After the arrest of Jeffrey Epstein’s confidant and partner, Ghislaine Maxwell back in July, the rumor mill was on overtime, buzzing about the pair’s ties to the world’s rich and famous, including the Former President Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary.

The relationship between the Former President of the United States and his wife, the Former Secretary of State, have been under scrutiny after White House records show Epstein visiting the White House multiple times throughout 1990’s, as well as him attending the 2010 wedding of Chelsea Clinton.

The pair have vehemently denied any wrongdoing toward the women or knowledge of the abuse Epstein was alleged to have committed against his numerous victims.

Pictures that were posted in the Daily Mail showed the Former resident on the receiving end of a back massage from one of Epstein’s victims, Chauntae Davies, while the group was on a layover during the infamous Africa Trip in 2002.

Recently, the tabloid OK Magazine, reported that during her tenure as the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton bestowed Alexander Djerassi, Maxwell’s nephew, the gift of a coveted post within her department shortly after he graduated from college.

It is also reported that Clinton bestowed “special treatment” to the young man.  A spokesperson for the State Department informed The Daily Beast, that Djerassi’s role within the State Department was that of a Staff Assistant from May 2009 through June 2012;  however, there is no official record of the position being a “gift” from Mrs. Clinton.

A quick glance at Djerassi’s LinkedIn profile confirms that he lists his role as Chief of Staff for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of State, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, from June 2011-June 2012.

His profile also shows he served as Special Assistant to the office form May 2009 through May 2011, and that he worked as a Campaign Policy Associate for Hilary Clinton for President from September 2007 until June 2008.

Djerassi’s name also appears in a biography published on the website of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.  The blurb touts Djerassi’s research that was “focused on Tunisia and U.S Foreign policy toward the Middle East and North Africa.

The Carnegie Endowment’s biography of Djerassi also states:

“[From] 2009 through 2012, Djerassi was chief of staff and special assistant in the U.S Department of State’s Bureau of near Eastern Affairs, covering U.S relations with Arab states, Israel, and Iran.  He also worked on matters relating to democratization and civil society in the Arab world, the Arab uprisings, ad Israeli-Palestinian peace”

His profile concludes with:

“Djerassi has served as a U.S. reportative to the Friends of Libya conferences, Friends of the Syrian People conferences, U.S – GCC Strategic Coordination Forum, and several UN General Assemblies.”

According to an article published in the Daily Beast on August 20, an unnamed friend of Djerassi states Maxwell was not responsible for the introduction between Djerassi and the Clintons, nor was she responsible for recommending him for the jobs with the former First Lady.

The friend reported:

“These are false allegations against a talented and qualified public servant.”

According to several hacked emails released via WikiLeaks, Djerassi’s name was discovered in a November 2011 email where Assistant Secretary Jeffrey Feltman references his “special assistant, Alex Djerassi.”  Djerassi’s name is mentioned again in another email from back in 2012.

This new thread in the ever-growing weave that further links the Clintons to Epstein, surface as Ghislaine Maxwell remains confined behind bars in Metropolitan Detention Center, in Brooklyn, New York where she has been held without bail since she was arrested at her New Hampshire mansion, back on July 2nd.

She was denied bail by a New York Federal Judge on July 14th due to her being seen as a flight risk.  She is currently charged with as many as six federal charges, to include enticing minors, sex trafficking and perjury.

Here’s more on the Clinton-Epstein connection.

Recently released court documents have sparked a new interest in former president Bill Clinton’s association with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

According to Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre in a 2011 deposition now available to the public, Clinton visited Epstein’s private Caribbean island getaway.

At the time Clinton was there, she said,

“orgies were a constant thing that took place.”

According to the New York Post, Giuffre testified that she asked Epstein about Clinton’s presence on the island.  She said,

“I remember asking Jeffrey what’s Bill Clinton doing here kind of thing, and he laughed it off and said well he owes me a favor.”

