BRYAN, Texas – Two men have been arrested for a convenient store robbery that led to the shooting of a Southeast Texas police officer, reported ABC News.

Police in Bryan said 31-year-old Jonathon Deshawn Bradley was arrested in nearby Grimes County. Previously Rafeal Antione Ginn, 31, had been arrested.

The men were booked for aggravated robbery that occurred at the convenient store Thursday. During the robbery, the unidentified officer, was shot. He was wearing body armor, and his injuries were minor. He was treated and released from a local hospital.

Police said the robbery occurred when a group of people entered the store and one of them pulled out a firearm. They took some cash and fled.

Police have not said if either man arrested is the shooter.

Bryan is about 90 miles northwest of Houston and adjacent to College Station, home to Texas A&M University.
