Armed black supremacy group outside Arbery trial vows to ‘develop a squad of undercover hit-men’ to target defendants

BRUNSWICK, GA – Armed protesters with the New Black Panther Party and Lion of Judah Armed Forces paraded a coffin outside the courthouse Monday where three white men are on trial for the fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery, and they vowed to “develop a squad of undercover hit-men” to target the defendants.

Travis McMichael, 35; his father, Greg McMichael, 65; and William “Roddie” Bryan are on trial for murder, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment for the shooting death of Arbery outside Brunswick, Georgia on February 23, 2020.

Protesters carrying the black supremacy group New Black Panthers Party’s flags wheeled the coffin around outside the courthouse with the names of multiple black people who were killed by white people written on it.

Some of the names included George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.

As closing arguments were being conducted in the Glynn County Courthouse, defendant Bryan’s defense attorney Kevin Gough said that protesters outside the courthouse with semi-automatic weapons and a coffin should result in a mistrial.

Gough called for a mistrial because of the intimidation, mentioning that his own staff felt threatened:

“I don’t know if they intended to scare the defendants, but I have co-council with a small child who is scared to death… Given everything else that has already transpired in this case, we believe at this point that it is appropriate for us to renew the motion for mistrial.

This court has gone to great lengths to give these defendants a fair trial, but the security precautions that were in place despite the sheriff’s best efforts and your honor’s best efforts…

“We’ve now got people claiming to be violent driving around the courthouse with coffins with our clients’ names on them with semi or fully automatic weapons. This is no longer a figurative mob, this is a literal mob, and inevitably the proceedings despite best efforts is tainted. We would move for a mistrial.”

The motion for mistrial was denied by Judge Timothy R. Walmsley, who said “individuals have a right to be outside the courthouse.”

Meanwhile, The New Black Panthers Party Chairman Minister Mikhail Muhammad stood outside the courtroom declaring his group a “squad of undercover hit-men to go after these goddamn killers.”

As dozens of Black Lives Matter 757, Lion of Judah Armed Forces, and the New Black Panther Party members marched outside the courthouse, Muhammad issued a threat:

“Ya’ll (sic) are in serious trouble because the wrath of karma is coming on America. We’re not taking it no more.

“We believe in armed self-defense. And that’s the only way we will stop all of the bleeding and killing and dying of us.”

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) called the New Black Panther Party a violent, racist group:

“The New Black Panther Party is a virulently racist and antisemitic organization whose leaders have encouraged violence against whites, Jews and law enforcement officers. Founded in Dallas (Texas), the group portrays itself as a militant, modern-day expression of the black power movement.

“Although it frequently engages in armed protests of alleged police brutality, non-racist, left-wing members of the original Black Panther Party of the 1960s and 1970s have rejected the new Panthers as a ‘black racist hate group’ and contested their hijacking of the Panther name and symbol.”

BLM 757 has aligned itself with the violent extremist group and organized the protest. The group’s president, Japharii Jones, promised to protest anywhere in the country:

“We’re standing in solidarity with the family of Ahmaud Arbery and for all those black lives that have been lost.

“The message is we won’t tolerate black and browns being murdered anymore, and we will pull up anywhere in the nation.”

Jones vowed to arm the black community:

“Our long-term plan is to arm our entire community with responsible gun ownership. We will be holding classes in the future, and we will be setting up workshops in all 50 states.”

As proceeds continued inside, dozens of protesters outside, many wearing masks and carrying semi-automatic rifles, chanted calls for a revolution:

“Revolution has come — time to pick up the gun. Black power will keep us safe.”

New Black Panther Party Spokesman Minister Mikhail Muhammad said during the protest:

“We have to develop a squad of undercover hit-men to go after these goddamn killers.”

He doubled up on the threat in a video released on Twitter:

“We have to say to the government, you have failed in your duty to protect Black people for 400 years. You have participated, you have supported white supremacist organizations.

“We are saying we have to stand up today…and get busy about self-defense and develop a squad of hitmen to go after these goddamn killers.”

Editor note: In 2020, we saw a nationwide push to “defund the police”.  While we all stood here shaking our heads wondering if these people were serious… they cut billions of dollars in funding for police officers.  And as a result, crime has skyrocketed – all while the same politicians who said “you don’t need guns, the government will protect you” continued their attacks on both our police officers and our Second Amendment rights.

And that’s exactly why we’re launching this national crowdfunding campaign as part of our efforts to help “re-fund the police”.

Americans just woke up – and suddenly support for Black Lives Matter is completely underwater

November 3, 2021

According to a recent survey by an online opinion polling site, Civiqs, which appears to be left-leaning, public support amongst Americans for Black Lives Matter is beginning to wane.

Whether that decline in support continues or ends is unknown.

The graph, taken from data inputted online from April 25, 2017, until October 29, 2021, is showing that only 43 percent of people who entered their opinion into the poll support the movement, whereas 44 percent of people oppose it.

What exactly the cause of the decline is in this poll is unknown.

Could it be because people are beginning to associate the group or at least members of Black Lives Matter with crime and chaos?  Some politicians are seemingly giving us that gist as they are shifting focus from defunding police or redirecting funds for police to increasing police presence in communities to lower crime rates.

According to the Washington Post, many mayoral candidates throughout the nation are beginning to ditch the rallying cry of defunding the police and instead focusing on restoring the safety of communities.

It’s a sharp contrast from what some left-leaning politicians hung their hats on just a year ago.

The reason for the switch may be the undeniable increase in violent crime, specifically in areas hardest hit with the defund the police movement.

Places like Columbus, Ohio have seen over 80 homicides this year alone which is more than double what they saw during the same time frame last year.

Chicago has reported the number of people who had been killed in the windy city has reached the highest number the city has seen in four years.

Another area that has been hit hard with violent crime is Atlanta.

In that city, the homicide rate has increased 50 percent over the same time period from last year.  Outgoing Democratic Mayor Keisha Bottoms that she and her staff believe the increase in violence is over the pandemic as well as the riots that occurred throughout the nation after the death of George Floyd.

She told the Washington Post:

“I think part of what is going on is a frustration overall with society, and that seems to be spilling out on the streets.  And in Atlanta, that is proving to be very deadly.”

Could it be possible that people are starting to equate the BLM movement with an increase in violent crime?

Or is it simply that those politicians that have been supporting this cause ad nauseum have also been pushing the defund the police movement and people are beginning to realize that ideology does not work?

Whatever the case, it is clear from this poll that the support for BLM, in general, has declined.  In another recent poll from Pew Research Center, support for Black Lives Matter showed a decline between June and September of 2020 but has remained stable since.

Their research shows that respondents, particularly amongst black Americans, are showing strong at 83 percent.

Of that total percentage number, 58 percent express that they strongly support the movement and the cause.

The support lessens amongst other minority groups like the Asian population which only 68 percent of those respondents showed some support while the hispanic population only showed 60 percent.

In the white population, only 47 percent of those polled showed some support.

Pew Research, according to their polls, also claims that younger adults who responded as well as those who have completed some college express support for the movement.

They also claim that this demographic is more likely to support the cause than “those who are older and those with less education to say they support the Black Lives Matter Movement.”

Both polls, even though one clearly shows a decline in support while the other is not showing an increase in support, seemingly paint a picture that American support at the very least is not gaining in popularity.

What this means for the nation as a whole is up for debate.