She continued,

“He never told me what favors they were. I never knew. I didn’t know if he was serious. It was just a joke.”

As we previously reported, Clinton denied having been on Epstein’s island.

Clinton spokesman Angel Urena has asserted,

“The story keeps changing, the facts don’t.  The President has never been to the island.”

Although he has been long linked to Epstein, the former president has also long attempted to distance himself from the late New York financier and convicted pedopile.

In 2019, Clinton spokesman Angel Urena denied Clinton knew about Epstein’s “terrible crimes.”

Urena claimed Clinton had

“never been to Little St. James Island, Epstein’s ranch in New Mexico, or his residence in Florida.”

Apparently implying that time away from Epstein released Clinton from scrutiny, Urena also stated,

“[Clinton has] not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade.”

Urena continued the denial by citing limited travel by Clinton on Epstein’s plane in 2002 and 2003.

Urena claimed, specifically,

“In 2002 and 2003, President Clinton took a total of four trips on Jeffrey Epstein’s plane:  one to Europe, one to Asia, and two to Africa… Staff, supporters of the [Clinton] Foundation, and his Secret Service detail traveled on every leg of the trip.”

However, in 2019, the Washington Examiner reported different information it gleaned from FAA flight logs.

Clinton apparently took at least six trips on Epstein’s Lolita Express, not four as Urena had claimed.   Clinton flew at least 27 times on that plane.

Clinton was listed on trips to “Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, China, Brunei, London, New York, the Azores, Belgium, Norway, Russia and Africa.”

As if Urena’s denial of the documented numbers of trips isn’t enough to raise eyebrows, the matter of Secret Service protection, or lack thereof, has come under scrutiny.

Donald Trump, Jr. raised a valid point when he asked in a recent tweet,

“Retweet if you’re curious as I’m about why Bill Clinton apparently signed off from Secret Service protection for some of those Epstein island trips?

“I keep reading that but I wonder why he would do that for those trips.  I’m sure there are great reasons.”

As it turns out, Fox News found that on at least one occasion in 2002, on a five-leg trip to Asia, flight logs do not list any Secret Service agents.  Clinton would have had specifically had to file a form declining Secret Service protection.

Fox News made FOIA requests to the Secret Service to obtain more information on Clinton’s travels and USSS accompaniment, with no answers from the USSS.

Fox News also stated,

“In response to a separate FOIA request from FoxNews.com, the U.S. Secret Service said it has no records showing agents were ever on the island with Clinton.”

In 2019, the Washington Examiner also reported an additional trip apparently without Secret Service protection, this one from Miami, FL to Westchester, NY.

As one would expect, Clinton spokesman Angel Urena took exception to Don Jr.’s tweet and responded,

“To: @DonaldTrumpJr

Re: your latest loony tweet

You guys read your memos, right?

USSS publicly refuted this a year ago (see below)”

Urena referred to an older tweet which stated,

“a spokesperson for the USSS says President Clinton has never declined protection and has always been accompanied by his detail.”

There’s a bit of a problem with Urena’s reference, however.

According to a 2019 article in the Washington Examiner on Clinton’s flights on the Lolita Express, a Secret Service spokesperson did say,

“Former President Clinton has never declined Secret Service protection.”

However, the Examiner also reported,

“The spokesperson did not answer detailed Washington Examiner questions about why the Epstein flight records indicated that Clinton was not accompanied by Secret Service on two 2002 trips — one in Asia and one in Africa.”

It is interesting to think that Clinton would decline Secret Service protection for travel, especially overseas to Asia.  It is also interesting that the USSS would decline to answer FOIA requests from Fox and the Examiner on their presence or absence during Clinton’s travels on Epstein’s jet.

Given Angel Urena’s poor record on sharing the truth when it comes to Clinton’s dealings with Epstein, it is highly doubtful that the Clinton spokesman will clear up the questions on Clinton’s Secret Service protection.
