Seven-time deported illegal immigrant murders, has been sent to jail 11 times and prison three times in the past

BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO- An illegal gang member from Mexico has been charged with murder. Breitbart reported that in addition to the murder charge, 46-year-old Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez was also charged with firearm and drug offenses, citing Sheriff Richard Jones.

According to the Sheriff, prior to this incident, Garcia-Gutierrez was booked into the Butler County Jail 11 times. Additionally, he has been to nearby prison three times and used seven different names. He was also deported back to Mexico from the United States seven times prior to this arrest.

The victim in the case, identified as 41-year-old Fernando Oviedo, was found dead in a Hamilton alley following a call to 911 to Hamilton police, according to reports.

In a press conference, Sheriff Jones said, “We’ve had over 1,000 [illegal alien] prisoners on state charges in the Butler County Jail in Ohio in three years since Biden’s been president.

“Of that, we’ve has at least 2,000 state charges on these 1,000 [illegal alien] prisoners. The cost is roughly, to house these prisoners, is $2 million. Butler County has had to pay roughly $4 million. This guy basically came across the border and went back seven times, and hopefully the president is listening and the president of Mexico, who knows how many people this guy has been involved with and killed?”

Sheriff Jones went on to say, “That person would be alive today if not for the nation’s porous southern border. If [Garcia-Gutierrez has] killed [people] here, we don’t know how many people he’s killed in Mexico.”

In response to Sheriff Jones’ concerns, the Ohio Immigration Alliance said that “immigrants commit crimes at a far lower rate than people born in the United States. That is the finding of every study conducted by credible institutions, not an advocacy group like the Center for Immigration Studies,” MSN reported.

Butler County Jail records show that Garcia-Gutierrez is being held on charges of possession of drugs, carrying concealed weapons, using weapons while intoxicated, obstructing official business, and premeditated aggravated murder. Additionally, he has two ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) holders listed.

No future court dates are set at this time. No further details regarding the murder have been released, other than to say there are no other suspects.

FN Biden and his whole administration should be held accountable for all the rapes, murders and violence caused by the illegals. He needs to be shot before a firing squad for what he has done to our country in three years. He is guilty of Treason in the first degree along with his administration. Our taxpayers do not owe anyone for their education, let Biden pay with his own money that he had been paid off by China for. He is the worst SOB to ever be in our White House along with the Clintons and Obamas. We are now the laughing stock of the world and he has sold out this country forever!!!!!

Richard

Susan is spot on! Biden is an arm of the CCP and is in bed with Iran, China, Venezuela, etc. His actions fit the definition of Treason.

Karen

Biden should be hung, drawn and quartered. He is a enemy of the USA. The same fate for those who voted for the senile paedophile.

"Ohio Immigration Alliance said that “immigrants commit crimes at a far lower rate than people born in the United States." While this may be true, it is irrelevant insofar as this particular illegal is concerned. He has proven that he ia a cancer in our society. DR should be his destination.

DS

Simple........... take this kind out and execute him with a bullet . SEND THEM A MESSAGE.

Rick

Not a citizen.... drop him back into Mexico from a helicopter
