimate purpose to close down for any case/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine.”

Allegedly, other emails show a keen awareness of Hunter Biden’s relationship to his father, Joe Biden, who was leading U.S. diplomacy with regard to Ukraine.

An email dated May 13, 2014, reported that Vice President Biden’s counsel called Hunter Biden’s business partners to ask that they tell Burisma to take down a photograph of Devon Hunter and Joe Biden that appeared on Burisma’s website.

That email was sent on the same day that reporters asked the White House and State Department about Hunter Biden’s relationship with Burisma.

In 2018, former Vice President Joe Biden boasted that he had threatened Ukraine with the loss of $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees (while in the middle of a war with Russia) if the country did not fire its top prosecutor, which it reportedly then did.

Joe Biden has also denied having anything to do with his son’s overseas business interests, but the Post revealed that Hunter Biden had in fact arranged a meeting between his father and Pozharskyi in 2015.

WASHINGTON D.C. – There are whistleblowers… then there are those who sound the full blown alarm.

He’s the owner of Delaware computer repair store who worked on repairing a laptop that Hunter Biden dropped off.

Now he’s told reporters that the computer allegedly contained emails detailing an opportunity for a meeting between Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden and a top Burisma executive…along with other “disturbing” items.

He told reporters that he was frightened by what he saw and that the FBI had asked him to stay quiet about his acquisition of Hunter Biden’s laptop after they recovered the devices through a federal subpoena.

Store owner, John Paul Mac Isaac said that he came into possession of Hunter Biden’s water-damaged laptop back in 2019.

Apparently, Hunter Biden never returned to the store to pay for the repairs Isaac carried out on the device and per the terms under the repair agreement, the Mac legally became the property of the store owner.

This information runs contrary to false claims from social media outlets and establishment liberals that said the laptop’s contents were “hacked.”

The New York Post, the news outlet to first publish the emails said that the store owner, Isaac, couldn’t positively identify the customer as Hunter Biden, but that the laptop bore a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation, named after Hunter’s late brother and former Delaware Attorney General.

Fox News reported that Isaac said:

“I just don’t know what to say or what I’m allowed to say. I know that I saw, I saw stuff and I was concerned. I was concerned that somebody might want to come looking for this stuff eventually and I wanted it out of my shop.”

Isaac eventually reported his possession of the laptop to the FBI at some point in 2019. The FBI took possession of the device through a federal subpoena, but because Isaac had legal rights as the possessor of the device, he made a hard drive backup of the laptop’s contents.

He then took the information from the laptop to Utah Senator Mike Lee and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Giuliani reported the contents to the New York Post, which led to the recent bombshell report on its contents.

Isaac also revealed that the FBI had tried to convince him to stay silent about his discovery of the laptop contents. He said:

“They told me that nothing ever happens to people who don’t talk, the FBI and that made me scared because that’s not something I would expect the highest branch of…Don’t, Don’t. It was more along the lines of, ‘in our experiences, when stuff like this happens, nothing bad ever happens to people that keep quiet.'”

Allegedly, a reporter asked him if he believed that the FBI was conducting a “coverup” over the laptop and the subpoena and it seemed that he responded with affirmation. He said:

“Yeah, that’s how I feel about it, kind of. Well, s***. No comment, it’s too late.”

Isaac said that the man, who he believes to be Hunter Biden, dropped off three laptops at his store in April 2019. Allegedly, only one of the laptops was salvageable and while repairing that specific laptop, Isaac said he discovered the disturbing material.

Isaac’s own questions and the way he felt about the entire situation raises serious questions about the FBI’s involvement in his possession of the laptop. When asked about what he hoped would come of the information once it went public, Isaac was ambivalent about his own motives. He said:

“I wanted, above all, I wanted safety and security. I wanted anonymity. I wanted just to be able to wash my hands of it, like it never happened and that did not happen.”

In an unsurprising chain of events, the Biden campaign immediately pushed back on the allegations in the report, asserting that a review of the former vice president’s “official schedules from the time” showed that no meeting ever took place. Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said:

“Investigations by the press, during impeachment and even by two Republican-led Senate committees whose work was decried as “not legitimate” and political by a GOP colleague have all reached the same conclusion: that Joe Biden carried out official U.S. policy toward Ukraine and engaged in no wrongdoing.”

WASHINGTON D.C.-  The New York Post has dropped yet another bombshell on the Biden campaign, this time showing emails tied to Hunter Biden’s alleged pursuit of lucrative deals with China’s largest private energy company.

One email sent to Biden was on May 13, 2017 and had the subject line “Expectations”.

