Middle school will no longer allow teachers to issue “F’s” in order to “combat discrimination”

WHITE BEAR LAKE, MN- The dumbing down of America’s students continues, this time in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. According to The Blaze, Sunrise Park Middle School will no longer issue “F” grades to students in an effort to combat…you guessed it…systemic racism.

Under the new policy, students will be able to retake failed tests. Since this school is apparently racist and feels that students of color are not as smart as white kids, in order to address “grading disparities among students of color,” the new policy will be enacted for this school year.

The new policies came about after a so-called “equity audit” found students of color didn’t achieve as highly as white kids. So instead of helping these students, the school has apparently decided to “dumb down” its process, a clear case of underserving this segment of the school community.

The new policy states that test scores which fall below 59.49% would no longer be considered failing grades, but are considered a grade of “I”, which we assume means incomplete. It makes no difference if the grade is 0%, anything falling below 50% is automatically raised to the 50% threshold at the school, which serves grades six through eight.

According to Associate Principal Norman Bell, students will be encouraged to retake or revise tests, quizzes, papers, and projects and would be given a 10-day window to do so after the date the grade is posted, American Renaissance reports, citing the Daily Mail.

In addition, grades would not be either increased or decreased based on factors such as behavior, attitude, tardiness and whether the assignment was submitted in a timely manner.

“There’s other ways that we can communicate those things to parents,” said Principal Christina Pierre, who noted that not every kid is able to get things right the first time.

She also said that there will be procedures put in place for students to attempt to actually learn (what a concept) and study for the retakes in order to monitor progress.

The superintendent of schools for the district, Wayne Kazmierczak was awarded 2021 Superintendent of the Year by the Minnesota Association of School Administrators. The Mail said it was unclear if the grading school would be used in other districts.

While discussing the award, Kazmierczak spoke on how grades perpetuate systemic racism, and explained the so-called “equity audit” that showed disparities in grades among students of color.

“Grading can be one of the largest areas in which systemic racism and inequities are perpetuated. Dr. Kazmierczak and [the school district] believe grades should be a measure of what a student knows and has mastered in a given course. Grading should not be a behavior punishment and should not be a measure of how well a student can survive stress at home,” the website reads.

This isn’t the first time this particular school has implemented woke policies. Earlier this year, the school garnered headlines for allowing students to decide how much “privilege” different social groups have.

According to the district, the activity was “designed to be a socio-emotional lesson” which was to be held during advisory hour, however it was conducted during first-hour classes due to distance learning scheduling.

Students were asked to look at groups of “alleged” privileged and oppressed social groups and decide where they belonged. The exercise also addressed topics related to racism, sexism, religion, sexuality and xenophobia.

Some parents were not happy about the exercise and expressed those reservations at a school board meeting earlier this year.

One parent, Tamara Comstock complained that the activity categorized kids into groups.

“I don’t understand why we need to treat students that way and put them in a box,” she said. “We need to teach our children to respect everybody, no matter sex, race and citizenship.”

According to a website called Niche, where people can research schools, neighborhoods and workplaces when making decisions on where to live, White Bear Lake schools are ranked 99th in the state; Sunrise Park ranks 128th out of nearly four hundred Minnesota middle schools.

DIG DEEPER

The following contains partial editorial content which is the opinion of the author.

USA- One of the biggest criminal acts of our lifetimes is being perpetrated upon children in our schools. Lest anyone think it is only happening in the public schools, think again.

What we are referring to is the LGBTQ indoctrination that is taking place. And here we were always told it was only about “gay marriage.”

It was predictable that once the door was opened to gay marriage, a groundswell of radical ideology would follow. And that ideology is now being pushed in our schools. Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly was forced to pull her son out of his school because of the push toward sexual deviance, according to Breitbart.

In a recent interview on Outkick, Kelly said she pulled her sons’ out of their school because they were being pressed on a weekly basis if they were “still sure” they were boys. Kelly alleges that the gender ideology propaganda being pushed in schools is “creating mental health problems” and is “100 percent abusive.”

“In my sons’ school—the one we left because of these agendas—they asked the boys, one of the best all-boys schools in the country, whether they were ‘still sure’ they were boys,” Kelly said in the interview with Outkick’s Bobby Burack.

“Are they ‘still sure?’ They asked them that weekly. Weekly, as if they had changed their minds.”

Kelly continued, “And none of that was disclosed to the parents. It’s one of those things you find out when your kids come home after the fact. It’s outrageous, it’s confusing, and 100% abusive.”

Kelly said that parents need to stand up against the LGBTQ tyranny, noting that “if we don’t have parents with microphones standing up against it, then we surrender and are complicit in it.”

“That would make us to blame,” Kelly said of parents who refuse to fight back against indoctrination of kids into questioning their gender.

