Illegal immigrants rushing to get to US-Mexico border before Nov. 8 midterms…gee, wonder why?

US-MEXICO BORDER- The invasion at the southern border of the United States continues unabated, with the only possible solution standing just over a week away in the midterm elections.

If Republicans gain control of the House and Senate, you better believe Biden’s open border policy will go away. Meanwhile, reports indicate massive caravans of illegals are headed this way in the runup to that election.

The Independent Sentinel reports that according to Guatemalan Interior Minister Napoleon Barrientos, there are currently several “massive’ migrant caravans headed to the U.S. border.

Part of the reason is what was identified above—that once Republicans take control of Congress, the party at the southern border will likely come to a screeching halt.

In an interview with The Daily Caller,  Barrientos told the outlet Guatemalan authorities “have information that caravans will be coming in the next few weeks, particularly before the date of November 8” (the midterm elections), while adding the Guatemalan government is conducting operations within that country to “stop the flow of migration.”

He also added that the specific reason for the surge in illegals is because they are basing decisions to head to the US on “information…that after [November 8], policies will be hardened.”

Apparently they are well aware that if law and order Republicans take control of Congress, the revolving door at the US-Mexico border will be sealed shut.

Barrientos told the Daily Caller that while Guatemala and Mexico have enjoyed some success in shutting down their shared border, the flow from Honduras has continued virtually unabated.

Charlie Kirk of Turning Point, USA calls the flow of illegals from Honduras the “Californication of America,” noting that if those individuals are not turned back, they will soon become Democrat voters, since many of them are “dependents, communists, terrorists or criminals.” In other words, the current base of the Democrat Party.

Among those who have infiltrated the southern border are violent members of MS-13, a terroristic gang which has spread their influence across the US, especially since Biden was inaugurated.

One outlet, The Thinking Conservative, reports that according to reports, one caravan making its way to the southern border from the “Northern Triangle” includes about a dozen MS-13 gang members.

“Apparently there’s between 7 and 14 members [of the MS-13 gang] who have infiltrated this caravan, and they’re going to be releasing a statement later on by the Ministerial Police, [saying] they’re going to be doing a raid.”

Guatemalan President Alejandro Giammattei’s office confirmed Barrientos’s statement in a conversation with the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) as reported in YourNews.

According to Giammattei spokesman Kevin Oliva, around 2,000 migrants had amassed at the Guatemala/Honduras border some two weeks ago.

“Overall, we know that people don’t want to come to Guatemala to stay. We are a country of transit. It’s not lawful for them to get through because of the regional security,” Oliva said.

“We asked for help to our partners in North America. However at this time, only Mexico has provided us support,” Oliva said.

Yet another migrant caravan was expected in Guatemala in around ten days, which would have put it at sometime in the past week, according to Luis Villagran, who has led several previous caravans into the U.S. in a statement to the DCNF.

“Honestly, it is a phenomenon that is a tragedy however it is seen or perceived,” he said of the caravan, stressing that their timing is not political.

Unlike the United States under Biden, Guatemala has been trying to get a handle on the migrant caravans traversing through its country, while also attempting to crack down on human smuggling. Guatemala’s penalty for so doing is up to 30 years in prison and fines of up to $25,000.

“Despite the lack of international support to confront this phenomenon, Guatemalan authorities are reaffirming their commitment to the region, guaranteeing the population’s security and safeguarding the country’s sovereignty, considering that these groups represent a risk because they do not comply with migratory protocols,” Giammattei’s office said in a statement shared with the DCNF.

The DCNF reached out to Customs and Border Patrol for comment, however none was received.
