Greenwich, CT: Connecticut is home to yet another Democrat running for office whose entire campaign is based on deceit, false claims and, what has become a common theme among Democratic politicians, hypocrisy.
Rachel Khanna, a Democrat running for election to the Connecticut House of Representatives to represent District 149, is among the latest of politicians to prove she will do anything and say anything to win votes.
In a recent debate against Republican opponent Kim Fiorello, Khanna was forced to dig deep in her political bag of tricks and make claims that were later proven inaccurate and Khanna a hypocrite.
It’s the latest in what the Democratic party continually proves as the ‘do as I say, not as I do’ narrative.
Secondly, Khanna provided statements about how great the economy is becoming in Connecticut and that there’s nothing but rainbows and unicorns for the financial future for Connecticut.
She couldn’t have been more wrong.
This outrageous claim didn’t get by Carl Higbie either, who wrote in a Greenwich Free Press column covering her blatant inaccuracies.
Higbie’s column stated:
“In the absence of any real policy beyond abortion up till birth and calling people racists, Democrats have nothing. But that doesn’t stop them from lying about it.”
The column continued:
“Read for yourself… In one of Rachel’s recent op-eds titled ‘Connecticut’s Economy has momentum – Let’s keep moving Forward’ she claimed: ‘Our jobless rate has fallen sharply, and six months of economic growth has exceeded the national average.’”

But the facts are far different.
Maybe she wasn’t on counting on anyone fact checking her claims- which are much different.
According to the Bureau of Economic Analysis, Connecticut ranked the second worst in the country for real GDP (gross domestic product) growth during the last quarter of 2022.
To be more precise, they decreased in GDP to a whopping -4.7%. That’s almost 10x the amount of the financially woeful state of California.
Chris DiPentima, President of the Connecticut Business & Industry Association, provided a statement, and said:
“The GDP numbers clearly highlight the impact the state’s labor shortage crisis – along with inflation and supply chain bottlenecks – is having on our economy.”
He continued:
“The finance and insurance and manufacturing sectors, two critical components of our economy, saw some of the biggest declines in the quarter. The performance of those sectors, along with contraction in the construction and real estate sectors – which typically act as early warning signs – is very troubling.”
Khanna’s Climate Advocacy
Part of Khanna’s campaign strategy is to focus on climate change and reducing emissions to reach her goal.
This sounds reasonable enough from a Democrat’s point of view, but the facts behind her gross contribution to pollution is hypocrisy at its finest- another Democratic dynamic.
This didn’t get by Higbie either, who did his homework and discovered some shocking facts.
According to Higbie’s column, he stated:
“In fact, according to tax records, the Khanna Family enjoys quite the carbon footprint with a day-to-day Mercedes nearing 400 horsepower. Also parked in the same driveway as other previously or currently owned Supercars like the Audi R8 boasting a 600 horsepower V-10 engine. Or the nearly 500 horsepower Porsche 911 GT3, and the BMW rocket ship M3.”
He continued:
“But just to get around town… a cool 20 min drive once you exit the castle walls and gates, they have whipped a Porsche SUV, and also the largest Audi available, the Q7 prestige. Topped off with the recreational safari ready 1986 Land Rover Defender that I’m sure just sips fuel and emits rainbows.”
Her other agenda is to push for more affordable housing. But probably pushing for the housing to be built far away from her and her 8,000 square foot home and fleet of luxury vehicles.
Khanna is just the next in a long line of Democrat hypocrites who are merely telling voters what she thinks they want to hear. She is further proves that by continually violating the policies she desperately claims to fight hard for.
You can also guarantee she will bring that same crooked ideology to Washington D.C if she makes it that far (God forbid).
That’s the last thing the federal government needs- more crazy liberals.
But for Khanna it starts with Connecticut voters. They need to remember that during the upcoming election.
Remember, hypocrisy will not help your state- voting Republican will.