Burack pressed Kelly as to what she believes has caused the “woke epidemic” in education.

Educators, Kelly said, have gotten “a bit confused about what those words meant,” and have turned “non-bullying” into “agenda pushing.” She continued that “sane people” must “push back against this,” and convey that it is “insanity.”

In a previous interview on Bill Maher’s HBO program “Real Time,” Kelly told Maher of what her children endured at their school, as seen in the below video:

While Breitbart noted Kelly has not identified the name of her sons’ school by name, last year when here son’s music teacher passed away, he was identified as teaching at the Collegiate School, a private $55,900-per-year boys school located in New York City, as reported at the time by the New York Post.

At that time, Kelly said she was pulling her kids out of the school due to the “woke ideology” and after a so-called “diversity group” at the school received a letter accusing white people of “reveling in state-sanctioned depravity” and compared white children to “killer cops.”

Last year on her podcast The Megyn Kelly Show, she read the letter written by Nahliah Webber, executive director of the nonprofit Orleans Public Education Network and posted on a blog titled “If You Really Want to Make a Difference in Black Lives, Change How You Teach White Kids.”

“There is a killer cop sitting in every school where white children learn,” the post said. “They gleefully soak in their whitewashed history that downplays the holocaust of indigenous native peoples and Africans in the Americas. They happily believe their all-white spaces exist as a matter of personal effort and willingly use violence against black bodies to keep those spaces white.”

The left-wing loon’s blog post continued:

“I am tired of white people reveling in their state-sanctioned depravity, snuffing out black life with no consequences. Where’s the urgency for school reform for white kids being indoctrinated in black death and protected from the consequences? Where are the government-sponsored reports looking into how white mothers are raising culturally deprived children who think black death is okay?”

Kelly’s wish for parent involvement seems to be coming to fruition as across the country, parents and some sensible teachers are starting to push back against the woke critical race theory indoctrination.

For example, last month a teacher in Loudoun County, Virginia resigned over what she referred to was the highly politicized agenda of critical race theory being forced on students in that system. More recently, a teacher in Manchester, Connecticut also resigned for similar reasons.

This woke indoctrination, while receiving more attention lately is hardly new.

In 2019, Manchester, Indiana parents spoke out about a policy in that district which permitted biological boys who identify as girls to use the girls’ bathrooms in the Manchester Elementary School. Parents in that district were banned from exercising their First Amendment rights to speak out against the transgender bathroom policy. One parent pulled his daughters out of the school and decided to homeschool them instead.

Ironically, the battle over woke ideology has placed the LGBTQ mafia at odds with some feminist organizations.

In Loudoun County (which has really been ground zero for woke ideology in education), a group of self-identified “radical feminists” slammed the district’s policy on “single-sex spaces,” which they said pushes the transgender agenda, according to Breitbart

They said that “girls deserve privacy from boys, including boys who claim to ‘identify as girls.’”

In case you missed it, here is more on the forced indoctrination of our children into the LGBTQ agenda:

DIG DEEPER

The indoctrination of our children continues.

In Washington State, Democrats (who else) are pushing a bill that would mandate “comprehensive sexual health education” by the year 2022.

The bill, House Bill 2184 would begin to talk sex to children as young as kindergarten. While most children at that age are usually more interested in playing with dolls or trucks, Democrats would begin the process of pointing children in a different direction.

A group called “Informed Parents of Washington” is warning parents about the dangers of the legislation. The group describes itself as a “collation of parents dedicated to fighting Comprehensive Sexxx Education in our schools and legislation that imposes upon parental rights.”

In a Facebook post, the group said:

“In most cases ‘comprehensive’ doesn’t mean what we think it means. Most of us might think that means the biology of sex and the fertilization process, maybe to include some information about avoiding std’s and pregnancy.

In reality, though, most who promote “comprehensive sex education” are talking about the details of sexual activity and the varieties of sexual stimulation.

Many such programs include subtle (and not so subtle) encouragement for the students to experiment with some or opposite sex partners, instruction on the nature of orgasm and all the ways to achieve it, along with drawings and/or photos shat show them how.”

Democrats say that the bill would establish “equity,” i.e., equal access to health information, especially with regard to the topics of “affirmative consent’ and the needs of LGBTQ students.

Because students in elementary school need to know about that, right?

The Washington Office of superintendent of Public Instruction (OPSI) conducted a survey about sex education in schools, which netted more than 10,000 responses, nearly three-fourths from women.

The state formed a work group that was comprised of 16 women that reviewed K-12 sex education provisions in the state and their final report concluded that “members agree all students would benefit from K-12 comprehensive sexual health education.”

Ironically the survey found that 58 percent of survey respondents said that such a program should NOT be required in grades K-12, while 42 percent said it should be required. So obviously, the survey meant nothing, since these 16 apparently women had their minds apparently made up.

