RANDOLPH, VT- Five years ago…hell, two years ago, if a female student complained about a male hanging around inside the female locker room, that male student would likely be not only suspended, but possibly arrested. In Joe Biden’s America? Not so much.

Law Enforcement Today recently reported on a volleyball team at Randolph Union High School in Vermont, where a male student who is pretending to be a female has made the girl’s volleyball team.

Instead of forcing that male to dress in the male locker room, the female members of the team…who far outnumber the male pretending to be a female…have been forced to dress for their games in a small restroom. More on that below.

One player on the team, 14-year-old Blake Allen voiced concerns on behalf of herself and her female teammates about being forced to share a locker room with a biological male.

In response, Blake has been suspended from school and her father, Travis, who coached the middle school boy’s soccer team, has been suspended without pay, according to the Washington Examiner. No, this is not a satire piece on the Babylon Bee. This is America in 2022.

This past week, Travis and Blake appeared on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight, where they related their story to the host.

“I made a social media post that referred to the male student as a male,” Travis told Carlson. “And I was punished because I misgendered him,” telling Carlson he had been suspended from coaching soccer.

Blake then chimed in, telling Carlson:

“I was in the locker room and the trans student walked in, and the rests of the team was in there and we were—I was really uncomfortable.

“I left and I told the school, and they just shut me down and said there’s nothing they can do,” Blake recalled. “I was later suspended because I voiced my opinion that a male shouldn’t be in the women’s locker room.”

Blake’s suspension led her family to file a lawsuit against the school on behalf of her and her father last Thursday in U.S District Court for the District of Vermont. Her suspension was lifted only after the lawsuit was filed.

According to the court filing:

“Travis and Blake Allen were entitled to express their views on that issue and, in expressing those views, to support them with what is a biological fact—that a biological teenage male is, indeed, a male. This case presents a textbook example of unconstitutional viewpoint discrimination, and Plaintiffs are entitled to all appropriate relief.”

“I think they were mad that I was telling people how I thought it was wrong and that a male shouldn’t be allowed to be with us in the locker room,” Blake said.

BizPacReview noted that the school, instead of investigating how the policy made the girls on the volleyball team uncomfortable, chose to launch an investigation into alleged harassment of the male player pretending to be a female.

Blake told Carlson that while she was supported by other students in the school, they were “too afraid to speak up” of in fear of facing the same repercussions she did.

“A lot of my classmates were supportive,” she said. I think most people in the school are, they are just too scared to speak up because they all see the backlash I’m getting for it.”

She further said the school wanted to force her to do a “restorative justice circle” as well as “write a letter of apology” to the confused male student, which she was adamant she was not going to do.

“I said I would rather have a five-day suspension than have to apologize because I’m not sorry,” she said.

According to a copy of the lawsuit obtained by The Daily Signal, it names Superintendent Layne Mllington, co-principals Lisa Floyd and Caty Sutton, and the Orange Southwest School District Board. The suit alleges that:

“In objecting to a male being in the room while girls are changing, Travis and Blake each made comments underscoring that the trans-identifying student is in fact a male, including by using male pronouns.

“Indeed, their view of the student’s maleness was foundational to their opinions on appropriate use of the locker room,” the filing continued. “Yet their remarks were too much for the Defendants’ transgender orthodoxy—Travis was deemed to have ‘misgendered’ the student, while Blake was found guilty of ‘harassment’ and ‘bullying’—so Defendants disciplined both of them.”

The Allen’s are being represented by attorneys from the Alliance Defending Freedom, which alleges that the defendants, as state actors, violated “the First Amendment” by trying to dictate “what may be said on matters of public concern.”

The suit claims the school officials cannot discriminate against speech because it doesn’t adhere to their viewpoint.

“Yet, that is exactly what happened here. Defendants punished Travis and Blake for saying that a male is a male, as a matter of sex and biology, regardless of the gender identity that the male has assumed.”

Tyson Langhofer is senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom. He told Carlson that it was clear the school district “retaliated against both Blake and Travis for just simply stating their views, and First Amendment retaliation is prohibited by the Constitution.”

He continued, “Blake understands this issue. She doesn’t need to be reeducated.