California Democrat leader calls out other liberal Democrats on the hypocrisy of Martha’s Vineyard

SACRAMENTO, CA: A popular California Democrat is calling out ‘hypocrite’ democrats and supporting and defending Florida Governor Ron DeSantis after he was widely criticized by opponents for sending immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard.
Gloria Romero, a Latina democrat, and former Majority Leader of the California state senate, has publicly defended and supported Gov. DeSantis by calling out and blasting her democratic peers as ‘hypocrites.’
Romero was sparked by the hypocrisy, citing a liberal ‘elitism’.
In an interview on Fox News, Romero stated:
“Think about the irony. It’s the beginning of Hispanic heritage month. And here we are with a border that has not been secure for quite some time. Over 2 million migrants coming through,”
She continued:
“[and] it took only 50 brown people showing up in one of the most exclusive Democratic enclaves, without leaf blowers and without mops, for it to be declared a national emergency, and to get the media focused on this.”
California Gov. Newsom Speaks Out
One of the first attacks aimed at Gov. DeSantis came from the uninspiring California governor, Gavin Newsom, who criticized DeSantis for sending 50 migrants to Martha’s Vineyard. Newsom called on the Department of Justice to investigate claims of kidnapping.
His claims were absurd, baseless and a desperate attempt to get back into the limelight after barely surviving a recall election.

Gloria Romero also caught wind of Newsom’s hopeless attempt, and wasn’t afraid to call him, and other hypocrite Democrats out for the stance on the migrant transportation issue.
In her Fox News appearance, she stated:
“It is absolutely hypocritical. And maybe Latinos like myself, we consider ourselves democrats, but we are completely disaffected, disenchanted with how we have been treated. And how this issue is not been properly addressed by [the] democratic party overall.”
Over the last several weeks, numerous Democrat leaders have criticized Texas for busing migrants to their self-proclaimed sanctuary. In an ironic twist, these same leaders have been complaining over the unexpected arrival of countless migrants to their communities.
These Democrats, like Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and New York Mayor Adams claimed that it was a strain on their resources, they’re unprepared and requested outside assistance.
Which is also in stark contrast to the purpose of a sanctuary city.
Then there is Marth’s Vineyard; an affluent, financially well-off community reserved for the Democratic elite.
And Democrat Gloria Romero continued to voice her opinion on the matter to Fox News, where she stated:
“That is why so many Latinos and Democrats within the party are just sick and tired of this. We have seen across the country, people like [Representative] Myra Flores and Democratic strongholds, historically winning.”
She continued in her Fox News interview:
“More and more Latinos such as myself are willing to say, yes we are Democrats, but we are not bound to the party. We are Americans first, we want border security, we believe in citizenship. We are a patriotic community, and we want respect and fair, comprehensive, immigration reform.”
It is clear that the only reason the latest drop off at Martha’s Vineyard is a hot topic is due to its wealthy, popular summer destination.
The local politicians responsible for the Martha’s Vineyard publicly bragged about their handling of the 50 migrants. They claimed the migrants were well fed, offered medical care and treated well overall.
But soon after, the Massachusetts’ National Guard were deployed to scoop them up and take them to a military base nearby.
Romero went on to tell Fox News more about the hypocrisy, she stated:
“Calling out the hypocrisy that has been exposed by Martha’s Vineyard and their so-called treatment of ‘all lives matter’, it is a bunch of bs unless you have a leaf blower, and a mop in hand it appears.”
The Fox News commentator followed up with:
“That’s exactly right. Unless you’re there to work in their homes, and trim their hedges, they do not want you on Martha’s Vineyard. That is very clear.”
The Internal Democratic Turmoil
In one hand it is a sigh of relief to hear one Democrat openly criticize other leaders of their own party. On the other hand, politicians on both sides of the isle are known to simply say what people want to hear.
But Romero’s approach does seem genuine as she is a Latina who brings up legitimate issues involving border security, immigration reform and the fact that the Democratic party, as a whole, has been one big hypocrisy.
Let’s just hope other Democrats come to their senses are start making sense, too.

