Soros-backed Attorneys General making ‘exclusion lists’ of police officers with ‘credibility issues’

ST. LOUIS, MO- More St. Louis police officers have been added to St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner’s exclusion list, bringing the current total to at least 75 officers.

According to reports, officers on this “exclusion list” are not allowed to bring suspected criminal cases to the circuit attorney’s office for charges. Jeff Roorda, head of the St. Louis Police Officers Association has confirmed that Gardner’s list has expanded by at least 15 officers since she won her primary in August.

Gardner has been at odds with the city’s law enforcement since taking office back in November 2016. During her campaign, she promised to rebuild trust in the criminal justice system at a time when the St. Louis area was still healing from the events in nearby Ferguson.

In a recent statement, the circuit attorney’s office defended its latest decision in added police to an “exclusion list”:

“The St. Louis City Police Union, under its current leadership, has a consistent antagonistic history of resisting any and all attempts to root out bad actors within our police department.”

In response to this statement, St. Louis Police Officer Association President Jay Schroeder explained that they are certainly open to resolving whatever issues there are so officers can continue to do their jobs. He said in a statement:

“I wish we could sit down and figure out what the problem is with the CAO and get this fixed. It just doesn’t seem like there’s any appetite from the CAO to do that. It’s just we put you on this list and there you go, ‘Have a nice day'”.

Gardner added to her recent statement by saying:

“The unions predictable over the top “sky is falling” reaction to any attempt to distinguish the vast majority of honest and hardworking officers from the few bad actors is one big reason why community relations with the people they serve are so frayed. I am sure that the people of the City of St. Louis see the union’s rhetoric for what it is.”

Gardner said that in addition to the ban on presenting cases, search warrants will not be approved for investigations involving officers on the exclusion list.

In Suffolk County, Massachusetts, District Attorney Rachel Rollins’ office has put together the names of 136 law enforcement officers with credibility issues. The list is comprised mostly of officers from the Boston Police Department and Massachusetts State Police.

In a recent statement, the DA’s office referred to the list as the “Law Enforcement Automatic Discovery” database and said that 115 names have been added to the list in the last year. Rollins took office back in January 2019.

According to reports, two other district attorney’s offices keep similar lists known as either “Brady,” “disclosure” or “do-not-call” lists. These are lists of officers that have been flagged by prosecutors as having engaged in or been accused of misconduct that the DA’s office might legally need to disclose to the defense.

Officers can be added to the list after being subject to criminal charges or an investigation, allegations of discrimination, an investigation into the officers’ truthfulness or integrity, or a finding that the officer is not credible. Rollins said in statement:

“When the credibility of law enforcement is in question, all participants in the system and the public should be aware of that. The people of Suffolk County deserve to know that the public officials they rely on for their safety are truly invested in it. Anything less is betrayal of their trust and our obligation to serve.”

She added:

“In these uncertain times we as a nation find ourselves in, with so much tension and mistrust between law enforcement and the communities we are sworn to protect, we must maintain credibility in everything we do.”

According to reports, on the Suffolk list there are 70 state police troopers, 54 Boston police officers, and a handful of other officers from Chelsea, Revere, MBTA police, the IRS, and a special police officer. Norfolk DA Michael Morrissey maintains a disclosure list of 38 officers.

As of August, Middlesex DA Marian Ryan has 124 offices from 37 different departments on her Brady list. Ryan said that her office, in addition to tracking arrests, prosecutions, and media reports, proactively asks departments to notify if of internal affairs investigations.

LOS ANGELES, CA – Democratic Senator and Vice Presidential contender Kamala Harris said she has been “out there marching” with Black Lives Matter protesters, and that she plans to take police reform to the national level if elected in November.

She delivered the one-two punch on Showtime’s late-night talk show “Desus & Mero” Sunday night.

During the appearance, the hosts asked:

“When you get into office, what can we expect from you and Biden and are you going to be more progressive as far as what people are asking about the cops?”

Senator Harris responded “yes” and then elaborated on her plans to hold police “more accountable.” She said:

“So, first of all, in a criminal justice system, there’s this phrase accountability and consequence that almost always comes up when people are talking about the person arrested, but never about the system itself and the people who work in the system. Biden and I are committed to saying everybody needs to be held accountable, even when they wear a uniform and wear a badge and carry a gun.”

It is not a surprising statement for the politician who has previously said that she has been involved in the Black Lives Matter protests that have taken place across the country summer.

During Sunday’s interview, she said:

“I’ve been out there marching with folks, and speaking the name of not only Mr. Floyd, but Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud, Jacob Blake, I met with his family, as did Joe Biden. It’s got to stop. It has to stop.”

She and former Vice President Joe Biden have campaigned on the back of the civil unrest rocking the nation, and previously released a targeted advertising campaign just hours before visiting Kenosha, Wisconsin which has recently exploded with riots.

Early this month, the pair launched a commercial that opened with:

“Why, in this nation, do Black Americans wake up knowing they can lose their life in the course of just living their life?”

During the ad, Senator Harris said:

“Reforming policing in this country means creating a national standard on use of force and conditioning federal funds for police departments on adoption of that standard.”

She now appears to be doubling down on that promise now.

On “Desus & Mero” she said she would like to see a nationwide standard on use of force, including banning chokeholds. She claimed that police are currently not held accountable.

