CHICAGO, IL – A 33-year-old woman and her 42-year-old husband were trying to board an American Airlines flight headed to Los Angeles.
When they arrived at the gate, they were told that they were too drunk to board the plane.
Amanda Rojas and Jose Rojas-Macias did not take the news lightly.
According to reports, Mrs. Rojas became irate, knocking the radio out of the gate agent’s hand and shoving him into the plexiglass dividers.
When police arrived at the gate area, they found the couple still engaged in a dispute with the gate agent and an American Airlines supervisor.
Officers tried to take the belligerent couple into custody, and they got even more violent.
Rojas, who is listed in the police report as a teacher from Round Lake, is alleged to have kicked one of the officers in the face. That officer required treatment at a local hospital for a jaw injury. Rojas-Macias also kicked that officer before elbowing another in the chest.
The couple resides in Round Lake.
We conducted a search of the area school districts and found a single reference to Amanda Rojas in nearby Gurnee, Illinois.
That Amanda Rojas is listed as a playground supervisor with Woodland School District 50, according to meeting minutes from a July 2021 school board meeting.
The staff directory is currently offline.
Law Enforcement Today has reached out to the district to confirm whether their playground supervisor is the same Rojas as the one arrested last Friday night. We also contacted the airline for a statement.
The district Communications Manager, Brooke Hagstrom, responded to let us know that there is no one by the name of Amanda Rojas employed by the district.
American Airlines referred us to the Chicago Police Department.
Amanda Rojas, 33, and Jose Rojas-Macias, 42, are charged with aggravated battery to a police officer, which is a felony, and misdemeanor charges including criminal trespass, resisting arrest and battery.https://t.co/ox8sQ03Jeu

Police say that the couple appeared to be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.
The couple was released after posting bond, Rojas paying $200 and Rojas-Macias posting $1,500.
This incident was not the first run-in with the authorities for either person.
According to FOX 32, Amanda pleaded guilty to punching a woman in the head at a bar in 2014. She was sentenced to court supervision. Her husband pleaded guilty in 2010 and 2012 to resisting peace officers. Each time he was sentenced to a no more than 1 month in jail.
The couple now face felony charges of aggravated battery of a police officer to go along with resisting arrest and criminal trespass.

Teacher resigns after being caught on video saying “Conservative Christians” should get sick “and die”
COLLEYVILLE, TX – A teacher in Colleyville found herself in hot water when a video of her allegedly saying conservative Christians should get COVID and die surfaced. The school board suspended her when the news broke, and she resigned a short time later.

While everyone should be entitled to their opinion as far as the vaccine, a teacher at a middle school clearly believes that everyone should have been mandated to take the vaccine “immediately.”
Her belief, without scientific evidence, is if everyone had received the vaccine that the pandemic would have already ended.
And who’s fault is it that COVID is still around and affecting the world? Well, according to this teacher, it is the fault of conservative Christians.
The claim hit the news after a Texas-based Conservative talk radio host, Dana Loesch, allegedly received a video that was captured of the exchange of comments between the teacher and another coworker. The comments were made during school hours at Colleyville Middle School.

In the video, the unnamed teacher can be heard saying:
“We have a political system that will not allow us to [inaudible] so we’re vaccinating like the flu, which is, you know, get the flu vaccine if you want, but you can’t – don’t tread on me. But it’s too late. It would have had to have been immediate.
Pretty ironic that the "we mask because we care about others" crowd is also the "if you don't mask you're selfish and we hope you get covid and die" crowd.

“If we had done it immediately, it’d already be gone. That’s what’s frustrating. The rest of my life is impacted because of politics? Because of conservative Christian crap? I’m telling you, those conservative Christian people, they need to die. They need to get COVID and die.”
One can only surmise that she believes that conservative Christians are the only people in the world that refuse to take the vaccine. And while there are a large number of them that do refuse to take the vaccine, there are also well-known celebrities that are…well…should we say not conservative Christians.
People like leftist Jim Carrey, who has said that he is as pro-vaccine as Robert Kennedy, Jr, who is against any vaccines. Robert De Niro is another liberal who is against any form of vaccines as he believes childhood ones given to a child of his may have caused Autism.

