Carlson: There are now two tiers of justice in America, says government has become an ‘anarcho-tyranny’

Editor note: In 2020, we saw a nationwide push to “defund the police”.  While we all stood here shaking our heads wondering if these people were serious… they cut billions of dollars in funding for police officers.  And as a result, crime has skyrocketed – all while the same politicians who said “you don’t need guns, the government will protect you” continued their attacks on both our police officers and our Second Amendment rights.

And that’s exactly why we’re launching this national crowdfunding campaign as part of our efforts to help “re-fund the police”.

USA- For anyone with eyes wide open, the disparity in how people with differing political ideologies have been treated by the American justice system is stunning. Nowhere has that been more obvious than in how people who in most cases merely trespassed at the US Capitol on January 6 have been treated by the legal system.

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson has been laser focused on this pretty much since the so-called “insurrection” took place in January.

Take the case of a woman named Donna Bissey, a hair stylist from we believe Indiana.

Bissey has been put in jail not for torching a federal courthouse, for toppling national monuments,  or for assaulting police officers—no, she’s been locked up for “parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building” on January 6.  You read that correctly—parading, demonstrating, or picketing—period.

“The crime she was accused of committing was not serious by any measure,” Carlson said. “The crime was ‘parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building,’ that’d be on January 6th. Donna Bissey did not set fire to any property, she didn’t attack police officers, she didn’t hurt anybody, she paraded, as she thought was her right as an American. It’s not because of anything she did on January 6th, it’s because of what she believed.”

Carlson identified what happened to Bissey for exactly what it is—that all citizens “stand equal before the law.” As he noted, that is the central principal of our legal system, where the justice system is identified as blind, where the law is applied equally.

“It has nothing to do with who you vote for, nothing to do with who you listen to on the radio or watch on television; it has to do with when you violate the law.”

According to the Tribune Star, federal prosecutors had requested three years of probation, a $500 fine and 40 hours of community service. However the leftist judge, appointed by Barack Obama, overruled the government.

“I think it is a waste of resources to have her in probation,” Judge Tanya Chutkan said, calling the probation system “overworked and overstretched.”

On Friday, a similar scene to what occurred at the US Capitol on January 6 occurred at the Department of the Interior building, where a group of environmental wackos, or “activists” as you will committed the exact same acts as the Capitol protesters did on January 6, including breaking into the building and assaulting police. So, they were treated exactly the same as the January 6 “insurrectionists,” right? Wrong.

According to a statement issued by the Department of the Interior, they were just “peaceful protesters.” Huh?

“The Interior Department leadership believes strongly in respecting and upholding the right to free speech and peaceful protests,” they said in a statement.

Ok, so let’s get this straight…these activists commit the exact same acts at a federal building as those on January 6, but because they likely voted for Joe Biden, now they’re not insurrectionists but peaceful protesters? Got it.

“This is what happens when law enforcement becomes partisan. This is the nightmare scenario. This is the country you don’t want to live in,” Carlson mused.

“This is the country that judges you on the basis of who you vote for and will put you in jail if you vote the wrong way.”

Carlson then addressed the issue of Ashli Babbitt, the unarmed Trump supporter who was gunned down by Capitol police Lieutenant Michael Byrd, who has unapologetically dubbed himself a hero for “saving countless lives.”

“They’re telling you that for the crime of parading in the Capitol building, Ashli Babbitt deserved to be executed. And at the same time they’re telling you that, they’re ignoring other crimes, ones committed by people who are actually armed,” Carlson said.

And what of Hunter Biden, crackhead son of Joe Biden, the current occupant of the White House? He committed a federal crime for lying on a federal firearms form when he applied for a license to carry, according to a report in Politico.

In October 2018, Hunter Biden purchased a .38 cal. revolver from a Delaware gun store, and filled out the requisite BATFE Form 4473.

At some point in time, Hallie Biden, widow of his brother Beau Biden with whom he was having an extramarital affair took the gun and threw it in a trash receptacle behind a supermarket, fearing Hunter might do something nefarious.

At some point in time, the Secret Service attempted to have the gun dealer hand over Hunter Biden’s Form 4473, which is pretty strange, and the dealer refused to do so. He did, however, later turn over the documents to the BATFE (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives).

However in filling out the federal form, for which signees are subject to a felony if they lie on it, Hunter Biden in fact lied. He was discharged from the Naval Reserve in 2014 after he tested positive for cocaine, and at numerous times he has admitted being a junkie.

The form asks: “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?”

Biden answered “no” to this question. This constitutes two federal crimes, both of which involve making a false statement on a federal firearms form. Both are felonies punishable by up to 10-years in prison.

But Hunter Biden is one of the “beautiful people,” a Washington, D.C. insider who is not beholden to obeying the law. Regular folks however enjoy no such leniency, or more so special treatment.

“If you’re the president’s son, you can commit a federal gun felony, and nobody cares. The worst they’ll do is invite  you on their shows and let you explain it away in a sentence,” Carlson said, referring to Hunter Biden’s interview with CBS News.

Contrast that with the treatment of US Marine Lt. Col. Stu Scheller, whose only “crime” was criticizing the ineptitude of military and Defense Department leadership related to the bungled withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan, which resulted in the deaths of thirteen US service members.

“So you commit a gun felony, you lie about it in the laziest possible way, and no one really cares. But if you dare to criticize the incompetent bureaucrats leading our military as Stu Scheller did, they send you to prison. If you try to visit your sick daughter in the hospital, you get arrested.”

The latter involves a 70-year-old former Ohio deputy who was arrested and banned from a Florida hospital for violating “covid” rules. Amber Savage refused to leave University of Florida Health North in Jacksonville, Florida on Oct. 4 after visiting hours ended.

Savage explained to Carlson that her daughter had a malady where she had a portion of her skull replaced, and required surgery when the replacement piece slipped downward, impacting her brain.

Unable to communicate, Savage was her daughters only means of doing so, thus she refused to leave because if something happened to her daughter, nobody at the hospital would be able to help her.

Savage was placed under arrest, handcuffed, and left in the back of a police cruiser for three hours, she told Carlson.

“What form of government is this? It’s not democracy. It’s anarcho-tyranny. It is selective punishment, even as they ignore the rule of law. This is a threat to the very center of the American idea, which is equality under the law.”

In case you missed it, below is Tucker Carlson’s monologue:

Contrast all of this with what occurred primarily in the summer of 2020, when anarchists and rioters, using the death of George Floyd as an excuse, laid siege to American cities from Seattle and Portland to St. Louis, Chicago, Kenosha, New York City, and every Democrat-run city in between.

How many of those anarchists were arrested? If they were arrested, how many were prosecuted? Yet someone who did nothing more than “parade” at the Capitol have been locked up, some in solitary confinement for nine months.

Those who have received a trial have been locked up, depending on which judge they get. If they aren’t a leftist idealogue, they have the book thrown at them.

Someone likewise arrested for the exact same crime being tried before judges who apply the law equally, in a measured way have imposed sentences sometimes consisting only of probation or community service.

“Equal treatment under the law?” Not if you’re a Trump voter and not if you get an idealogue as a judge. Welcome to Biden’s America.
