MARTHA’S VINEYARD, MA- Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is a freaking rockstar. Days after his cohort from Texas, Gov. Greg Abbott sent busloads of illegals to the “sanctuary city” of Chicago, DeSantis went him one better…sending two planeloads of illegals to the backyard of Barack Obama and John Kerry…Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts.

The beautiful people from cities such as Chicago and states such as Massachusetts, which bloviate about how “accepting” and “tolerant” they are have no problem when states such as Texas and Arizona get overrun and invaded by foreigners crossing Joe Biden’s porous southern border.
It’s a far different thing when that “border” is moved 1,500 miles north and the problem is now in their backyard.
The Daily Wire reported Wednesday that America’s Governor, DeSantis followed through on a promise to send shipments of migrants to sanctuary states and delivered them to Martha’s Vineyard, where Obama has a huge mansion on the Atlantic Ocean, an ocean which he claims is rising every year due to the fantasy of “global climate change.”
Except he clearly doesn’t believe it.
Since liberal Democrats have no problem with border states being overrun and having to support what have been an estimated two-million illegals this year, Abbott and now DeSantis have decided to “share the wealth.”
“Yes, Florida can confirm the two planes with illegal immigrants that arrived in Martha’s Vineyard today were part of the state’s relocation program to transport illegal immigrants to sanctuary destinations,” a DeSantis official said in a statement.
“States like Massachusetts, New York, and California will better facilitate the care of these individuals who they have invited into our country by incentivizing illegal immigration through their designation as ‘sanctuary states’ and support for the Biden Administration’s open border policies.”
Continuing, the official wrote:
“As you may know, in this past legislative session the Florida legislature appropriated $12 million to implement a program to facilitate the transport of illegal immigrants from this state consistent with federal law.”
According to Fox News Digital, they reached out to Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker’s office for comment, however no response was received.
For those who are unfamiliar, Martha’s Vineyard is where the muckity-mucks maintain expensive vacation homes. They are safely tucked away in their island homes while the southern border remains open to invasion due to Democratic Party policies.
Previously, Fox Reported, DeSantis has suggested illegal aliens be dropped off either in Delaware, home of Biden, or Martha’s Vineyard, however his office also suggested they might be sent to other “progressive” states whose governors all endorse open borders in violation of federal immigration law.
“It is not the responsibility of Floridians to subsidize aliens to reside in our state unlawfully; we did not consent to Biden’s open-borders agenda,” DeSantis’s office said at the time.
Last November, DeSantis said dozens of flights of illegal aliens landed in Florida, transported there by the Biden administration and at that time DeSantis had threatened to ship them up to Biden’s home state of Delaware.
For Abbott, he started shipping thousands of illegals to Washington, D.C. in April as the crisis at the southern border became untenable. Texas also sent buses full of illegals to New York City and Chicago. Meanwhile, Arizona has also sent buses to our nation’s capital.
Despite stellar reporting by Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin, who has documented tens of thousands of illegals crossing the border, Biden’s “border czar” Kamala Harris, who hasn’t even visited the southern border, declared last week two times that the border was “secure,” despite the fact that even administration officials admit an average of 55,000 “got-aways” each month. A gotaway is an illegal who successfully makes it into the US without being detained.
Here’s someone crossing the “closed” border:

