NEW YORK — The FBI searched the home of James O’Keefe, the founder of Project Veritas, as part of its investigation into the possible theft of a 2019 diary belonging to Ashley Blazer Biden, President Biden’s daughter, thus confirming the diary’s existence.
The search occurred on Nov. 6, and O’Keefe released a statement in which he confirmed that the raid had occurred and that the FBI had taken materials of current and former Project Veritas journalists.

The FBI raid took place two days after the agency had raided the homes of O’Keefe’s associates, according to one article written by four journalists at The New York Times:
“The F.B.I. carried out a court-ordered search of Mr. O’Keefe’s apartment in Mamaroneck, N.Y., early on Saturday morning, after having searched the homes of two associates of Mr. O’Keefe on Thursday as part of the investigation.
“An F.B.I. spokesman on Saturday said that agents had ‘performed law enforcement activity’ at the building, but would not discuss the investigation.”

The New York Times team reported that two neighbors of O’Keefe said FBI agents were at his apartment for several hours.
O’Keefe also pointed out that Project Veritas’ legal team previously contacted the Department of Justice (DOJ) and had demonstrated Project Veritas’ lack of involvement in criminal activity and/or criminal intent.
O’Keefe also stated that the DOJ had requested Project Veritas to not disclose anything pertaining to the raid or the related subpoenas.
However, within an hour of one of the raids, The New York Times contacted Project Veritas for comments, so O’Keefe wondered how The New York Times became aware of the existence and execution of a search warrant.
Maddow pretends to be completely shocked about Ashley Biden's Diary. The MSM knew about this last year. They all knew. They covered it up so their programmed minions would believe it was a conspiracy theory. pic.twitter.com/wmbO7FQ28m— Hunting Wolf In PA (@SlayerWolf11) November 7, 2021
American Thinker wrote that the FBI raid revealed different standards regarding the application of law when journalists receive material through questionable means:
“Four years ago, MSNBC anchor Rachel Maddow had acquired President Trump’s tax returns from 2005. She made a big deal about it on Twitter and on her show on MSNBC.
“It turned out to be a non-issue and proved that Trump had indeed paid his taxes contrary to the claims being made.
Rachel Maddow, you’ve lost 1/2 million viewers, you lied for 2+ years about Russian collusion. Now, you’re Tweeting the same BS polls you promoted in 2016. We all remember your, ‘Trump has no path to 270’. Oh, remember your hype that you had Trump’s tax returns? Priceless! https://t.co/I8NMbyBjgr pic.twitter.com/MLPYpLl038— Glen Woodfin (@GlenWoodfin) August 14, 2019
“Clearly, these tax returns were obtained through illegal means. Perhaps there was a mole in the IRS who handed Maddow’s team the highly confidential documents.
“IRS laws say that willful unauthorized disclosure of returns or return information by an employee or former employee is a felony. The penalty can be a fine of up to $5,000 or up to five (5) years in jail, or both, plus costs of prosecution.
“However, there has been no raid or even basic inquiries by the FBI on any of Maddow’s offices or properties, so far.”
…and that the company of Richard Seddon, a former spy who allegedly trained PV journos, is also registered there. Oooh! Must be a conspiracy!— Jennifer Van Laar (@jenvanlaar) November 6, 2021

American Thinker provided another example of the FBI refusing to initiate a raid:
“In 2017, the NYT carried a report that phone records and intercepted calls proved that members of President Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and other Trump associates had repeated contacts with senior Russian intelligence officials in the year before the election.
“They claimed the source was ‘four current and former American officials.’ Once again obtaining phone records and intercepting phone calls is illegal.
“However, there has been no raid by the FBI on any of the NYT offices or on the properties and offices of the people who carried the story.

And who does it all come back to? Hillary Clinton…https://t.co/EybN9SCDQw
“Since 2016, the legacy media carried the Trump Russia collusion hoax as if it were real.
“This even caused the appointment of a special counsel who eventually exonerated Trump.
“The stunning revelations emerging from the Durham probe continue to prove that this was the Democrat- and media-driven concoction.”
Project Veritas held off on publishing the contents of Ashley Biden’s alleged diary because they couldn’t verify it’s authenticity.— Benny (@bennyjohnson) November 6, 2021
So if the FBI is investigating the theft of this diary, it means it’s real.
Now that we know it’s real..
What’s in Ashley Biden’s diary? https://t.co/jUsrYKIhXf
O’Keefe also states that he was approached by tipsters claiming they had a copy of Ashley Biden’s diary. Project Veritas states that they investigated the claims and took steps to corroborate the authenticity of the diary.

