Hattie S.

Hattie is a 22-year-old student at a university in New England. She met her boyfriend in September 2017 when she posted a platonic Craigslist ad asking to interview police officers for a story she was writing. In a world dominated by increasing and alarmingly intense anti-police sentiment, Hattie is fiercely defensive of and passionately support law enforcement. She struggle to deal with the pervasive anti-police attitude at school and at home, and turned to writing as a way to cope with my anger at those who show only disrespect, unfounded hostility, and sheer ignorance to the incredible LEOs who dedicate their lives to making the world a better place.