The contents of that email, according to The Post, included details of “remuneration packages” for six people involved in an unspecified business venture.

His pay was set at “850” and he was listed as “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC”.

CEFC appears to be a reference to the former Shanghai-based conglomerate CEFC China Energy Co.

The email also said “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate” and describes a “provisional agreement”.  Under that, 80 percent of the “equity” – which in this case are shares in the new company – would be split equally among four people.

Those individuals include initials which correspond to the sender and three recipients.  One has an “H”, which apparently referred to Biden.

On top of that, the deal said “10 Jim” and “10 held by H for the big guy?”

The email didn’t indicate who Jim or the “big guy” are – but many are wondering if it could be referring to Hunter’s father, former Vice President Joe Biden.

The author of the email was James Gilliar from the international consulting firm J2cR.  He went on to say:

“I am happy to raise any detail with Zang if there is [sic] shortfalls ?”

“Zang” appears to refer to Zang Jian Jun, who is the former executive director of CEFC China.

Then there was the email Hunter allegedly sent on Aug. 2, 2017 as part of a chain.  This one involved a deal he had made with Ye Jianming.  That’s the chairman of CEFC, who has since vanished.  It’s for 50% of a holding company … which Biden was expected to bring in more than $10 million a year from.

CEFC went bankrupt earlier this year.  Ye was taken into custody by the Chinese in 2018 and the man, who had ties to the Chinese military and intelligence service, hasn’t been seen since.

Here’s where it gets even more interesting.

Biden put in writing that their deal had gotten even better.

He earlier had a three-year consulting contract with CEFC.  It was set to pay him $10 million annually “for introductions alone.”

“The chairman changed that deal after we me[t] in MIAMI TO A MUCH MORE LASTING AND LUCRATIVE ARRANGEMENT to create a holding company 50% percent [sic] owned by ME and 50% owned by him,” Biden said.

He continued:

“Consulting fees is one piece of our income stream but the reason this proposal by the chairman was so much more interesting to me and my family is that we would also be partners inn [sic] the equity and profits of the JV’s [joint venture’s] investments.”

There’s allegedly a photo dated Aug. 1, 2017 in the trove that was released.  It shows a handwritten flowchart of who owns “Hudson West”, and visualizes a 50/50 split between two entities ultimately controlled by Hunter Biden and someone identified as “Chairman.”

We don’t currently know who that Chairman is.

You can read further details in The New York Post article about “extravagant expenses” that the Biden family put on credit cards against the account here.

Hunter Biden has recently come under fire for his involvement with the Ukraine. On Wednesday, newly released emails have come to light that prove Hunter introduced his father, former Vice President Joe Biden, to an executive at Ukrainian gas firm Burisma. This has sparked the the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee to launch an investigation.

According to Breitbart, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), the chairman of the committee, told Fox News that the committee had contacted the source who provided the emails. The New York Post revealed that Hunter Biden introduced a Burisma executive to Joe Biden less than a year before he lobbied Ukrainian government officials to fire Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating the company.

Johnson said:

“We regularly speak with individuals who email the committee’s whistleblower account to determine whether we can validate their claims. Although we consider those communications to be confidential, because the individual in this instance spoke with the media about his contact with the committee, we can confirm receipt of his email complaint, have been in contact with the whistleblower, and are in the process of validating the information he provided.”

One email, which was written in May of 2014, showed Burisma executive, Vadym Pzharskyi, asking Hunter for “advice on how you could use your influence” to benefit Burisma. It is well know that Hunter Biden was a member of the board at the time.

Joe Biden also said that he was successful in pressuring Ukraine to fire Shokin, who was investigating the founder of Burisma at the time, according to Breitbart.

The former vice president said at a 2018 Council on Foreign Relations meetings:

“I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.”

He continued:

“Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,”

Of course, Joe Biden claims that he has never discussed his son Hunter’s overseas business encounters with him, however, the emails allege something completely different.

Here is more that Law Enforcement Today brought you on Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings.

WASHINGTON, DC – In what many called an offensive tweet, Minnesota Congresswoman Omar posted a tweet:

“It’s all about the Benjamins baby.”

Her tweet was designed to allude that the US Government is controlled by Israel and viewed as anti-Semitic and condemned.

However, her tweet could be viewed today as a condemnation on Hunter Biden, who has made millions of dollars from overseas.

Hunter Biden, the son of current Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden, has had his share of controversies, many of which the left and mainstream media claim are false.

Even Joe Biden claimed during the first Presidential debate that Hunter hadn’t received large sums of money from China, Ukraine, and Russia.

