Illegal immigrant previously jailed for sexual assault arrested after sneaking into America yet again

LAREDO, TX- What open borders? The Houston Chronicle reports a convicted sex offender—an illegal alien—was arrested while once again trying to enter the country illegally, according to US Customs and Border Protection.

Oscar Ordonez, a citizen of El Salvador was one of a number of migrants apprehended in Laredo, Texas. A records check revealed that Ordonez had previously been convicted of sexual battery by force or helplessness, and was sentenced to 360 days confinement by the Fairfax County (VA) Police Department. This occurred in 2016.

The arrest stemmed from Ordonez sexually assaulting a woman in a motel room in Alexandria, Virginia in August of that year.

Ordonez had offered the woman a cleaning job and told her she needed to complete a “medical exam” in order to get the position. He drove the woman to the motel under the guise of needing to pick up co-workers from there.

After committing the rape, Ordonez dropped the woman off near her job where she notified police to file a report, ABC-7 reported at the time.

Ordonez had initially approached the woman at an auto parts store in Alexandria and then offered to driver to another auto parts store in the area; the woman agreed and Ordonez drove her to another store to purchase a part.

It was after that when the assault in the motel room took place.

“(Border Patrol) agents work hard in maintaining the safeguard of our nation and its borders. These significant arrests reflect the tremendous efforts made to keep criminals from entering our country illegally and ensuring the safety of the citizens,” CBP said in a statement.

Breitbart reports that after being released from Fairfax County Jail, Ordonez was deported to El Salvador.

With his return to the US after being deported, Ordonez is now facing felony charges of re-entry after removal as an aggravated felon. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in federal prison.

DIG DEEPER

According to reports, Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents arrested Juan Ramon Barron-Casillas shortly after he illegally entered the United States from the southern U.S.-Mexico border.

After further investigation, agents discovered that Barron’s criminal record included a conviction in Texas for second-degree murder and a conviction for tampering with human remains.

Reportedly, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Enforcement and Removal Operations officers deported Barron to Mexico after he completed a two-year prison sentence for his crimes. Court records reveal that Barron lost an appeal of his conviction with the Texas Eleventh Court of Appeals in February 2021.

A Texas court convicted Barron on January 24, 2016, after police were summoned to his home where investigators found two bodies hidden under a mobile home in Snyder, Texas that Barron and his wife, Nicole Barron, occupied.

Court records state that Barron killed Joshua Hoover and Benjamin Bruns after they arrived at his home armed with a handgun and mace. Barron allegedly believed the men were attempting to rob him of drugs and money inside his home.

According to Barron and his wife, they were watching movies, drinking and using drugs — marijuana and cocaine — on the morning of the murders. At approximately 4:00 a.m., they heard someone knock on the back door.

Barron’s statement indicates that he opened the door, armed with a knife as he was not expecting visitors. Upon answering the door, Barron told police that he saw two men dressed in black wearing ski masks.

Barron rushed out of the mobile home and a struggle ensued with one of the assailants armed with a gun. The other assailant, according to Barron, attacked his wife. At the time, his wife was armed with two knives. As Barron proceeded to stab one assailant repeatedly, the armed man discharged and dropped a firearm.

According to the court records, Barron then retrieved the firearm and shot the second assailant multiple times “until he knew he was dead.” After they killed the two assailants, Barron and his wife cleaned the crime scene by digging up the dirt where Bruns and Hoover’s blood accumulated.

They concealed the weapons used during the incident and hid the bodies of Bruns and Hoover under their mobile home. The pair eventually turned themselves into the police. Following a search of the residence, police discovered the bodies and other evidence. Barron was charged with murder and tampering with human remains.

In 2018, during Barron’s trial, jury instructions included consideration of self-defense, defense of a third person, and defense of property. Barron was ultimately acquitted with the charge of murdering Bruns, but was found guilty of murdering Hoover.

The jury found that in the case of the murder of Hoover, Barron acted under the influence of “sudden passion” and assessed the minimum sentence of two years imprisonment in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Following his release from prison, ICE officers deported Barron to Mexico. According to the Border Patrol, Barron will be prosecuted for felony re-entry of a removed alien for his illegal entry near Yuma.

Reportedly, this is the second migrant apprehended in Arizona in one week with a conviction for tampering with a corpse or dismemberment of a human.

Editor note: In 2020, we saw a nationwide push to “defund the police”.  While we all stood here shaking our heads wondering if these people were serious… they cut billions of dollars in funding for police officers.

And as a result, crime has skyrocketed – all while the same politicians who said “you don’t need guns, the government will protect you” continued their attacks on both our police officers and our Second Amendment rights.

And that’s exactly why we’re launching this national crowdfunding campaign as part of our efforts to help “re-fund the police”.

Illegal immigrant charged with murdering wife in front of kids in Idaho – faces five felony charges and life in prison

November 23rd, 2021

CALDWELL, ID – An illegal alien accused of killing his wife in front of their children in Idaho six years ago has been extradited from Mexico to face murder charges, according to the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office.

