Lip Sync Challenge LET Style
Why should you checkout the Lip Sync Challenge LET style? Because it’s more than a dare, it’s truly a challenge that can benefit others. As a result, we hope to see video production services awarded to a local agency as well as raise much needed funding for the Wounded Officers Initiative.
Our radio show host, Jay Wiley, believes the lip sync challenges would serve a greater purpose if they were connected to charitable causes, such as wounded officers.
He previously argued, “In my humble opinion they are just a dare. If they were a challenge, they would encourage others to do something, maybe something charitable. If there is nothing on the line, it’s a dare, not a challenge.”
As a result, our national spokesman, Kyle Reyes, issued Jay a challenge:
Jay, I think you need a little music in your radio-talk-life. And so this isn’t a dare … it’s a challenge built around a charitable cause.
Make your own lip sync video and upload it right here on LET. If it hits one million views – my agency The Silent Partner Marketing will donate video production services worth $10,000 to a local police department to not only produce a kick-ass lip sync video, but to also capture some positive stories from members of the department on camera.
Time to put your money where your mouth is. Or should I say your video camera … and my money.
So Kyle threw down the gauntlet. How would Jay respond?
In spades!
Once a quasi-critic of the fad, Jay jumped into the deep end of the pool—so to speak—and did something that no one else at Law Enforcement Today had the intention of doing. He made a lip sync video, but don’t miss the purpose! His goal is to get enough hits so Kyle’s agency will gladly open their business checkbook and donate $10,000 to the cause.

Furthermore, Jay is making a personal plea for readers to donate to the Wounded Officers Initiative, a non-profit organization that is near and dear to our heart.
Here it is, Jay Wiley, bold and unashamed, with a little Sweet Caroline!
Before leaving, please share with your friends. Let’s help Jay reach his the goal of one million hits and raise funds for officers in need.
