DETROIT, MI- While the lamestream media, Democrats and RINO’s continue to claim there is “no evidence” of election fraud, we continue to see information forthcoming that indicates that may not necessarily be true.
The latest involves an employee in the city of Detroit, Michigan who has filed what is described as a “bombshell” affidavit involving a series of voter fraud incidents which benefited Joe Biden in last week’s election, according to Breitbart News.
The employee, Jesse Jacob made several claims against the city of Detroit, allegations which if proved untrue could make Jacob subject to legal repercussions.
According to Jacob:
“I processed absentee ballot packages to be sent to voters while I worked at election headquarters in September 2020 along with 70-80 other poll workers,” she said.
“I was instructed by my supervisor to adjust the mailing date of these absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than they were actually sent. The supervisor was making announcements for all workers to engage in this practice.”
Jacob further said that she worked at a polling station leading up to the election where voters could cast absentee ballots in person.
“I directly observed, on a daily basis, City of Detroit election workers and employees coaching and trying to coach voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. I witnessed these workers and employees encouraging voters to do a straight Democratic ballot. I witnessed these election workers and employees going over to the voting booths with voters in order to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote.”
According to Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s website, it states that it is a requirement to have a photo ID, typically a Michigan driver’s license or identification card, in order to vote. Those not possessing an ID must “sign a brief affidavit stating that they’re not in possession of a photo ID.”
“During the last two weeks while working at this satellite location, I was specifically instructed by my supervisor not to ask for a driver’s license or any photo I.D. when a person was trying to vote.
“I observed a large number of people who came to the satellite location to vote in-person, but they had already applied for an absentee ballot. These people were allowed to vote in-person and were not required to return the mailed absentee ballot or sign an affidavit that the voter lost the mailed absentee ballot.”
Jacobs continued that she had worked at the TCF Center in Downtown Detroit to tabulate absentee ballots:
“Absentee ballots that were received in the mail would have the voter’s signature on the envelope. While I was at the TCF Center, I was instructed not to look at any of the signatures on the absentee ballots, and I was instructed not to compare the signature on the absentee ballot with the signature on file.”
According to the Washington Examiner, the affidavit came as part of a lawsuit filed against people in Detroit and Wayne County, which is where Detroit is located. The lawsuit comes after the Michigan Republican Party made repeated claims of election impropriety and misconduct surrounding the presidential election earlier this month.
Jacobs said in the affidavit that she has worked for the City of Detroit for decades and was assigned to work in the Elections Department leading up to the election. She said she worked at the election headquarters and then later a satellite branch for most of October.
Breitbart reached out to Benson’s office to respond to Jacob’s allegations, to which the director of communications and external affairs, Jake Rollow told them:
“Michigan’s election results are an accurate reflection of the will of the Michigan voters. Any meritless suggestion to the contrary denigrates the tens of thousands of election clerks and workers who served—with integrity and under intense scrutiny—to provide Michigan citizens with a secure, transparent, and accessible election process.”
Rollow refused to say whether or not Benson would look into the claims made by Jacob.
The lawsuit was filed by two Wayne County residents, Cheryl A. Constatino and Edward P. McCall, Jr., against the City of Detroit and Detroit Election Commission, Detroit City Clerk Janice M. Winfrey, and the Wayne County Board of Canvassers.
According to Michigan radio talk show host Steve Gruber, fraud was committed “at the behest of Detroit and Wayne County officials and included changing legal names and dates on ballots, ballot harvesting, voter intimidation and more. It also claims the effort to defraud voters began in early September.”
Meanwhile, World News Daily reported that the Great Lakes Justice Center has also filed a lawsuit against the city of Detroit, alleging election fraud in the presidential election.
Among the allegations made include:
- Ballots were counted even though the voter’s name did not appear in the official voter rolls.
- Election workers were ordered to not verify voters’ signatures on absentee ballots, to backdate absentee ballots, and to process such ballots regardless of their validity.
- Election workers processed ballots that appeared after the election deadline and falsely reported that the ballots had been received prior to Nov. 3 deadline.
- Defendants used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect or false birthday. Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the QFV and recorded these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900.
- Defendants coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democratic Party. Election workers went to the voting booths with voters to watch them vote and coach them.
- Unsecured ballots arrived at the TCF Center loading garage, not in sealed ballot boxes, without any chain of custody and without envelopes.
- Defendants refused to record challenges to their processes and removed challengers from the site if they politely voiced a challenge.
The media and Democrats have been calling on President Trump to concede the election to Biden, however given the appearance of fraud in numerous states, the president has refused to do so. It should be noted that in 2000, Al Gore fought the election results in Florida for 37 days before he conceded. We are currently 30 days short of that.
The lawsuit is seeking a temporary restraining order to prevent certification of the election results, as well as to void the election because of fraud.
In addition, the suit alleges that fraud was noticed and when observers began to ask questions, officials locked them out “so they could not observe the process.”
One such case had an observer notice that ballots came in from voters who had already cast a vote, however “the computer then appeared to assign this ballot to a different voter.”
After noting what was seen, the observer was told by an election official to relocate to an area where he was unable to see “what the worker was doing.”
“Numerous witnesses have filed sworn affidavits under oath attesting to the fraudulent activities they observed directly,” the Great Lakes Center said. “These acts disenfranchised lawful voters and potentially changed the outcome of the election.”
The lawsuit alleges that the plaintiffs had their constitutional right to election accuracy and integrity was violated, as well as the right to a fraud-free election, their Equal Protection rights under the United States Constitution, and numerous violations of statutory election laws.
David Kallman, GLJC attorney said that this type “of widespread fraud in the counting and processing of voter ballots cannot be allowed to stand.”
“Michigan citizens are entitled to know that their elections are conducted in a fair and legal manner and that every legal vote is properly counted,” he said. “Such rampant fraud cannot be undone. We ask the court to enjoin the certification of this fraudulent election, void the election, and order a new vote in Wayne County.”
Other allegations in the suit charge that boxes of tens of thousands of ballots were brought into the county center after the deadline and suspiciously, the “voters” all were given a birth date of Jan. 1, 1900 as they were counted.
This was also the location where observers were denied access and large pieces of cardboard covered windows, blocking the counting process.