Tucker Carlson eviscerates Biden’s hypocrisy on gun control; ignored Hunter’s felony of lying on federal firearms form

The next time you hear Joe Biden talking about gun control, in particular “universal background checks,” know this—his son crackhead hunter lied on a federal firearms background form, which is a felony—yet for some reason hasn’t been arrested and charged. In other words, like everything in Washington, D.C., there are two sets of rules.
This fact wasn’t lost on Fox News Channel’s Tucker Carlson, who earlier this week slammed Biden’s partisan address to the nation where of course he blamed Republicans for all the “mass shootings” taking place in the country, according to the Media Research Center’s “NewsBusters.”
Never mind for a minute that in major cities across the country, so-called “mass shootings” take place on a weekly basis.
Biden, who clearly was napping in law school when they discussed the Constitution, continues to make the false and brain-dead claim that our God-given rights as outlined in the Constitution, in particular the Bill of Rights, are “not absolute.” This of course is a lie.
Biden, like all Democrats, are trying to leverage the recent deaths of ten people in Buffalo and 21 in Uvalde, Texas for nothing less than political purposes.
As Carlson noted in his monologue this past Wednesday, Biden’s real motivation for pushing gun control nearly before the bullets stopped flying last week is because “facing almost certain defeat for his party in the midterm elections five months from now, Joe Biden has become desperate.
He’s decided to leverage the murder of nineteen children in Texas last week for political advantage.”
Carlson played clips from Biden’s speech, where he railed on about so-called “assault rifles,” first asking to ban them outright and then suggesting that we should raise the age to 21 in order to purchase such weapons.
This of course despite the fact that people we sent off to fight wars are old enough to die for their country but too young to purchase firearms.
Biden also carried on about pushing for “red flag” laws, despite the fact that precisely that kind of law did nothing to prevent the mass shooting in Buffalo.
In fact, the federal government can pass as many laws as they want but the fact remains that in cities across the country from Philadelphia to Chicago, St. Louis to Los Angeles, far-left prosecutors are failing to prosecute gun crimes.
Every day we read about someone murdered by a suspect who should have been locked up for previous gun crimes which were dismissed.
All of this led Carlson to rip into Biden:
“So to summarize the president’s remarks tonight, your constitutional rights are not absolute, but in taking them away, we’re not actually taking away your rights, we’re protecting children, to which you might ask, am I a threat to children? That question is never answered by the president.
The point of this, of course, is to disarm people who didn’t vote for Joe Biden, and that is why simultaneous with this, this effort to recategorize the guns in your closet as felonies. Democrats have been failing to prosecute gun crimes in our cities where most of the crime is.”
The amazing part about the above statement is Biden’s claim about “protecting children.” Yet this is the same man, from the same political party, who wants to legalize abortion right up until the moment of birth.
Worse yet, some in the more radical portions of the pro-abortion contingent actually claim “abortion” can take place after birth. In most jurisdictions, that’s called murder. Yet this is the group Biden is pandering to with his insane gun control proposals.
The portion Carlson spoke to about Biden trying to “recategorize guns in your closet” refers to another insane statement made last week by Biden, when he suggested that the 9mm pistol was a “high caliber” weapon that people have “no business” carrying, making the absurd claim that 9mm ammunition can “blow the lungs out of a body.”
As the most popular handgun in the country and the primary weapon that is carried by law enforcement, Biden has made it clear that Democrats will not be happy merely outlawing “assault weapons” such as the AR-15, the most popular rifle in the country. They’re coming after everything.
Carlson then turned his attention to crackhead Hunter, pointing out the fact that he had lied on a federal background check (the same one being pushed by dementia Joe) to buy a gun:
“…if you’re at all confused about whether the effort here is selective, if this is enforcement only of certain people, you’ll notice the president never mentioned the apparent federal gun felony his own son committed when he lied on a federal background form when he bought a handgun.”
The reason for that is clear. Democrats, who would never consider giving up their own protection, don’t care if the American people are able to defend themselves, as long as they are protected.
“Biden’s fellow Democrats and the House of Representatives spent the day debating ways to disarm you. Americans who have committed no crime at all and want only to protect themselves and their families,” Carlson said.
What is interesting about this gun control debate is the fact that Democrats are completely clueless when talking about firearms. They don’t know a pellet gun from an AK-47. All they know is that an AR-15 is black and scary looking. They hear semi-automatic and think machine gun.
Actually clueless doesn’t begin to describe the dearth of knowledge Democrats possess about guns. Uninformed, blissfully ignorant, and delusional probably covers it.