Here’s Biden’s mouthpiece saying nobody is walking across the border:
Last December, DeSantis released his budget whereby he requested millions of dollars to ship illegals out of the Sunshine State.
“In yesterday’s budget, I put $8 million for us to be able to transport people here illegally out of the state of Florida,” DeSantis said at the time. “It’s somewhat tongue in cheek, cut it is true, if you sent them to Delaware or Martha’s Vineyard or some of these places, that border would be secure the next day.”
The Florida legislature did the governor one better, allocating $12 million for the Florida Department of Transportation to send illegal aliens out of the state and to sanctuary cities and states who should be willing to accept them with open arms.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ- In yet another case of crimes that probably shouldn’t have happened, an illegal alien has been arrested and charged with the sexual assault of two children under the age of 13 in Phil Murphy’s sanctuary state of New Jersey.
Breitbart reports that Francisco Barrera-Capistran, a 36-year-old illegal alien from Mexico was charged last week with four counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault by contact, and two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child in Bergen County, New Jersey.
Prosecutors say that Capistran sexually assaulted two children, both under the age of 13 in April 2017.
According to the Daily Voice, Capistran, a married contractor, has had an ICE detainer placed upon him and is currently housed in a Bergen County jail.
If the inexplicable happens and a judge orders his release, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has asked for 48 hours notice in order to take Sanchez into custody for possible deportation proceedings.
The primary roadblock to ICE being able to take jurisdiction over Capistran is New Jersey’s liberal sanctuary state policies, which prohibit local law enforcement agencies from cooperating with ICE.
Prosecutor Mark Musella said in court that Capistran had assaulted the two pre-teens nearly five years ago in the New Jersey communities of Hackensack and Westwood. Musella’s Special Victims Unit initiated an investigation after they were contacted by the Hackensack police.
This of course is nothing new. In December of last year, an illegal alien from Guatemala was charged in connection with the rape of a pre-teen in Bergen County.
In that case, Victor Chitay, 37, was charged with three counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, one count of second-degree sexual assault by contact, and one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said Chitay raped a child under the age of 13 on a number of occasions. He had been working as a roofer.
“An investigation was initiated by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the Bergenfield police department,” police said in a press release.
“During the investigation, it was determined that the victim was sexually assaulted by Victor Chitay on more than one occasion.”
In that case, ICE has also lodged a detainer in the event Chitay is released.
Last October an illegal was charged with shaking a baby unconscious. In that case, Nelson Ventura Delacruz, a 31-year-old illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, was charged with second-degree aggravated assault and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child after it was alleged by prosecutors he had shaken a three-month-old baby into unconsciousness.
According to prosecutors, medical personnel determined the unresponsive child, who was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center, had suffered from significant injuries consistent with shaken baby syndrome.
It was further determined the baby had suffered from abuse over a long period of time. ICE has also lodged a detainer on him.
Finally, a 49-year-old illegal alien who had been living in Monroeville, New Jersey, was sentenced to five years in prison for killing a 24-year-old man in a drunk driving car crash in September, 2019.
Prior to the crash, the suspect, Jesus Leal-Corona, had been previously arrested in both Texas and New Jersey.
He pleaded guilty in the fatal accident case to one count of second-degree vehicular homicide, two counts of third-degree vehicular assault, and one count of drunk driving in the death of 24-year-old Frankie Hensley of Philadelphia.
Despite those arrests, he was never deported, in part due to New Jersey’s sanctuary state policies.

RALEIGH, NC – An illegal alien is accused of striking and killing a legal immigrant from Canada on January 21st.
The illegal alien fled the scene and was later captured in Atlanta, Georgia by the US Marshals Office.
— Aaron Sánchez-Guerra (@aaronsguerra) February 7, 2022
The suspect in the case, Aldair Leon-Olluas, an illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested after members of the US Marshals Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force were able to track him down.
Leon-Olluas is currently awaiting extradition back to Raleigh, North Carolina where he will answer the criminal charges against him.
The incident occurred when the victim, 63-year-old Erin Simanskis was involved in what was described as a minor crash after she got off of work at a local news station.
As Simanskis was out of her vehicle and exchanging information with the other driver, a white van struck her on the side of the road, gravely wounding her.
The white van refused to stop and instead fled the scene in an apparent attempt to avoid being held responsible. The Raleigh Police Department and paramedics responded to the scene and rushed Simanskis to a nearby hospital where she succumbed to the injuries she received during the crash.
The @WakeSheriff sends our best wishes to @WRAL Assignment Editor Erin Simanskis who was the victim of a hit-and-run last night, while she was standing near her vehicle following an accident. The WCSO will keep @erinsimanskis in our thoughts as she recovers from her injuries.

As police investigated the case, they determined that Leon-Olluas was the alleged driver in the white van that struck and killed Simanskis. As they continued their investigation, police developed probable cause that Leon-Olluas was the driver and intoxicated at the time of the crash.
Detectives and federal officials began seeking Leon-Olluas who fled not only the area, but the state. Law Enforcement were able to eventually track him down to the Atlanta, Georgia area.
US Marshals Service and local law enforcement were able to make contact with him and take him into custody without incident. Officials noted that when Leon-Olluas was taken into custody, he presented a Mexican identification card.
Leon-Olluas is currently being held in the Fulton County Jail without bail awaiting extradition back to Raleigh, North Carolina. Police have criminally charged Leon-Olluas with nine different charges, including DUI, hit and run, and a crash resulting in the death of Simanskis.
There has been no information released as of yet which would tell us when Leon-Olluas came into the country or if he has a criminal history here or elsewhere. However, even if he had a criminal history, Wake County, where the crash occurred, is considered a sanctuary county.
It’s Friday — and the @wral family is wearing red & black to remember our co-worker, Erin Simanskis, who died from injuries she suffered in a hit-and-run. Erin was a native Canadian who LOVED hockey 🏒 & loved the @Canes. How we miss our favorite Caniac ❤️ #wral pic.twitter.com/08tO01Ow6u

