Make no mistake about it. With every passing day and with every officer-involved shooting involving a black suspect, Black Lives Matter is accomplishing exactly what it set out to do when it was founded: Eliminate the police.
Of course, that is their secondary agenda. A fundamental transformation of our country is the ultimate goal.
Not only are they doing what they set out to do, but they have willing accomplices in sports, Hollywood, the leftist media, globalists running large corporations, and much of the public, who have been duped as to what the group really stands for.
The term “Black Lives Matter” as a practical term is noble. As part of the human race, of course black lives matter, just as everyone else’s lives matter, including police officers. However, you are not allowed to say that. According to groupthink, the only lives that matter right now are black ones.
How the hell did we get here?
According to Breitbart News, the goal of Black Lives Matter as a movement is spelled out for all to see in its manifesto—topple the capitalist system that has made the United States the greatest nation in the world, and instead replace it with a socialist-style government ala Venezuela, complete with goodies such as universal income, collective ownership and redistribution of wealth.
In other words, an Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez dream come true.
In order to understand exactly where this is all headed, BLM’s umbrella charter is an instructive document. Among the demands continued there in is the abolishment of Voter ID laws which protect against voter fraud, they support anti-Semitic causes such as the Boycott Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) Movement which targets the state of Israel. They seek a lifetime of free education for “all Black people (including undocumented and formerly incarcerated people).”
Black people will never achieve liberation under the current radicalized capitalist system…The white supremacist, imperialistic, patriarchal systems need not reform but radical transformation…We must remake the current U.S. political system in order to create a real democracy where Black people and all marginalized people can effectively exercise full political power,” which is contained within the Movement for Black Lives (M4BL) Vision for Black Lives Policy Platform.
Unfortunately, most Americans, like sheep being led to slaughter, are conflating the literal meaning of “black lives matter” with the Marxist radical group Black Lives Matter. What is going on over the past few weeks is a culmination of sorts of what this radical movement has been attempting for years.
Just three months before the 2016 national elections, the M4BL group released what can only be described as a radical platform, which states, in part:
“We recognized that some of the demands in this document will not happen today. But we also recognized that they are necessary for our liberation.”
Contained in the platform are “six core planks” which deal with the issues of criminal justice, reparations, investment and divestment, economic justice, community control and political power.
Make no mistake about it…this is fast becoming a political party, and with willing dupes such as corporations and individuals pumping tens of millions of dollars into it, BLM is a force to deal with. Unfortunately, many Democrats AND Republicans are either too stupid or too naïve to see what is happening.
The six core planks include:
- Remaking of the current U.S. political system to create a real democracy where Black people and all marginalized people can effectively exercise full political power (see the effort to eliminate the electoral college);
- An end to white supremacy, imperialism, and capitalism;
- Democratic control over how resources are preserved, used, and distributed and do so while honoring and respecting he rights of our Indigenous family;
- Direct democratic control of local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, ensuring that communities most harmed by destructive policing have the power to hire and fire officers, determine disciplinary action, control budgets and policies, and subpoena relative agency information
They were just getting started. The platform goes on to insist on the immediate release of “all political prisoners,” eliminate bail, and restore the voting rights not only for released criminals but those still inside prison.
The economic policies call for a virtual Communist wish-list of goodies that rival the old Soviet Union, such as “Universal Basic Income,” universal healthcare, collective ownership of property, reparations for slavery, and a “progressive restructuring of tax codes to ensure a radical and sustainable redistribution of wealth.”
The charter also demands cutting military spending by 50%, ending all U.S. aid to Israel, and to support legislation promoting the BDS Movement against Israel.
As we said, this group is overly anti-Semitic.
The timeline for implementation of this platform was estimated to take five years, and is called Project 2024: Black Power Rising. They are seeking to accomplish this through various strategies, including:
“Capturing clear electoral victories; recruiting electoral strategists; challenging the existence of the electoral college; engaging in local races that position them to govern; targeting congressional races to shift the balance of power federally; advising key elected officials to advance their agenda; and identifying, recruiting and training candidates.”
The group clearly adopts Saul Alinsky-like tactics and is using the political left in the U.S. to do so. Tactics include “building and engaging majorities ready to organize, resist, vote, and build alternatives.”
Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden has been actually spouting some of the movement’s demands over the past few days. In a recent op-ed in USA Today, Biden spoke to his desire to undo so-called systemic racism.
“From the moment I launched my campaign, I have said that we are in the battle for the soul of this nation. We know the nation we want to be. Now we have to deliver on this moment to achieve fundamental changes that address racial inequalities and white supremacy in our country.
“We need to root out systemic racism across our laws and institutions, and we need to make sure black Americans have a real shot to get ahead.”
Not sure what Biden was doing for eight years as vice president under Obama, but if there is “systemic racism,” it existed long before January 2017.
Biden went on about supporting “historically underfunded and historically black colleges and universities, tribal colleges and universities and minority-serving institutions.” He also addressed police abuse, saying it needed to be addressed as well, although he came out in opposition to defunding police.
Biden is also trying to woo supporters of Socialist Bernie Sanders. Both men recently introduced “Unity Task Forces” which is an attempt to merge policy divides between the two and look for agreements between the two sides. This is supposed to serve as a show of unity between Sanders and Biden in the hope that Sanders supporters, who are pretty passionate, come out, hold their nose, and vote for Biden.
The Task Forces are slated to meet up prior to the Democratic National Convention in order to merge ideas together into a cohesive platform for Biden to run on for the November general election.
They are looking at six areas…climate change, criminal justice reform, economy, education, healthcare, and immigration. Many of the ideas being looked at are amazingly similar to M4BL’s demands.
Biden bought off one former Sanders surrogate, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, by making her co-chair of the climate change panel. Ocasio-Cortez spoke about the call to defund the police that she was opposed to a “repackage” of the plan in order to make it appeal to “largely affluent, white suburban ‘swing’ voters.”
Ironically, those are the very voters Biden will need to attract in order to have a chance to beat President Trump. By and large, unaffiliated swing voters are opposed to defunding the police.
“To defund means that Black & Brown communities are asking for the same budget priorities that White communities have already created for themselves.”
It’s always about race with these people.
The Unity Task Forces are playing right into the defund the police movement, with several telling Reuters saying they are looking to switch funding from policing to community services.
“Everybody recognizes the centuries of systemic oppression and white supremacy and the fundamental failure of the criminal justice system,” said Linn County, Iowa, Supervisor Stacey Walker, who is a member of Biden’s criminal justice policy task force. “If that doesn’t open up a new political opportunity for sweeping reform, then I don’t know what will.”
Walker said she was speaking for herself, not the task force.
Not to be outdone, race hustler and fake reverend Al Sharpton recently announced a rally in Washington, D.C. planned for Aug. 28, which is the anniversary of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech.
Sharpton, always one to try to co-opt something for his own gain, said the event would be to help “educate people on mail-in voting. We’ve got to educate people in terms of turnout.”
“In order to change laws, you’ve got to impact lawmakers and they get elected in November,” he said.
He also said that family members of George Floyd will lead the march.
