TEAM LET member Officer Rose Borisow creates the graphics for our fallen officer and fallen K-9 articles.  She has served with the Montgomery County, Maryland Police Department for 26 years.  Officer Borisow works the midnight shift and is the only female officer to have served on the county’s SWAT.  She has trained 30 recruit classes as a physical training and tactics instructor as well as a range instructor.  Officer Borisow also volunteers with the National Law Enforcement Officers’ Memorial and with other projects.

Last year, Officer Borisow created 130+ graphics for fallen officer articles, as well as creating numerous retirement prints, honoring the survivors.  She spends countless hours creating these graphics individually, making each one special. Officer Borisow considers it an honor to recognize each officer’s sacrifice, so that they will never be forgotten.   Her mission this year is to mail as many of these tributes to the fallen officers’ families as possible, at no cost to them.