Senator Harris said:

“Part of the problem with why police officers who break the rules and break the law aren’t held accountable in a court is because when a case gets to court, the question is, was that use of force reasonable? The problem with that is that you can reason away just about anything. What we’re saying is that the question should be was that use of force necessary, right?”

She pointed to her past as attorney general of California, when she said she “initiated pattern and practice” investigations into law enforcement agencies accused of things like discrimination, misconduct and use of excessive force.

“That needs to happen at a national level, not only in terms of police departments, but I also say as a former prosecutor, of prosecutors’ offices. And, so, these are some of the things that we intend to put in place. But it’s also reform of the criminal justice system as a whole.”

The airing of her remarks came less than 48-hours after a vicious attack on two sheriff’s deputies in Los Angeles County. A still-wanted shooter ambushed the pair as they were sitting in their patrol car outside a Metro station Saturday night.

In reference to that crime, Senator Harris retweeted a post from former Vice President Biden, adding:

“Doug and I are keeping the two Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies in our hearts as they currently fight for their lives after a horrific attack last night. The perpetrator must be brought to justice.”

LATROBE, PA – During a rally held by President Donald Trump on September 4th, the president addressed the crowd sharing some strong words when delivering his synopsis of how Joe Biden would run the country versus how he intends to continue doing.

President Trump noted that Biden would ignore law and order when it pertains to the violent rioters we’ve seen in the past few months, and even go so far as placating them in their destructive efforts:

“Biden’s plan is to appease the domestic terrorists. My plan is to arrest them.”

The president stated that Biden has been part and parcel in the gaslighting when framing what is going on during the protests and riots, noting how Biden has characterized them as being “peaceful protesters”:

“Joe Biden and his party spent the entire summer cheering on the rioters rampaging through Democrat-led cities, falsely labeling them as peaceful protesters.”

During the address, President Trump alleged that therein lies a sort of pact between the violent rioters in the streets and liberal politicians and affluent individuals due to an intersectional disdain toward the middle class:

“The globalists and the leftists make natural partners because they are united by their contempt for the American middle class. That’s why powerful corporations and far-left politicians have both sided with radical demonstrators.”

President Trump also delivered another strong point during the address, pointing out that those propping up Biden are among the miscreants in the streets while he’s actively getting endorsed by police organizations:

“Do what you want: vote for the candidate backed by violent left-wing rioters if you have to. Or, do what you want to vote for the candidate backed by the selfless heroes of law enforcement.”

The president believes that Biden will never run a campaign that uses the phrase “law and order”, as he feels it would alienate the base that Biden is trying to appeal toward:

“He’ll never get to say that. Can’t say that, because then he’d lose the whole left. And let me tell you, the left is running that party. You don’t want to be dealing with the left. These people are stone cold crazy.”

As mentioned earlier, President Trump has received glowing support from law enforcement officials and organizations. That includes the New York Police Benevolent Association.

On August 14th, President Donald Trump held a small rally of sorts within his Bedminster golf course in New Jersey while addressing the anti-cop sentiments being pushed by radicals among those left-of-center.

During said event, he also received an endorsement from none other than the City of New York Police Benevolent Association.

This was President Trump’s second appearance in recent times at the Bedminster golf course, as he’d previously appeared at his golf course to address supporters and questions from the press on August 7th.

During the August 7th event, members of the press were trying to scold the president by insinuating he was setting a bad example since people among the crowd were initially not social distancing or some not wearing masks at the onset either.

When those questions were hurled by members of the press, President Trump stated:

“To me they pretty much look like they all have, pretty much all have masks on.”

Which while some photos showed the crowd unmasked, other photos showcased them adorning face coverings later.

Moving on to the August 14th event, President Trump addressed reportedly hundreds of members from the NYPD, informing them that “no one will be safe in Biden’s America,” if the Biden/Harris ticket succeeds in November.

President Trump continued, stating that if he is elected to a second term, them New York’s finest will regain the due respect for their service:

“This guy [Biden] has been taking your dignity away and your respect. And I’m telling you on November 3rd you’re going to be getting it back.”

After conveying that Biden and Harris won’t be able to maintain any semblance of law and order while in office, the City of New York Police Benevolent Association formally endorsed President Trump’s campaign for 2020.

NYCPBA President Pat Lynch stated the following during the endorsement:

“I have 36 years in this job, 26 as the president of this fine organization. I cannot remember when we have ever endorsed for the office of the president of the United States – until now. That’s how important this is.

Mr. President, we’re fighting for our lives out there. We don’t want this to spread to the rest of the country, we need your strong voice across the country to say ‘we have the support of law enforcement across this country’.”

Lynch continued from there, telling President Trump that he “earned” the endorsement from the NYCPBA.

President Trump has been hammering down on the notion of restoring order in the country if elected for a second term, with him saying earlier in the week that police officers in New York can’t even do their job properly due to numerous restrictions and proverbial red-tape:

“In New York, you have New York’s finest, but they’ve totally taken away their incentive. They’ve taken away their lives, in a sense, because they don’t allow them to do their job.”

Come to think of it, you don’t really hear about any other police unions going to bat for Biden. That can certainly make one wonder.

Endorsing President Trump these days often provokes backlash – and institutions with power and influence have been caught trying to silence and punish those who dare show a glimpse of support toward our standing president.
