USA- Last month, the Department of Defense’s Inspector General released a bombshell report that a number of Afghans allowed into the U.S. by the Biden administration were admitted without being properly vetted, with a number of those deemed “significant security concerns” having gone missing, Breitbart reports.

According to the report, there were so many holes in the administration’s resettlement of Afghans into the U.S. that a number of them were never properly vetted through the National Counter-Terrorism Center (NCTC) database.

In particular, the report explains that Biden’s “agencies did not use all available data when vetting Afghan evacuees” and as a result, the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) found “Afghans with derogatory information…who were believed to be in the U.S.”

Now, the report reads, a number of those unvetted Afghans with possible terrorism ties have gone missing inside the nation’s interior. The report says:

As of November 2, 2021, NGIC personnel had identified 50 Afghan personnel in the United States with information in DOD records that would indicate potentially significant security concerns. [emphasis added]

…

DOD personnel could not locate some Afghan evacuees whom NGIC personnel identified as having derogatory information that would make them ineligible for the parolee program conducted at [U.S.] safe havens. Specifically, NGIC personnel stated that they could not locate some Afghan evacuees when attempting to report derogatory information to the DOD and U.S. Government agencies supporting [U.S.] safe havens. [emphasis added]

For example, as of September 17, 2021, the NGIC had identified 31 Afghans in [the U.S.] who had derogatory information. Of those 31, only 3 could be located. [emphasis added]

According to the IG’s report, Afghans who were flagged for security concerns who have gone missing inside the U.S. interior “could pose a security risk to the United States.” It’s also noted that Biden’s State Department and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) also run the risk of providing these Afghans with visas, green cards, and eventually naturalized American citizenship.

“The U.S. government could mistakenly grant ineligible Afghan evacuees with derogatory information from the DoD ABIS database SIV or parolee status,” the report reads.

As of last month, Biden had resettled over 74,400 Afghans in American cities and towns across 46 states since mid-Augusts 2021. That program has continued even though Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas admitted that “not all” Afghans were identified in person before getting sent off to the American interior.

Initially, the resettlement was authorized by 49 House and Senate Republicans, who voted along with Democrats in September of last year to authorize a sum of $6.4 billion for resettlement costs. Then in December, 20 House and Senate Republicans joined Democrats in passing an additional $7 billion in spending to resettle what has become an endless stream of Afghan refugees.

Breitbart reports that a number of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) which are funded by American taxpayers to resettle refugees across the United States on an annual basis were able to secure billions of dollars as a result of the allocations from Congress.

Every five years, Breitbart said, resettlement of refugees costs American taxpayers nearly $9 billion. Over the course of a lifetime, that equates to about $133,000 per refugee, while within five years of resettlement, roughly 16 percent will need taxpayer-funded housing help.

It is estimated that over the past 20 years, nearly a million refugees have been resettled in the U.S., which is more than double the number of residents living in Miami. It is the equivalent of annually adding the population of Pensacola, Florida, Breitbart reports.

The above did not sit well with Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), who said that Biden’s unlimited settlement of Afghans resulted in “dozens of suspected bomb-makers and terrorists” being admitted into the United States, Breitbart reported.

In a statement, Cotton said:

“Joe Biden promised to vet the evacuees that came to America after his retreat from Afghanistan,” Cotton said. “But he didn’t, and now American lives are at risk. According to this report, dozens of suspected bomb-makers and terrorists arrived in our country—and now some have gone missing. This debacle is yet another reminder of the dangerous consequences of Joe Biden’s dishonorable withdrawal from Afghanistan.” [emphasis added]

Since Biden opened the floodgates from Afghanistan to the United States, a number of Afghan refugees have been accused or convicted of crimes. The latest involved an Afghan man in Virginia who was convicted of sexually molesting a three-year-old girl.

Several weeks ago, an Afghan man in Wausau, Wisconsin was charged by authorities with sexual assault of a woman. Last year, a 19-year-old Afghan man was arrested by Montana authorities after he allegedly raped an 18-year-old woman in a Missoula hotel, Breitbart reported.

Last year, Law Enforcement Today reported on two crimes which occurred at Fort McCoy in Monroe County, Wisconsin, where two men were charged in separate cases, accused of domestic abuse and child sex crimes.

In one of the incidents, one man was accused of strangling and suffocating his wife, whom authorities say has abused his wife for years. In the other case, another Afghan was accused of molesting two boys, aged 12 and 14 while threatening them with violence if the contacted authorities.

The resettlement is being funded by companies such as Facebook, Microsoft and Walmart, along with taxpayers and non-governmental organizations. One such NGO was created by former presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is also said to be aiding the resettlement of Afghans into the U.S. to take American jobs.

FORT MCCOY, WI- As an unknown number of Americans, as well as Afghans who risked their lives helping the American military remain stranded by the Biden administration in Afghanistan, some of those who were evacuated to our country ahead of those Americans and Afghan allies have repaid that hospitality by engaging in criminal conduct.

According to the Wisconsin State Journal, one of those evacuees was charged Wednesday with engaging in sexual acts with a child, this in connection with the abuse of two boys, ages 12 and 14.

