It’s happening: Delaware law enforcement refers Hunter Biden laptop to FBI

WILMINGTON, DE – The investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop continues. There are three of his laptops that are currently in play for these investigations, and now we have learned that the most recent laptop in question has been referred to the FBI by local authorities.

A statement by the Delaware Department of Justice:

“In light of ongoing questions about the credibility of these claims and multiple reports that the FBI is investigating their veracity, law enforcement is referring this matter to the FBI.”

As reported by the DailyWire:

“The FBI has possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop that has been the source of numerous emails regarding his foreign business dealings in China, Ukraine, and elsewhere.

“1) FBI & DOJ concur w/ Ratcliffe that Hunter Biden’s laptop & the emails in question weren’t part of a Russian disinformation campaign,” Langille tweeted Tuesday evening, citing the unnamed federal law enforcement official.

“2) The FBI DOES have possession of the Hunter Biden laptop in question.”

Langille later tweeted that Fox News host Martha MacCallum ‘is told by a Federal Law Enforcement Official that the emails are “authentic.” And that the laptop may have not been looked at right away when it was received.’”

It’s worth repeating that there are THREE laptops owned by Hunter Biden involved in these investigations and inquiries.

One laptop was officially subpoenaed by the FBI in connection with a money laundering investigation.

Another laptop is said to contain sexually-related photos of children.

Fox News obtained copies of documents related to the investigation:

“The document has a ‘Case ID’ section, which is filled in with a hand-written number: 272D-BA-3065729.

“According to multiple officials, and the FBI’s website, ‘272’ is the bureau’s classification for money laundering, while ‘272D’ refers to ‘Money Laundering, Unknown SUA [Specified Unlawful Activity]—White Collar Crime Program,’ according to FBI documents. One government official described ‘272D’ as ‘transnational or blanket.’”

“’BA’ indicates the case was opened in the FBI’s Baltimore field office, sources said.”

This particular laptop has been in possession of the FBI since December of 2019.

One of the documents, obtained by Fox News, was designated as an FBI “Receipt for Property” form, which details the bureau’s interactions with John Paul Mac Isaac, the owner of “The Mac Shop” who reported the laptop’s contents to authorities.

Another document, obtained by Fox News, was a subpoena sent to Isaac to testify before U.S. District Court in Delaware on Dec. 9, 2019. One page of the subpoena shows what appears to be serial numbers for a laptop and hard drive taken into possession.

The DailyWire reported that an official close to the investigation told them that if a case were opened and subpoenas were issued, it is very likely they have evidence of criminal activity.

The New York Post broke the story about these laptops last week in a series of staggering entries.  Major tech companies and many Democrats immediately asserted that these stories were based on a Russian disinformation campaign aimed to skew the election.

The Director of National Intelligence, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and the Department of Justice have all debunked these claims as there is no intelligence information to support the interference theories.

The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs (HSGAC) and the Committee on Finance mutually released a report on the ongoing investigation with regard to Hunter Biden.

The report read, in part:

“The Treasury records acquired by the Chairmen show potential criminal activity relating to transactions among and between Hunter Biden, his family, and his associates with Ukrainian, Russian, Kazakh and Chinese nationals.

“In particular, these documents show that Hunter Biden received millions of dollars from foreign sources as a result of business relationships that he built during the period when his father was vice president of the United States and after.

“In addition to providing new and descriptive details about the nature, origin and extent of payments from Burisma Holdings to Hunter Biden, the documents acquired by the Committees also shed light on a much broader array of questionable financial transactions involving Hunter Biden, other members of the Biden family, and their associations with foreign nationals.

“These foreign nationals have questionable backgrounds that have been identified as being consistent with a range of criminal activities, including but not limited to organized prostitution and/or human trafficking, money laundering, fraud, and embezzlement.”

Multiple sources are reporting that it was indeed Hunter Biden, not Vladimir Putin who dropped of a laptop computer at a Delaware computer repair shop, that was subsequently found to contain tens of thousands of emails, some incriminating, as well as sexually explicit pictures and pictures of Hunter Biden smoking crack cocaine.

The evidence is a receipt, obtained by Mike Emanuel at Fox news, which shows what appears to be Hunter Biden’s signature, with initials of “RHB” on paperwork for the computer repair shop. The signature is similar to other publicly available versions of Hunter Biden’s signature.

The authenticity of the signature has not been verified as of yet, and when there wasn’t a lid on his campaign, Joe Biden has refused to answer questions about the incident.

In addition to the apparent signature, the receipt shows Hunter Biden’s name in the “bill to” section.”

Other documents obtained showed a subpoena for the owner, John Paul MacIsaac to testify before the U.S. District Court in Delaware on December 9.