Erasmo Diaz, who allegedly killed Amparo Godinez-Sanchez in 2015 before fleeing to Mexico, was arrested on June 26, 2021, by Mexican Federales assisted by the U.S. Marshals Service.

After a five-month extradition process, he was placed in the custody of the sheriff’s department Thursday evening, according to a press release.

Canyon County Sheriff Kieran Donahue said at a Friday morning press conference:

“This is a day we’ve been looking forward to, and I can assure you, this is a day that the family members of the victim in this case, Ms. Sanchez … have looked forward to for many years.”

Police say 51-year-old Diaz shot and killed Sanchez during a domestic violence incident. The couple’s two minor daughters witnessed the shooting. Police responded to a 911 from inside the home, but Diaz evaded arrest and fled the country.

His car was found abandoned in Adrian, Oregon, roughly 12 miles away from the scene.

Brent Bunn, U.S. Marshal for the District of Idaho, called the arrest of Diaz was the culmination of hard police work and cooperation between countries:

“Six years is a long time. We do not forget. If we have a warrant for you, we’re never going to quit looking for you.”

Diaz was booked into the Canyon County Jail Thursday night on charges of murder in the second degree, desertion of a child, injury to children, destruction, alteration, or concealment of evidence, and use of a firearm or deadly weapon during the commission of a crime.

Sheriff Donahue commented:

“This is clearly, unequivocally, a domestic violence case, and a person lost their life because of it. And not only did that woman lose her life, her children have been affected, not since just that night, but for the rest of their entire lives.

“I’m so proud of this agency, all of our partners, (the) United States Marshals Service, the prosecuting attorney’s office, and many others, that no one ever veered off course. We knew that this day would come, and we have been patient and we have been fighting to get here ever since.

“This is a day we’ve been looking forward to.”

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a detainer on Diaz so that if he is released from local custody at any time, he will be turned over to them for arrest and deportation.

The illegal alien was arrested for domestic violence in 2008 for aggravated battery for an assault on Sanchez. Despite the arrest, he was not deported and remained inside the U.S.

Diaz is held on a $5 million detainer. During his arraignment on Friday, Judge Kerry Michaelson assigned a public defender to the case and issued a two-year, no-contact order for his three children.

‘Open borders’ group wants Biden to block states from deploying police to secure to the border

July 11, 2021

WASHINGTON, DC – The Open Borders lobby is calling on the Biden administration to stop Republican states from deploying law enforcement officers to the southern border to deal with the surge in illegals crossing into the country.

League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) President Domingo Garcia sent a letter to President Biden on July 2 urging him to use executive action to stop the police deployments:

“LULAC’s interest in law and order and protection of the lives of our citizens requires me to ask you to use your Executive Authority to stop the Governors of Texas, Arizona, Nebraska, Idaho, Florida, and South Dakota from deploying their resources to the US-Mexico border.

“This is not a legitimate purpose for Emergency or Disaster Assistance that the Emergency Management Assistance Compact (EMAC), P.L 104-321 (October 19, 1996) authorized.”

In June, the Governors of Texas and Arizona asked states to assist them with stemming the flood of illegal immigrants streaming across the border since President Biden weakened border controls when his term began in January.

Biden’s policy of ‘Catch and Release” has resulted in hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants being permitted entry into the interior United States without proper vetting and process.

Several red states have answered the governors’ calls for help. South Dakota offered to send National Guard troops to help, something Garcia called “Pay for hire”:

“This is tantamount to relegating our Armed Forces to a ‘pay for hire’ status on any whim or desire that the donor citizen can afford to pursue, and a Governor sees as an opportunity to score political points.

“This is an insult to our veterans who served and women and men who are now serving in our Armed Forces. This is not how America protects our citizens and it certainly is corrosive to our relationships with our allies around the world, especially our friend Mexico.”

The LULAC called the deployment of police and National Guard at the border an “insurrection” by “rebellious states.” He called on the President to stop the deployment by the states, or to send federal troops to defend the Mexican border from American law enforcement:

“President Biden, as the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and the militia of the several states, you have authority to prevent this usurping of federal powers by a few recalcitrant and rebellious states.

“If you cannot stop this additional insurrection, we request that you deploy federal troops to defend the rights and lives of Hispanic-Americans on the border.”

The letter closed with a demand that the President answer their letter with what plans he has to comply with their orders:

“Please let me know what steps are being taken so our communities can be at ease. We need federal intervention now, to stop the militarization by words and start acting on the immigration issue.”

Republican National Committee spokesperson Emma Vaughn spoke out against the Biden administration’s handling of the border crisis and his plan to end one of the last remaining border controls, Title 42:

“As Republicans at the local, state, and federal level are stepping up to lead our nation through this growing crisis, Americans are taking note — voters across the country have rejected Biden’s failed leadership at the border.”

In May, more than 172,000 border crossers were apprehended at the border. That equals a 700 percent increase in illegal immigration compared to the same time last year when the Trump administration controlled the White House.