When the information surfaced, the Grapevine-Colleyville ISD released a statement acknowledging they were aware of the incident and the teacher who was involved had been placed on paid administrative leave. The message said:
“This afternoon, GCISD learned about an online video of a Colleyville Middle School teacher talking to two colleagues in a high-traffic area on campus. The sentiments expressed in the video do not reflect the views of GCISD or Colleyville Middle School.”
By the next day, the teacher allegedly turned in her resignation and walked away from the school. Afterward, GCISD Board President Jorge Rodriguez wrote:
“The GCISD School Board strongly rejects the expressions made by one of our employees in a video widely circulated online. The Board supports the decision to place the employee on administrative leave until the School District completes its investigation.”
USA- Wow, just in time for the runup to the 2022 midterms—how weird is that?
At the same time states (blue ones, mind you) have suddenly discovered the “science” of mask mandates, we are now hearing that the Department of Health and Human Services has instructed hospitals to cease reporting coronavirus deaths, a decision announced earlier this month, according to Breitbart News.
As the death toll approached and then surpassed 900,000 in the United States, HHS decided it was time to stop reporting the deaths because the “magic number” of one million was suddenly “in reach.”
Oh, they didn’t say that but clearly everything this administration does is driven by politics. Surely, this couldn’t be so the CDC can manipulate the numbers, could it?
With covid deaths under the Biden administration (with three vaccines and a bunch of therapeutics) surpassing the total amassed during Trump’s term, the messaging will look really bad if deaths pass the one million mark, especially since old sleepy had promised to “shut down the virus.”
The guidance was initially established in January, however the rule change didn’t go into effect until the week before last, ironically on the same day Britain’s government said they too would stop requiring hospitals to report coronavirus death tolls by Easter, WSWS reported.
Not all were happy about the decision, with one federal health official (who was not named) calling it “incomprehensible,” while arguing that COVID death tolls reported to the government is the most reliable metric.
“It is the only consistent, reliable and actionable dataset at the federal level,” the official complained. “Ninety-nine percent of hospitals report one hundred percent of the data every day.”
From now on, the federal government will use the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) data to compile death tolls. The CDC collects data on a state-by-state basis from coroner and medical examiner reports.
“Deaths are reported by the counties/states but the process is very slow and many coroners are actually not wanting to cite COVID as the reason, while hospitals rely on diagnoses,” the official told WSWS. “It is also timely as it is every day and many states have a delay anyway but now many are reporting less often.”
“The CDC has never really counted cases for things that a lot of people get like the flu,” the official continued. “They get data from sentinel sites and then extrapolate what is happening.”
According to Alexis C. Madrigal, co-founder of the COVID Tracking Project, HHS has been up until now providing the “best and most granular publicly available data on the pandemic.”
“There was no hospital data at the federal level and even at many states,” said Madrigal.
“We had no idea who has capacity, who was in trouble, who had supply shortages, who was getting admissions so fast that they would need supplemental meds, who has staffing issues, etc. We also didn’t know anything about the people admitted in a timely manner, such as age.”
Not everyone sees the change as a bad thing, with American Hospital Association Vice President Nancy Foster claiming the CDC provides more accurate information, which includes coronavirus deaths that occur outside of hospital settings.
“While it is likely that most individuals who die of COVID do so in the hospital, some die at home, in a nursing home or elsewhere,” Foster told KXTV.
“We believe CDC looked at the conflicting sources of data on COVID deaths, chose the one that was most accurate, and moved to reduce the burden on hospitals to collect data that were less complete and, to the best of our knowledge, not being used,” Foster added.
Meanwhile, the World Economic Forum believed from the beginning we may have been overestimating the actual death rate caused by COVID-19.
They noted that little was actually known about the incidence or prevalence of COVID, although we certainly know more today. They wrote that “projections are based on models, and this uncertainty breeds fear,” noting that in cities such as New York, “fear is [was] on just about everyone’s mind.”
The WEF said that using data from China (which admittedly may be somewhat questionable), 80% of COVID-19 cases are asymptomatic or display mild symptoms. Only highly symptomatic people are [still] encouraged to go to the hospital.
They also noted that lack of adequate testing meant that typically, only hospital patients were counted as cases. In other words, asymptomatic patients or those with mild symptoms were not counted. That remains the case today.
All of this resulted in what is called “selection bias” which is another way of saying that only people sick enough to go to the hospital were counted among those deemed to have coronavirus.
All of this affected the denominator, which resulted in a higher rate than what was actually occurring on the ground. This skewed the mortality rate which in turn ramped up the fear and loathing in people.
The WEF said that by “only counting people who go to the hospital, we are [were] overestimating the percentage of people who die of COVID-19.”
What did this do?
“It’s a dangerous message that is causing fear—and it is all driven by a false denominator,” the WEF says.
Unfortunately, that fear continues today, where the mainstream media and political-driven narrative has instilled fear of imminent death in people if others aren’t vaccinated or wearing masks. The real pandemic is the fear pandemic and that was real in 2020 and it is real in 2022.