The assaults were alleged to have occurred in a bathroom and housing area at the Fort McCoy military base, located in western Wisconsin according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

Authorities say that Bahrullah Noori, 20, appeared in federal court in Madison last week in connection with the child sexual assault charges. Surprisingly in the current coddle the criminal’s environment, Noori…who has not yet entered a plea…will remain in custody in the Dane County Jail.

Noori is another in a number of Afghan men recently charged with crimes since being evacuated into the United States as Afghanistan fell last month due to the Biden administration’s inept withdrawal from the country’s 20-year presence in that country.

He is the second Afghan man charged with committing crimes at Fort McCoy, where more than 12,000 evacuees were being housed on a temporary basis.

The other man charged in connection with crimes at the base, Mohammad Haroon Imaad, 32, was charged with assault after he allegedly choked and attempted to suffocate his wife. Defense attorney Joe Bugni entered a not guilty plea on Imaad’s behalf in federal court Thursday.

A jury trial in his case is set for Nov. 1. No court date for Noori has yet been scheduled.

According to Stars & Stripes, Imaad’s wife told FBI investigators that Imaad had also raped her, however he has not yet been charged with sexual assault, according to the arrest affidavit.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephen Crocker stated the Department of Homeland Security had ordered both men held while their cases are pending, however the department could (and probably will if history serves as a guide) change its position if the two suspects have a bail hearing.

According to the arrest affidavit for Noori, another Afghan man told investigators on Sept. 11 that Noori was molesting both his 12-year-old son, and his 14-year-old nephew. The abuse had taken place over the previous two weeks.

On Sept 11, the man walked into the bathroom in the early morning hours, he told the FBI, and saw Noori taking clothes off his nephew and was attempting to have sex with him. Later that same day, the man entered the bathroom to find Noori kissing his son. According to the FBI, the complainant and Noori had not had any type of feud or dispute prior to the complaint and called him a credible witness.

Both victims told investigators that Noori had inappropriately touched them, kissed them and bit them, while threatening he would beat them if they told anyone about the sexual abuse.

Noori is charged with three counts of engaging in sexual acts with a minor, including the use of force in one such incident. He is also charged with a fourth count of attempting to engage in such acts with a minor while using force.

In Imaad’s case, she told soldiers who responded to the domestic disturbance on Sept. 7 that he had hit her and choked her; they observed bruising on her right eye and redness about her throat. She also told them Imaad had struck their children on multiple occasions.

The woman told investigators this wasn’t the first time she was assaulted by Imaad. She said he had “beat many times in Afghanistan to the point I lost vision in both eyes.” She also told a soldier Imaad threatened to kill her or send her back to Afghanistan “where the Taliban could deal with her.”

Two days later on Sept. 9, the woman fainted and received medical treatment. Investigators learned that Imaad had hit, choked, verbally abused and raped her since she arrived at the military installation. Soldiers found Imaad and took him into custody.

Noori faces up to life in federal prison for the charges which allege force, and up to 15 years for the other two charges. Imaad meanwhile faces up to 10 years in federal prison.

Meanwhile, we still have Americans stranded behind enemy lines in Afghanistan while we admit criminals like this. Let that sink in.

WASHINGTON, DC – The Biden administration’s fiscal year 2022 continuing resolution spending plan, quietly released Tuesday, reportedly includes a provision providing green cards to thousands of unvetted Afghan nationals settled in the United States, giving them refugee status and a waiver of terrorism as grounds for removal.

The majority of the 48,000 Afghans already settled in the United States do not qualify for Special Immigration Visas (SIVs) or refugee status. Instead, they have been provided “humanitarian parole” to enter the U.S. without being vetted through immigration.

In addition to the waiver of the terrorism disqualification, labeling visa-less Afghans as refugees will allow the administration to place them on welfare. The move would basically treat unqualified Afghans as refugees anyway.

A continuing resolution (CR) is required for the federal government to appropriate monies to various departments for the fiscal year, which runs from October 1 to Sept 30.

In the resolution, the Biden administration wrote:

“Without the anomaly, paroled individuals from Afghanistan would not be eligible for resettlement assistance, entitlement programs such as Medicaid and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program food assistance, and other benefits.”

The continuing resolution is an appropriations bill and should not establish major policies or proposals, however it does permit adjustments. The Congressional Research Service explained:

“The duration and amount of funds in the CR, and purposes for which they may be used for specified activities, may be adjusted through anomalies.

“Anomalies may also designate a specific amount or rate of budget authority for certain accounts or activities that is different than the funding rate provided for the remainder of activities in the CR.”

Andrew “Art” Arthur, Resident Fellow in Law and Policy for the Center for Immigration Studies, wrote in a September 8 article for the Center:

“I was the acting chief of the former INS’s national security law division, and the staff director for the National Security Subcommittee at the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, so I know a few things about vetting aliens. It is an “exclusionary” system — it does not identify the “good guys”; at best, it can only hope to identify some of the bad ones.

“If you read the final report of the 9/11 Commission, you will see that vetting failures and a lack of intelligence sharing among U.S. intelligence and law-enforcement agencies were largely to blame for the fact that the 19 hijackers (all of whom were foreign nationals on various nonimmigrant visas) were in the United States to begin with.