“They’re trying to force their ideology down everybody’s throat and then punish anybody that has a different viewpoint. That’s unconstitutional,” Langhofer continued, while noting the “sad part” of the whole incident is that Travis was suspended without pay for protecting his daughter’s safety.

RANDOLPH, VT. This kowtowing to people who represent less than 2% (and we’d venture it is far less) of the U.S. population has gotten completely out of hand.

The latest travesty comes to us from Randolph, Vermont, where according to the New York Post, biological females who play on the girl’s high school volleyball team have been banned from using their own locker room.

The ban came about after several of the girls had what is described as a “dustup” with a male who pretends to be a female, reports say.

One of the female students, Blake Allen told WCAX that the presence of a male in the girl’s locker room makes her and others feel uncomfortable.

“It’s a huge thing…everyone’s asking, ‘Why aren’t you allowed in the locker room?’” she said.

Apparently the issues began after a dispute between some of the team players and a transgender athlete, who has not been identified according to WCAX.

It’s alleged the male athlete made an “inappropriate remark” to the female players on the team, who then complained to the school, the outlet reported. So of course, instead of dealing with the clearly confused teenage boy, the school has chosen to punish the girls on the team.

Some members of the volleyball team have asked to have the boy relocated, however according to Vermont state law, students are allowed to play sports and use the locker which corresponds to the flavor of the day, or whatever gender they happen to select for that day.

“They want all the girls who feel uncomfortable to get changed in a single-stall bathroom, which would take over 30 minutes,” Allen said. “Where if one person got changed separately, it would take a minute, like no extra time.”

This of course is how things go in 2022, where the overall team gets punished because one person is confused about the genitalia he was born with. In other words, playing down to the lowest common denominator.

“My mom wants me to do this interview to try to make a change,” Allen said. “I feel like for stating my opinion—that I don’t want a biological man changing with me—that I should hat have harassment or bullying charges. They should all be dropped.”

One might think that Title IX, which was implemented to protect girls’ sports might come into play, but not under the current administration, which has made it all trans, all the time.

The high school sent out an email to families of the players after the incident, claiming the school has “plenty of space where students who feel uncomfortable with the laws may change in privacy.”

Allen argues that the issue doesn’t have anything to do with the boy who thinks he’s a girl having a presence on the team, but rather in the locker room.

“There are biological boys that go into the girl’s bathroom, but never a locker room,” she said.

School officials of course have appeared to take the side of the confused teenage boy, sending out an email to parents that they are in the process of investigating allegations that the girls on the volleyball team harassed the boy. There was no indication that he was being investigated for harassing the girls on the team, but this is where we are in present day America.

State of Vermont Agency of Education policy states that “use of restrooms and locker rooms by transgender students requires schools to consider numerous factors,” while continuing that “transgender” students shouldn’t be mandated to use a locker room or restroom that conflicts with the student’s “gender identity.”

OAKVILLE, CANADA – According to a report from the New York Post, a school in Canada is “standing behind” one of its teachers who identifies as a male to female transgender who sparked protests after showing up to class with what has been described as “giant” prosthetic breasts.

The high school teacher, who has blond hair, went viral after being video recorded in class while operating a cut-off saw wearing tight black shorts and a high tight, striped top. What was most noticeable was the very large, balloon sized breasts sagging down around the teacher’s waist.

Other pictures taken by students at the school showed the same teacher in other outfits, which showcased huge nipples protruding from the fake bust.

The Halton District School Board confirmed that the person getting “significant attention online” was an Oakville High School teacher. The school board refused to identify the educator while also warning that the wrong person had been named in online reports.

According to reports, some pupils who feel extremely uncomfortable have skipped classes held by the teacher, who began identifying as a female in 2021. One student tweeted:

“The kids here most definitely don’t think it’s normal … but realistically we can’t say anything.”

The student said, but “I don’t think the school can fire” the teacher, who still identified as a man last year. Halton District School Board Chair Margo Shuttleworth confirmed that there have been protests and angry complaints. She said in a statement:

“I do know there have been phone calls made to the school that haven’t been the most pleasant in nature.”

The chair also said that the board was “creating a safety plan” for the teacher to “make sure she is protected” and can continue leading classes amid the protests. She added that protecting “gender rights” is “the stance the school board is taking and they are standing behind the teacher.”

