MIAMI, FL - David Rubin, conservative host of The Rubin Report, snapped a picture as he passed through Miami International Airport Thursday that has many Americans extremely concerned.

The image is of a posted public notice from the TSA entitled, "Non U.S.-Citizen Document Validation using CBP One Technology," which appears to be a guide for illegal immigrants to effectively bypass the standard procedures of the TSA while traveling through the country they've criminally entered.

Rubin captioned the explosive image, writing, "This is the state of absolute insanity happening at our airports. I’m in the Pre-TSA line, where migrants don’t have to have an ID to get through security and it’s their choice whether they want their picture taken. There is a plan to destroy America."

In a subsequent quote-post, he added that this was taken at the Miami International Airport and tagged Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, and Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott (R-FL).

As reported at The Daily Wire, the notice read in part: "TSA is partnering with CBP to test the use of CBP One at certain TSA checkpoints to validate adult non-U.S. citizen travel documentation when the traveler does not otherwise have an acceptable form of identification."

It continues, "How it works: 1. Notify the TSA officer that you are a migrant. 2. The TSA officer will take a photo (optional). 3. If requested, provide your alien identification number or biographic information. 4. Follow officer instruction.

"Photo capture is voluntary.  You may decline to have your photo taken. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please notify a TSA Officer. You must still provide your alien identification number or biographical information to the TSA Officer, even if you do not have your photo taken.

"CBP One only verifies the information you previously provided to CBP and will not store your information. Because your information is verified through CBP One, TSA will also not store your information as part of this process."

"CBP One" is the highly controversial mobile phone application developed for Customs and Border Patrol released in October 2020 that allows illegal immigrants to pre-set their appointments to meet with U.S. Customs officials, essentially making illegal immigration more efficient.

As reported by The Federalist, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) inquiry released by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) demonstrated that criminals penetrating the U.S.-Mexico border are exploiting the application in order to gain entry to the U.S. The Washington Examiner revealed that various Central American criminal cartels are using VPNs in conjunction with the app to better facilitate human trafficking over the border.