Since Project Veritas couldn’t determine the authenticity of the diary, they decided to refrain from publishing any of its contents.
Conservative Brief reported that O’Keefe said:
“Late last year, we were approached by tipsters claiming they had a copy of Ashley Biden’s diary. The tipsters indicated that they were negotiating with a different media outlet for the payment of monies for the diary.
“At the end of the day, we made the ethical decision that because, in part, we could not determine if the diary was real, if the diary in fact belonged to Ashley Biden, or if the contents of the diary occurred, we could not publish the diary and any part thereof.”
So… this younger Joe Biden staring at this little girl’s chest is normal? pic.twitter.com/qex0htYCh2— Moving to [email protected] (@JIHAD_DOGS) April 3, 2019
Furthermore, O’Keefe also said that his company attempted to return the diary to an attorney representing Ms. Biden, but that attorney refused to authenticate it.
So if the FBI raided someone's house over Ashley Biden's diary being stolen, that means Ashley Biden's diary and the accusations in it were real.— Lauren Boebert (@laurenboebert) November 5, 2021

National File reported it obtained a digital copy of Ashley’s diary last year from a whistleblower who was concerned that the media company that employed him refused to publish the document, reportedly because it could not confirm its authenticity days before the presidential election.
National File reported it was a Project Veritas whistleblower who provided the digital copy of Ashley’s diary.
With the exception of limited redactions to protect the identities of private individuals, National File published 112 pages of her diary, in which she allegedly revealed she had inappropriate showers with her father, Joe Biden.
Ashley allegedly also wrote about her romantic interests, failing marriage and her drug and sex addictions. National File reported she began writing in the diary while she was in a drug rehabilitation facility in Florida.
Ashley’s struggle with drug abuse goes back to at least 2009 when New York Post published an article on her alleged abuse of drugs and wild parties that she attended.

National File confirmed it had in its possession a recording of this whistleblower detailing the work he did to verify its authenticity:
“In the recording, the whistleblower also adds that his media organization chose not to release the documents after receiving pressure from a competing outlet.
“National File has already reported several revelations from the diary, including the fact that the author believes she was sexually molested as a child and shared ‘probably not appropriate’ showers with her father, the months of entries detailing the author’s struggle with drug abuse, the entries that detail the author’s crumbling marriage with multiple affairs, the entries showing the family’s fears of a potential scandal due to her brother’s new home, and those that show a deep resentment for her father due to his money, control, and emotional manipulation.”
He’s creepy with boys too, but he either prefers girls, or he knows he’ll get called out if he’s as gross with little boys. pic.twitter.com/RXeDnOMx9O— klarson (@kglarson) April 4, 2019
National File also reported that Ashley wrote she believed she was molested as a child. One published entry included:
“Was I molested. I think so – I can’t remember specifics but I do remember trauma.”
National File stated in a report:
“National File, as the media organization that published reports about the Pelosi family’s Ukraine dealings and the potentially illegal affairs of Democrat Senate candidate Cal Cunningham, believes the public has a right to read these entries that were obtained for National File by Patrick Howley, the reporter who broke the Veterans Affairs scandal, and the Ralph Northam racist yearbook photo.”

American Thinker wrote there seems to be two different legal systems in the U.S. when it comes to the FBI:
“Regular, decent, hardworking people could be rendered unemployed for refusing to take a vaccine, could be punished for not wearing a mask, and could end up in jail for protesting in Washington.
“However, Democrat-favored groups such as BLM can riot and burn down cities and nothing will happen; at worst there may be perfunctory arrests especially if photographs or video of the perpetrators become public.
“Democrat allies in the legacy media and beyond can break laws to spread propaganda but there is no punishment.”
American Thinker further wrote that law enforcement agencies should function as apolitical watchdogs, but seem to be failing in that regard:
“It is not that these agencies are not functioning as controls; it is just that their objectives have changed to serve the Democrat establishment.
“Their goal now is to detect and prevent any occurrence that could harm the Democrat establishment and also to correct — i.e. reduce the impact of — any occurrence that harms the Democrat establishment.
“Legal egalitarianism that causes all citizens to be equal before the law is a fundamental tenet of any functioning democracy.
“When that essential principle begins to fail and the law is selective applied, it is time to worry.”
It is interesting that while Ashley’s alleged diary contains disturbing entries, there does not appear to be any material that involves a national security concern.
Therefore, the FBI should justify why it is expending resources on an investigation that involves the theft of a creepy diary while seemingly ignoring the accusations contained within its pages.
Editor note: In 2020, we saw a nationwide push to “defund the police”. While we all stood here shaking our heads wondering if these people were serious… they cut billions of dollars in funding for police officers. And as a result, crime has skyrocketed – all while the same politicians who said “you don’t need guns, the government will protect you” continued their attacks on both our police officers and our Second Amendment rights.
And that’s exactly why we’re launching this national crowdfunding campaign as part of our efforts to help “re-fund the police”.