“In the case of the Afghans being resettled in the United States who have minimal documentation and few if any ties to the U.S. government, that should be a red flag. The Biden CR compounds that.”

Arthur said there is a second red flag included in the resolution. There is a provision that allows the Department of Homeland Security to run a second background check on any Afghan citizen that receives the benefit:

“If the first background check were so good at spotting the bad guys, why would you need to run a second, third, or fourth one after you gave them cash and driver’s licenses?

To ask the question is to answer it: The Biden administration knows that its vetting of most Afghan refugees will be questionable, at best. But it gets worse.

That’s because one year after those aliens arrive here (not one year after the first background check is completed and they are given this special status), they would be eligible to apply for green cards.”

Arthur pointed out that under the proposal would allow the secretary of DHS to waive any requirement for “humanitarian purposes.” The message being sent to terrorists in Afghanistan is clear, according to Arthur:

“What message does that send to would-be terrorists in Afghanistan, or anywhere else for that matter? That you could have planted an IED, or blown up a school for girls, and if you make it to the United States, Alejandro Mayorkas is going to take you in his arms, tousle your hair, and say, “Come here you scamp, I am going to put you on a path to citizenship to make sure you and Mom aren’t separated?”

“Of course, if the secretary is not so forgiving, does that mean that some activist district court judge somewhere is not going to disagree?”

In conclusion, Arthur calls the Biden administration’s plan “madness”:

“The Afghan proposals in Biden’s CR are madness, given the fact that they provide a pathway to a green card, and soon thereafter citizenship, for Afghan nationals some of whom who are — past, present, or future — terrorists…

“… not to mention those who are child sex offenders or murderers. And, four days before the 20th anniversary of September 11th? The timing could not have been worse.”

Terror threat: DHS whistleblower says officials rewarded for approving unqualified immigration visas

WASHINGTON, DC – Project Veritas has released a video interview with a Homeland Security whistleblower who claimed immigration officials are being incentivized to approve immigrant visas when the applicants are not qualified.

The whistleblower said during the interview that there was a culture war blazing between employees who believe in national sovereignty and those that want to see open borders.

The whistleblower, described by Project Veritas as a Homeland Security insider, said:

“There is a cultural war going on between the conservatives and the people who like open borders, and it’s been going on for years. The conservatives are losing.”

The source said that federal officials are being encouraged to approve as many visas as possible, regardless of validity:

“When they (visa renewal applicants) ask for an extension under the deference policy, we’re supposed to accept the fact that the first approval was valid, and therefore, we just approve it. It’s numerically centric. They (DHS) want us to approve as many (applicants) as possible.”

The whistleblower said that Homeland Security was paying bonuses to immigration officers at the end of the year based on the number of files they have processed:

“It’s a bad thing because it incentivizes approvals. If they denied 90 percent, there would be a far less amount of cases processed because it takes so much longer. If you approve a bunch of cases, then you are going to obtain a higher bonus because the processing numbers are higher.”

He also said that immigrants are being prioritized over American citizens for getting jobs:

“If you are getting a bonus because you’re approving of someone coming into the country and working — which could potentially be an American job — I think that is unforgivable.

“We’re supposed to be there (at the DHS) to protect national security, and we’re supposed to be there to protect American jobs.”

Asked if he or any of his co-workers are afraid of retaliation from DHS leadership for opposing the push-through of visas, the whistleblower said that it does happen, but he is not afraid:

“They’ll retaliate against you by virtue of your performance, and what it does is that you’re not entitled to overtime. Not entitled to telework. Not entitled to a lateral transfer. Not entitled to a promotion.”

“I expect retaliation, I’m not afraid of it. I’m doing the right thing.”

Project Veritas was founded by James O’Keefe in 2010 to expose corruption and bias in government and the mainstream media. Its website reads:

“James O’Keefe established Project Veritas in 2011 as a non-profit journalism enterprise to continue his undercover reporting work.

“Today, Project Veritas investigates and exposes corruption, dishonesty, self-dealing, waste, fraud, and other misconduct in both public and private institutions to achieve a more ethical and transparent society.”

The outlet reported on another whistleblower from DHS on August 24 who described a “government loophole” that was allowing migrant gang members to get away with child sex trafficking and other crimes:

“Once an (illegal immigrant) informs the U.S. government that they have some type of fear, or that their life is in jeopardy, or they’ll be persecuted, or they may be tortured, they are put in what’s called the ‘reasonable fear (category).’”

“Once ( migrant gang member) makes the declaration of, ‘My life is in danger and I may be harmed if I return home,’ they’re taken off the (Transnational Organized Crime) watchlist. That makes it a giant loophole.”

He explained that these gang members, many associated with MS-13, know what to say when they are captured crossing the border:

“Some of these [migrant gang members] are encountered by Border Patrol and they’re asked right away, ‘Do you fear for your life if you are deported?’ They’ll say no, and then the next day they’ll say yes.”

“It’s almost like they are coached, ‘Hey if you get caught, just go ahead and say this.’”