The group stated:

The Sexual Health Education Workgroup agreed that all students in Washington’s public schools should have access to comprehensive sexual health education (CSHE) in grades K-12.

Mandating CSHE is an issue of equity and would help ensure all students across the state receive quality, evidence-informed instruction, regardless of who they are or where they live.

The Workgroup found that several groups are often excluded from relevant, inclusive instruction, including students in and out of home care, students with disabilities, students who identify as LGBTQ+, and English learners among others.

The website of Washington Rep. Michelle Caldier (R) provides a radio report with John Sattgast in Olympia about the bill.

“When I looked at the curriculum, I’d be happy to read some of this stuff, but I will tell you I know that the chair would gavel me because it is completely inappropriate for me to say here,” Caldier said about the proposed mandated sex ed curriculum.

“And I think that if it is inappropriate for me to say on the dais, I don’t think that’s something that I would want to teach a kindergartner.”

Sattgast observed that out of 97 people signed up to testify, only 16 were permitted to do so within the time limit.

Though the bill to mandate comprehensive sex ed died in the last legislative session, the current bill is equally as controversial, stated Washington conservative radio host Jason Rantz of The Jason Rantz Show on AM 770 KTTH.

“And it’s fueled less about meeting the sexual needs of young kids (these needs don’t exist), than it is about pushing a very specific social justice agenda on gender identity for all classrooms,” he stated.

On their Facebook page, Informed Parents of Washington speak to what is actually contained in the curriculum. The group says that exercises given to sixth grade students makes sure that a child having sex is not shamed, while there is no similar concern for those who choose not to have sex. Students are not told about the benefits of abstinence.

The Democrats proposal, called “Rights, Respect, Responsibility: A K=12 Curriculum” apparently replaces the “3 R’s” of our youth (reading, wRiting and aRithmetic) with a new three “R’s”—Rights, Respect and Responsibility.

Under the program, kindergarteners would learn about the proper names for body parts, but only after a “note on language” clarifies that BIOLOGY is SUBSERVIENT to gender identity.

While children in kindergarten will have language that uses the terms ‘girls’ and ‘boys,’ along with ‘male’ and ‘female’, in later grades they will be instructed in proper pronouns according to the alphabet mafia, introducing a “broader concept of gender.”

With the assistance of a PowerPoint presentation, teachers will instruct young children:

Most girls have a vulva which is the name for the area between the legs.

The vulva describes the whole area including the small hole where urine or pee comes out called the opening to the urethra, the hole below that, which is a little bigger and is called the vagina that is used when a female has a baby, and the hole below that where a bowel movement, or poop, comes out called the anus.

So, a person with a vulva has three holes between their legs and a very sensitive little area at the top called the clitoris.

Most boys have a penis between their legs which they use to urinate or ‘pee.’ Some boys have a foreskin, which is a piece of skin that covers the end of the penis and some boys do not. A boy also has a hole where a bowel movement, or poop, leaves the body called an anus, just like a girl.

Kindergarten people. Not wasting any time, when children go to first grade, they get to learn about gender roles. Teachers are instructed to read My Princess Boy prior to the lesson and then ask the children:

“Does the job a person has, or what they wear mean the person is a man or woman?” (No) “Do the activities someone likes to do for fun or what they wear mean they are a boy or a girl?” (No)

Close the lesson by asking “How could you support others in trying new things and participating in activities that some people may sometimes say are only for boys or only for girls?” Ask for volunteers to offer strategies.

(Some responses might include: tell them that you think it’s great; tell them that they shouldn’t listen to what other people think; tell them that you will do it with them; tell them that there is no such thing as girl activities and boy activities, etc.)

Indoctrination. Note the part about not “listen(ing) to what other people think?” Parents? No say?

Fast forward to sixth grade. This is where the gender neutral or gender non-binary nonsense gets touted.

In the proposal, sixth graders would learn “language…that seems less familiar—using the pronoun ‘they’ instead of ‘her’ or ‘him,’ using gender neutral names in scenarios and role-plays and referring to ‘someone with a vulva’ vs. a girl or woman.”

“This is intended to make the curriculum inclusive of all genders and gender identities,” states the proposal.

Once kids reach 15, they are going to be taught that “sexting” is normal sexual behavior. In fact, the teacher’s guide notes that the teacher will have to “ask your IT person at school to unblock the site for you to use in class.”

The homework assignment tells the kids to go out and share their knowledge with at least four friends. Kids are told that “this isn’t easy to talk about and you may still have questions. Remember you can always talk with me…” Meaning the teacher.

This is the Democrat party for you. Anything goes. Parents be damned. The state knows what is better for your children than you do. And we wonder why we are raising a generation of snowflakes?