The woman insisted that the teacher, who teaches shop at the school, is an “extremely effective teacher.” She added:

“All the kids really love being in the class.”

She said that “there had been some disconnect” because pupils recorded the teacher in class. Employment lawyer Sunira Chaudhry disagreed with the school’s stance, stating that supporting such unprofessional attire was in fact “creating a wedge” in gender rights. Chaudhry said:

“It’s clownish. It seems sexist to me because of the exaggerated nature of these breasts with nipples protruding. I think a lot of young women at the school wouldn’t just feel uncomfortable, they’d feel mocked.”

She insisted that a school would equally be expected to step in “if a teacher came in with natural breasts, nipples protruding, a low-cut top and no bra.” She stressed that schools are expected to step in and say, “We need you as a teacher to come to school and dress professionally.”

The Toronto Sun’s op-ed editor, Anthony Fury, also insisted that “parents (and students) are right to be concerned.” The columnist wrote:

“The situation just isn’t normal and shouldn’t be allowed to continue … This has nothing to do with something like transgender rights.”

He wrote that it “goes beyond an incident of ‘wokeness’ or ‘political correctness,'” adding:

“The story has gone viral not because the teacher identifies as trans. It’s gone viral because everyone knows it’s completely inappropriate for someone to present themselves this way in a professional environment.”

Transgender cheerleader, 25, removed from camp after choking out girl, 17, who was upset that he was on the team

RANGER, TX – A transgender cheerleader was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with a female cheerleader which led to the biological male being escorted off of the campus.

The transgender cheerleader claims he is going to sue because his side was not heard by the police.

The transgender cheerleader, 25-year-old Averie Medlock, was in a cheer camp located at Ranger College in Texas when he allegedly became involved in a verbal altercation with a female cheerleader.

During the altercation, Medlock insists that the female referred to him as his biological sex and even commented that he had a penis so that made him a male.

Medlock, upset that he was being referred to as what he was born biologically and not a female as he would like to be, allegedly grabbed hold of the girl and began choking her in front of the rest of the team.

The female victim called her father while others called for police to respond to the college campus.

While awaiting the police to arrive, the girl’s father, Mike Jones, was apprised of the situation and became very protective of his daughter.

According to Medlock, Jones allegedly told his daughter that the transgender cheerleader still had ‘testosterone’ and a ‘penis’ and that he would kill anyone who comes after his daughter.

When the police arrived on the scene, they determined there was probable cause that Medlock did in fact physically batter the unidentified female cheerleader.

As a result, he was given a criminal court date for the physical battery. He was then escorted off of the campus.

Medlock initially claimed that there was no physical altercation that took place. He later commented that the entire incident was a joke.

After the incident, Medlock took to social media to state his case to whoever followed him by writing:

“Well guys I’m officially retired as a cheerleader as of last night at 5:30 AM. A girl on the team was being very disrespectful and told me I am a MAN with a PENIS and that [guys] should not be on the team.

I stood up for myself and she called her mom and dad because she was scared I [stood] up for myself. Her father said ‘she still has testosterone and a penis and I will kill anyone who comes after my daughter.”

As for Jones, he also took to social media to explain his side:

“I ask what you would have done when receiving a phone call at 1 o’clock in the morning from your daughter stating they had locked themselves in the room with other girls, after this person [Medlock] said You want to fight, and proceeded to put their hands around my daughters neck…

At no time did I ever say anything about your race or your gender, which is soon as the rest of the reports are done those body cams on the officers will come in handy for us.”

Information on the investigation has been given to Ranger College who released the following statement:

“Ranger College takes all allegations of this nature seriously and is committed to providing a learning environment free from discrimination. At this time, Ranger College is following all applicable Title IX regulations and Board Policies.”

Screaming shrew on The View says drag queen shows are fine because they don’t don’t kill kids like guns do

It is virtually impossible to author a story about the liberal hen-fest The View without having to resort to an editorial instead of a news story. Yet once again, here we are.

As an aside just wondering…is Lume a sponsor of the show? Curious minds want to know.

In the latest episode of “Bimbos Who Know Nothing,” we saw alleged conservative Ana Navarro actually make the argument that sexually deviant drag queen shows really aren’t that bad for children, with her argument being…wait for it…they aren’t as deadly as guns, The Media Research Center’s (MRC’S) Newsbusters reported.