The hard drive on the computer contained emails which seemed to prove that Hunter Biden had indeed introduced his father, then the vice president under Obama, to a Ukrainian energy executive at Burisma Holdings.

The owner of the computer repair store had contacted the FBI, as well as the offices of some politicians. The FBI received the laptop after the store owner had made a copy of the hard drive, which he knew contained inflammatory information about Biden.

The hard drive was given to the attorney of Trump advisor Rudy Giuliani, and made its way to the New York Post¸ which broke the story last week.

The U.S. Sun reported that the hard drive contained a 12-minute video of Hunter Biden smoking crack while engaged in a sex act, along with other sexually explicit photos. There were also contained within the numerous emails other evidence of Hunter Biden using his father’s position as vice president to benefit himself.

Besides the signature being publicized, a second bomb appeared to drop when a spokesman for the Biden campaign said that nobody on the campaign were claiming the emails on the laptop are “inauthentic,” according to Just the News.

In an interview with Leland Vittert on Fox News this past weekend, Biden spokesperson Jenna Arnold let it slip.

Here is a transcript of part of their conversation:

Vittert: “The easiest thing in the world to do: Stop with all the obfuscation. The easiest thing in the world to do would be to say, ‘These aren’t Hunter Biden’s emails.’ Nobody, including Hunger Biden, and including the campaign has said it.”

He then asked, “Can anyone say that these mails are inauthentic? And so far, I haven’t heard anybody say that.”

Arnold: “I think that’s fair. I don’t think anybody is saying they are inauthentic.”

One of the most damning matters on the published emails seem to show Hunter Biden had set up a meeting in 2015 between an official of Burisma Holdings and his father. The Biden campaign said that his “official calendar” had no record of such a meeting, however wouldn’t rule out an informal meeting.

His campaign denies that he committed any offense.

“Investigations by the press, during impeachment, and even by two Republican-led Senate committees whose work was decried as ‘not legitimate’ and political by a GOP colleague have all reached the same conclusion: that Joe Biden carried out official U.S. policy toward Ukraine and engaged in no wrongdoing. Trump administration officials have attested to these facts under oath,” said Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates in a statement.

Fox News reported that:

“One email, dated May 13, 2017, and obtained by Fox News, includes a discussion of ‘renumeration packages’ for six people in a business deal with a Chinese energy firm. The email appeared to identify Hunter Biden as ‘Chair/Vice Chair depending on an agreement with CEFC,’ in an apparent reference to a since bankrupt Chinese company, CEFC China Energy Co.”

In addition, the email includes a note that says, “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.”

It contains a proposed equity split that references “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” with no further explanations, Fox reported.

It is reasonable to believe that “H” refers to Hunter Biden, while the other reference seems to indicate “10% held for the big guy, i.e. Joe Biden.”

On Monday, House Republicans asked Attorney General William Barr to appoint a special counsel to investigate whether the Biden’s had collaborated on business dealings in Ukraine.

“These alleged revelations raise serious questions about former Vice President Joe Biden’s reported participation with his son’s business dealings, specifically whether the former vice president (1) received foreign monies during his tenure in the Obama administration and (20 if former Vice President Biden allowed his son to peddle access to his father with foreign business entities,” said the letter, obtained by Fox News.

“We request that the Department of Justice immediately appoint an independent, unbiased special counsel to investigate the issues that we have raised—as well as any corresponding legal or ethical issues that might be uncovered from the former vice president’s 47 years in public office,” they wrote.

On Tuesday, President Trump made a similar request of Barr. The president seized on the incident to brand Biden as corrupt, while also claiming that Biden was the head of a “crime family” and needed to be locked up.

Democrats and Democrat-run state media are making the claim that it’s a Russian plot to take down Biden, which is absurd because Biden has a much cozier relationship with countries such as Russia and China than President Trump.

For example, the New York Times is claiming that US intelligence analysts had warned there was so-called “Russian chatter” about stolen Burisma emails that would be released as an “October surprise,” the Sun reported.

That narrative was debunked, however by Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe earlier this week. Appearing with Fox Business’ Maria Bartiromo on Mornings with Maria, Ratcliffe unequivocally said that the laptop “is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign,” an allegation made by delusional House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA).

“It’s funny that some of the people who complain the most about intelligence being politicized are the ones politicizing the intelligence.”

Continuing, Ratcliffe said:

“Let me be clear: the intelligence community doesn’t believe that because there is no intelligence that supports that.”

Ratcliffe also confirmed that Hunter Biden’s laptop is in the possession of the FBI.

“Without commenting on any investigation that they may or may not have, their investigation is not centered around Russian disinformation, and the IC is not playing any role with respect to that.”

If we had a real media in this country, with limited exceptions, there would be more than one or two networks looking into this.