Small problem with that, it has been proven that Hunter did take money from those countries, in essence, Joe lied.

President Donald Trump attacked Joe on several issues, including this one, in hopes that the people who only watch mainstream media would start to get a broader view of the alleged corruption that follows Biden and his family.

The implication was that the leaders of those countries were trying to gain favor with the Vice President Joe Biden.  President Trump stated:

“When somebody gets $3.5 million from the mayor of Moscow.”

Biden, instead of addressing the well documented proven claim, he chose to lie about it in hopes that people do not research for themselves.  He said:

“That is not true.  That report is totally false.”

However, according to a Senate report from the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, Hunter did receive a large sum of money from Moscow.  It did not come from the Mayor, but it did come from the Mayor’s wife, whom the US government suspects of corruption.

In the report, it details how Hunter received the $3.5 million dollar wire transfer from Elena Baturina.  The report also describes how Baturina became a billionaire allegedly through illegal construction contracts that she received by her husband.  The report states:

“On Feb. 14, 2014, Baturina wired $3.5 million to a Rosemont Seneca Thornton LLC (Rosemont Seneca Thornton) bank account for a ‘Consultancy Agreement.’  Rosemont Seneca Thornton is an investment firm co-funded by Hunter Biden that was incorporated on May 28, 2013 in Wilmington, Del.”

President Trump asked Joe why Hunter got the money, a fair and reasonable question that should be asked by any voter.  Joe then claimed that there was nothing to see:

“That report was written for political reasons.”

The President doubled down in his line of questioning:

“Once you became vice president, he [Hunter] made a fortune in Ukraine, in China, in Moscow and various other places.”

Joe, again lied, saying that the President’s accusations were not true.

However, as we all should know, Joe was tasked with working with Ukraine by former President Barack Obama.  The task was simple, help them get rid of the corruption that was plaguing the country.

Shortly after receiving that assignment, Hunter, along with his business partner, Devon Archer, joined the Board of Directors for Burisma Holdings, an energy company in the Ukraine.  The State Department viewed the company and its owner, Mykola Zlochevsky as corrupt.

From May of 2014 until February of 2016, Burisma wired $3.4 million dollars to Rosemont Seneca Bohai, which is allegedly a shell company which is run by Archer in partnership with a Chinese investment fund.

Hunter also received $700,000 directly from Burisma and another $752,000 after Archer was arrested on fraud charges.

When it comes to China, Joe pushed to get stronger ties between the United States and their government.  In 2013, Joe made a personal trip on Air Force Two to the communist nation and brought his son along for the ride.

President Trump said:

“China ate your lunch Joe.  And no wonder your son goes in and he takes out billions of dollars.  He takes out billions of dollars to manage.  He makes millions of dollars.”

Joe, again, claimed that this allegation was a lie.  Yet, the Senate report showed that Hunter had significant ties with the country.

In one case, China’s CEFC Infrastructure Investment wired $5 million dollars to HudsonWest LLC.  This company out of New York is jointly owned by Hunter and persons affiliated with Chinese interests.

After the money was received, the company sent $4.7 million to Hunter’s law firm.  The following year, another million dollars was sent to the same company.

Hunter also sent 20 wire transfers, totaling more than $1 million dollars to Joe’s brother, James Biden, for consulting services.  The Treasury Department took notice of the transfers and felt that they might be criminal in nature.  According to the Senate report, when James’ wife Sara Biden, was asked about the money, she refused to cooperate.

The Senate report alleges:

“Hunter Biden has extensive connections to Chinese businesses and Chinese foreign nationals that are linked to the Communist government.  Those contacts bore financial fruit when his father was vice president and after he left office.”

The Senate Report summarized their findings:

“The Treasury records acquired by the Chairman show potential criminal activity relating to transactions among and between Hunter Biden, his family, and his associates with Ukrainian, Russian, Kazakh and Chinese nationals.

“In particular, these documents show that Hunter Biden received millions of dollars from foreign sources as a result of business relationships that he built during the period when his father was vice president of the United States and after…

“In addition to providing new and descriptive details about the nature, origin and extent of payments from Burisma Holdings to Hunter Biden, the documents acquired by the Committees also shed light on a much broader array of questionable financial transactions involving Hunter Biden, other members of the Biden family, and their associations with foreign nationals.

“These foreign nationals have questionable backgrounds that have been identified as being consistent with a range of criminal activities, including but not limited to organized prostitution and/or human trafficking, money laundering, fraud, and embezzlement.”