Talk about your basic gaslighting. Where is the connect between guns and drag shows?

Navarro also tried to draw an equivalency between red states and communist countries such as Cuba and North Korea, claiming that all of them bar citizens from leaving their borders.

As with the rest of the dimwits on The View, Navarro is literally too stupid to insult.

Clearly, aside from former President Donald Trump, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis lives rent-free in the vacuous space between Navarro’s ears where most people have a brain.

Last Friday, Navarro had her rather substantial panties in a bunch when she spent the show slamming DeSantis, who sued a venue on behalf of the state of Florida for hosting explicit drag shows, while allowing young children to attend.

Navarro then claimed her bridal shower was held there. Can you fathom being married to that?

“And what we’re seeing in Florida, I can’t even comprehend. This is a state where we have a housing crisis. His is a state where we have an insurance crisis.

This is a state where we have a climate crisis. And instead, Ron DeSantis is focusing on drag queens,” Navarro railed on Monday.

Have you noticed that everything is a crisis for liberals? Except of course for real ones.

It should be noted that Navarro apparently has no children of her own, but she considers herself an expert in the raising of children, claiming that while she personally doesn’t think “a five-year-old should be at a drag show,” bloviated that Republicans were interfering in another “parental choice” issue.

“If you are parental choice when it comes to your kid wearing a mask to school [unhealthy mentally and physically], if you are for parental choice when it comes to your kid learning about slavery and learning about the true [progressive agenda] history of this country, then why in the hell can’t you be about parental choice on whether you take your kid to a drag show or not?”

In other words, Navarro is all about parental choice when it comes to exposing children to deviate sexual behavior, however she is not about parental choice when it comes to exposing children to grooming ideology.

She is not about parental choice when it comes to minors getting abortions without parental consent. And she is not about parental choice when it comes to what schools their children can attend. In other words, she’s a flaming hypocrite.

As MRC notes, Navarro’s logic dictates that states should eliminate “child endangerment and negligence laws,” since those involve a parent’s “choice” to expose their children to dangerous circumstances.

Navarro then went on to boast that those complaining about kids being at drag shows are “cherry-picking” their outrage, which was then she made the absurd connection that drag shows aren’t that bad because they don’t kill kids as guns do. This is when she truly jumped the shark:

“Listen, I looked at the top causes of endangerment for children, of children’s death. It’s firearms. It’s car accidents. It’s drownings. It is not drag queens. I’ve yet to see a kid that dies of being exposed to a drag queen.”

Let’s examine that statement. Car accidents—it’s in the title…accidents; drownings—accidental; firearms—accidental or criminal.

Where is the connection between emotionally and mentally endangering children by deliberately exposing them to deviate sexual behavior, and accidents or criminal activity? That’s right…there isn’t one.

Earlier in the program, co-host Sara Haines—who will never be confused with either a brain surgeon or rocket scientist—made the brain-dead statement that states which pass their own abortion laws weren’t abiding by federalism.

Clearly, Haines was doing her nails and putting on makeup during history or political science class. She has zero clue what federalism is and her statement proves it:

“They brought it back to the states with the overturning of Roe v Wade, but now you have states deciding you can’t go to another state, which just flies in the face of what they’re saying when they say a state should be in control,” the blonde bimbo said.

MRC opined that perhaps if Haines knew that forcing a state to accept another state’s laws would carry over to something like concealed carry reciprocity she might reconsider her statement.

Navarro doubled down on Haines’ statement, making the irrational claim that red states are akin to communist dictatorships. Our View hens probably never heard of COVID restrictions in blue states like California, New York, New Jersey and a dozen or so others.

“That’s the kind of stuff that happens in Cuba. That’s the kind of stuff that happens in North Korea, where they don’t let you travel out of those countries,” Navarro bellyached.

“I think the party’s gone crazy, frankly, to tell you the truth,” then went on to claim the abortion issue was “manufactured” and not a “real issue.”

This from a member of the party that can’t define a woman, that thinks men can have babies, that believe climate change is real, and believe Joe Biden could pass a cognitive exam.

Although we can admit never watching that group of screaming banshees, it would seem that watching an hour of someone scratching their fingernails on a chalkboard would be less irritating.