That means that county officials refuse to cooperate with any ICE proceedings that would result in the deportation of any illegal alien. The sanctuary status allows all illegal aliens the ability to work without fear of being deported through their criminal justice system.
Simanskis legally moved into the United States with her husband and became a United States citizen. She spent decades in the country with her husband and twin children while pursuing a career in journalism.
Simanskis daughter, Emily, wanted to thank everyone who helped in tracking down her mother’s alleged killer. She said:
“I would thank everyone who’s been behind my mom and especially the law enforcement [officers] who are trying to whatever they can to bring justice…
This will probably bring us a shred of peace, knowing that this person will know who he took from us, but it still wasn’t our priority as we all try and go back to our daily lives.”
Emily went on to say that she wants to meet Leon-Olluas and explain who her mother was that he allegedly took away from her. She said:
“I want him to know about my mom. I want to be able to tell him about her, so he knows who he took from us.”
The illegal alien had an active warrant from Guatemala for felony aggravated sexual assault charges of two “young girls.”
The suspect, identified as Carlos Horacio Suarez-Monroy, was taken into custody by members of the Boston Fugitive Operations South Team near his residence in the Winthrop area on January 20th.
Suarez-Monroy was wanted by his own country for allegedly raping what is only described as two “young girls.”
Todd Lyons, the Field Office Director for the Enforcement and Removal Operations Officer in Boston, spoke about Suarez-Monroy’s arrest:
“I’m extremely proud of the professionalism and dedication to public service displayed by our Fugitive Operations team that made this arrest. Their rapid response in apprehending this individual will ensure he faces justice for his alleged depraved sexual criminal acts against children in Guatemala.
“This arrest should strengthen the peace of mind and sense of safety for all members of our community and shows that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will not be a safe haven for those wanted in their native countries.”
Suarez-Monroy had illegally been in the United States since 2013 when he was referred to members of ICE for removal proceedings.
However, despite being referred for deportation, Suarez-Monroy remained in the United States.
Suarez-Monroy was the subject of an active Red Notice issued by Interpol, which is a worldwide request for any law enforcement agency to take a person into custody. Red Notices are typically reserved for the worst of the worst and currently, there are over 7,000 of these alerts that are active.
There is little information that has been released as to the circumstances of Suarez-Monroy’s alleged crimes. However, we do know that his charges originated in a municipal court which prosecutes crimes of femicide and other forms of violence against women in Guatemala.
Suarez-Monroy was transported to the Boston ICE office located in Burlington for processing. He will remain in the custody of ICE officials pending deportation proceedings.
ICE officials are asking anyone with information on illegal aliens who are wanted fugitives to contact the ICE Tip line at 866 347-2423 or internationally at 001-1802-872-6199. Tips can also be made online by completing their online tip form.
Suarez-Monroy’s arrest comes as thousands of illegal aliens are crossing into the United States from the southern border. Almost daily we learn that some of those that are captured are known sex offenders and/or predators.
In January, LET reported when Customs and Border Patrol captured a group of 18 illegal aliens who illegally crossed into the country from Mexico. Of those 18 that were captured, one of them was determined to have a prior conviction for aggravated sexual assault of a child under 13 in 2017.
In another report from Customs and Border Patrol, an illegal alien was captured in a group of ten when they came into the country from Mexico. This illegal offender was found to also be a convicted sex offender.
The illegal alien had been convicted in 2018 of committing lewd acts with a child under 14 years old while he was in Los Angeles, California. He was sentenced to three years in prison after his conviction.
ICE and other law enforcement agencies are only reporting a snapshot as to the number of criminals that are sneaking across the US’s southern border.
That is not because they are trying to hide numbers per se, it is because there is no way to account for the number of people that ICE and others have not apprehended.
